Room are spotless, clean and comfortable. Public spas are very good, amenities are very well prepared. Should have shower cap. Staff are very nice and helpful. I lost my stuff, staff in dining area and front are very helpful. They tried to find it and return to me at my room. I am very appreciated for your kind effort. I did not know there names because everyone are very eager to help. Please give my thanks to all of them. I don't like buffet style. I prefer kaiseki dinner and breakfast. If you have kaiseki dinner and breakfast, I will stay with you again.

Chambre calme, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et avec magnifique vue sur le port de Kobé. La piscine est agréable par temps chaud mais en plus du prix accès piscine à payer, il faut rajouter la location des chaises longues si on en veut. Les 2 onsens (dont 1 réservé aux clients de l'hôtel) sont très beaux et très grands. Petit déjeuner avec un buffet très généreux. La navette bus est pratique pour rejoindre la gare. Tout est vraiment parfait ! C'est juste dommage de ne pas intégrer l'accès à la piscine et aux onsen directement dans le prix de la chambre. Ce serait plus simple et plus transparent.

押入れの中のお布団と、TVボードで髪の毛を発見したのが残念でした。夜、エアコンをつけて寝ると、かなりうるさかったので、消して寝ました。真夏の滞在でなくてよかったです。温泉、バイキングのお料理は期待以上でよかったです。お茶菓子が、4人で１つだったので❓でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応も良かったです。また利用したいホテルでした。

這是我住過的其中一間最滿意的酒店, 裝修設計美觀而新淨, 員工服務態度非常好, 我住的房間非常寬敞, 而且面向大海及神戶塔, 景觀十分優美, 所有設施都非常現代化及講究, 3/f 大浴場室內及室外部分均非常寬敞及美觀, 除此之外還有頂樓的景觀大浴場, 均非常優美, 晚餐buffet食物精緻, 但不算太多款式, 味道中上,早餐略為簡單了一點, 整體住宿感覺非常優異！泊車費較同區其他酒店便宜！

We booked the Harbour suite which was super spacious. We loved the private onsen which was really large. The spring water was a bit too hot for our liking . The buffet dinner was worth every cent. A proper Japanese expereince in food and culture. It felt like we were the only foreign tourists staying here which made it really unique like we had found a hidden gem. After dinner we went for a walk along the promenade which goes around the hotel. It was really nice walking besides the water with wonderful night views of kobe tower and surrounds.

少し早めに到着したら、チェックイン前のお風呂の利用をご案内してくださいました。お部屋で食べるケーキを持ち込みましたが、チェックイン時間まで冷蔵庫で預かってくださり、お皿とフォークのご用意までしてくださいました。スタッフの皆様がとても親切でとても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。又、利用させていただきます。

設備はとても良かったです。三人で利用しましたが、三人目のベットは通常サブベットになるケースが多いですが、ベット部屋と畳部屋があったので、畳に布団を敷いてくれて過ごしやすかったです。アメニティも部屋にも大浴場にも設置してあったので、こだわりが無ければ持参する必要もないです。小さいお子さんがいらっしゃる方には申し訳ないですが、子供NGだったので静かでした。設備等では、氷機が2階にしか無かったので少し不便でした。あと今回最大の難点は、シャトルバスの案内が無かった事です。到着時はタクシー利用だったのでシャトルバスが何処に来るのか知りませんでしたし、フロントでも案内はありませんでした。翌日利用しようと思いロビーで待っていても何も案内も無く、時間になっても無かったのでフロントに確認したら、バス乗り場は入口の車止めでは無く別のところで、すでに出発してしまっていました。シャトルバスがある事もホテル選びでポイントとなっていましたので残念でした。到着時に場所の案内があっても良かったし、案内板にもホテルの乗り場の記載があっても良かったと思います。また、出発5分くらい前に「シャトルバスご利用のお客様は出発時間になりますのでバス乗り場へお急ぎ下さい」等の案内があってもいいと思います。次の時間まで待てなかったので、フロントの従業員がタクシーを呼んでくれましたが、余計なタクシー代金がかかってしましました。全体的に従業員の対応がいまいちでした。3階のお食事処では注文を何度も聞き直し覚えられなかったり、大浴場ではこちらに声をかける時に「恐れ入りますが」「誠に申し訳ございませんが」とかの枕詞を言えないとか、そういう点はもう少し教育が必要だと思いました。高級ホテルだと思うのでとても残念でした。

お食事も眺望もサービスもとても良くて久しぶりの蓮を満喫させて頂けました。初めて蓮に行く友人も感動してくれて、こちらに来させていただいて本当に良かったです。車2台で行きましたが、チェックアウトの時に駐車代に誤りがあったのですが、部屋に忘れ物もあったのでそちらを持ってきていただいたりで終始誠実に対応していただけて大満足な時間でした。

Whenever we return to Kobe from US, we stay here at least a couple of days. We always look forward to the quiet atmosphere, excellent buffet for morning and/or evening, or ala carte (menu is very extensive) restaurant. We love the Onsen, of course! This is one of the main reasons we come back to Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. Staff are always courteous and polite. We are planning to stay again in April this year. Looking forward to it very much!

Whenever we return to Kobe from US, we stay here at least a couple of days. The property has a nice view of the Kobe Harbor. There is also a free shuttle bus that will take you to Sannomiya Eki Mae. On the other hand, I would like to see the Hotel Bar Lounge stay open until 1:30 a.m.

굉장히 깔끔하고 편안한 숙소입니다. 일본 료칸 스타일의 방으로 일본을 잘 느낄 수 있고, 멋진 오션뷰를 즐길 수 있습니다. 고베의 산노미야역과 거리가 있지만 셔틀버스가 30분마다 있어 불편함 없이 오갈 수 있습니다. 편의점이 도보로 10분 이상 걸어야한다는 점이 유일한 단점이지만 숙소 앞 자판기가 많아 어느 정도는 커버 됩니다.

食事がとても美味しかったです。特に海産物。夜は少し並びますが、小さいワゴンの貸し出しがあり、何度も並ぶということはなく便利でした。宿泊者限定の展望風呂も眺めが良く素敵でした。駅から離れており、周辺には何もなかったのですが、駅からシャトルバスがあるのは便利です。 30分ほど歩くとポートタワーやモザイクなど観光地まで行けるので観光にもまあまあ便利です。

Room are spotless, clean and comfortable. Public spas are very good, amenities are very well prepared. Should have shower cap. Staff are very nice and helpful. I lost my stuff, staff in dining area and front are very helpful. They tried to find it and return to me at my room. I am very appreciated for your kind effort. I did not know there names because everyone are very eager to help. Please give my thanks to all of them. I don't like buffet style. I prefer kaiseki dinner and breakfast. If you have kaiseki dinner and breakfast, I will stay with you again.

The general hardware of the hotel is good. I dislike most is the confusing check-in and check-out time information I received from the hotel and Expedia. In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am. On my last day, the front desk informed me that the check-out time was 10 am, not 11 am. To me this is an unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed with the hotel administration and Expedia administration who provide inconsistent and confusing check-in and check-out time information to me.
