The location of the hotel was excellent as was the room and cleanliness. It’s a stunning hotel with great decor. My only small complaint was the bar. Packed until late on Friday and Saturday night so unable to use it, when we were able to get a drink on the Sunday the staff were almost rude, it wasn’t somewhere you could unwind at the end of the day.

Beautiful art deco hotel in super location. Lovely bar and ambiance. Fantastic breakfast, but could do with more staff clearing tables during busy periods! I’d definitely stay again.

Okay room, hard bed, great breakfast but a bit hard to find a place to sit at peak hours. Gym was too small. HD to wait in line to get access to cardio equipment. Weight room was quite 1990s. Nice ambience throughout the hotel though and doesn’t get any more central.

Sentral beliggenhet, veldig fint torg, velholdte og rene rom, små bad, men bra design. Frokosten var bra, med det meste av det man ønsker av utvalg. Baren er for travel for å kunne bruke mye tid der, og det gjelder mye av tiden. Vi tok oss en drink, og når den ikke er spennende så går man andre steder.

Jättefin frukost, dock rörig, det skulle finnas fler brickor och bröd på båda sidor så det går att köa från två håll. Tittar alltid under sängen när jag bor på hotell och där fanns stora dammråttor!! Överlag så slarvas det med städning under sängar inte bara hos er. Vi hade hund med och fick ha honom med även på frukosten men fick sitta en bit bort vilket var utmärkt Vi kommer säkert tillbaka

Great location! The hotel had really good bar and an additional cafe that was very cute. The cleaning was ok (they forgot to change our used glasses and towels a few times). The hotel was very nice although the room was very small

Städet i rummet var inte bra. Smutsiga glas och dammigt. Fanns ingen minibar att köpa ifrån bara ett tomt kylskåp, servetter, tops eller dylikt fanns inte på rummet. Helt avskalat, trots att vi betalat 7500 kr för två nätter. Frukosten räckte så man blev mätt så klart, men absolut långt ifrån över förväntan. Finns mysigare hotell att boka för det priset men nu har vi provat. Ett plus för läget dock.

Great location - easy walk from the station, an easy walk to key attractions plus the Hop On Hop Off bus stops just outside. Rooms are compact (I'm glad I wasn't sharing), but there was a wardrobe with sufficient hanging space and the bathroom includes liquid soap, moisturiser, showergel, shampoo and conditioner. There's a kettle, tea, coffee & milk, an iron and ironing board in the room. A drawer or two would be useful though. The 'Do Not Disturb' sign falls off easily - wrap the elastic around the doorhandle multiple times if you don't need anyone to come in, otherwise you'll come back to find your towels have been changed even if you'd hung them up. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with hot options, meat slices and cheeses, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, crackers and breads, although the omelette station could be better signposted. None of our group actually had champagne for breakfast, but bottles are available near the waffle station. The bar area has comfortable seating. I didn't go to the gym, but it's a pity there's no sauna in the hotel. An email asking for info finally got responded to whilst I was on my way to Sweden, which was a bit late to revise my packing.

The twin bed room is too small for two people to move around. Plus not standard for rooms with windows. Some are full window from ceiling to floor while some are half way from ceiling and guests can hardly see the window. Suggest to describe clearly what the window type is upon booking.

Central, bra kollektivtrafik, bra rum. Dock ingen fungerande ( ?) AC när vi var där. Det fanns dock en stående golvfläkt vilket inte var ultimat för ett såpass litet rum, och rummet var väldigt kvavt under vistelsen. Fantastisk frukostbuffé!

I had requested adjoining rooms since I could not find a room big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. When we arrived, we did not get adjoining rooms, we got rooms (which we were told were in the same "corridor") so far apart. I complained and they told me they were fully booked due to pride week. They told me to come back the next day and they would see what they could do. I told them that I wanted adjoining rooms (which they then told me they only had 3 in the entire hotel). Since they couldn't accommodate that request they told me they would find me rooms right next to each other. We were originally on the fourth floor and the rooms were VERY small and very dated looking. We were then moved to the 5th floor with rooms next to each other as promised. The new rooms were WAY better. More modern looking, had more space and was overall just a nicer room. The staff were very kind, and accommodating. In the end they made things right and we loved the rest of our stay. The location is amazing. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants all around us. It was excellent. I would stay at this place again so long as we have one of the renovated rooms lol.

Spenderade 4 nätter för mental återhämtning och miljöombyte. Personalen var helt fantastisk och tillmötesgående. Läget går inte att toppa och med 2 mathallar en stenkast från hotellet så har man alltid väldigt god middag nära. Den enda nackdelarna är att tvn är låst så gästerna kan ej casta till tvn. Baren är väldigt stimmig kvällstid oavsett dag, det kan vara både positivt och negativt, för mig blev det jobbigt. Wifi har extremt dålig täckning bakom hissarna. Personalen och det fina läget gjorde min vistelse.

Trevlig personal i incheckningen, som dessutom meddelar att vårat rum blivit uppgraderat. Och utöver det fick vi checka in tre timmar tidigare! Sån lyx! Så trevligt hotell med mycket folk och puls,mitt i city! Vi kommer definitivt åter.

Personalen i receptionen och vid frukosten var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma men personalen i baren var riktigt dåliga, de ignoreqade oss helt och efter en lång stund förstod vi och andra som stod där att man skulle stå på andra sidan det hade de kunnat säga så vi inte behövde stå ca 15 min och bli totalt ignorerade

Hotel was great and they solved all problems. Original room had no airco, so they upgrades to a great room for the rest of the stay. Breakfast changed opening hours during our stay, only we recieven no notificaties. Again they delivered a little breakfast anyway.

Great location to Central Station and Gamla Stan. Easy access to buses and trams. Loved the bird tiles in the showers and the rooms are beautiful and comfy. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Staff were always helpful and friendly especially housekeeping and Ahmed, one of the bartenders. He was great with everyone. We all enjoyed our stay.
