Clean Neat and Tidy great facilities. Parking a bit hard during Ramadan

Positives: Staff were very nice and helpful on arrival. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower was nice and hot. Good tv. Free wifi was great. Negatives: Shower curtain was mouldy and shower floor not clean. Doors banging loudly from other guests during the night. Overall pretty average, but not horrible.

The place was very noisy with cars drag racing along the street all night. The bathroom looked like something out of a third world country with mould and dirt. The only parking was an open public car park at the rear which is terrible for security (motorcycles). I would not recommend this place.

Upon arrival, we found that the property was not safe for our stay. Supposedly there was a “secure” car park but it was a public car park with no cameras and dim lighting! When entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of paraphernalia and the hotel itself was not how it is advertised! Due to these concerns, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and left immediately. We spoke to the manager and he understood our situation and was told to contact who we booked through for a refund and we have emailed and are still waiting for a reply a week later!

Turns out the hotel doesn't do food. My pillow was wet and the room smelt the showers needed to be cleaned properly.

Der gut organisierte und freundliche Empfang findet im Pub nebenan statt. Die Unterkunft ist zwanzig Autominuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, kostet aber nicht mal die Hälfte eines durchschnittlichen Innenstadthotels. Sehr gutes WLAN. Alles pieksauber, großer kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Bett sehr bequem, gute Handtücher. Empfehlung!

Room was tidy. Exhaust fan in room was extremely loud, as was another room nearby. The self closing door hinge had fallen off the back of my door and was hanging by the mount above the door. Hotel downstairs has no food, so it's drinks and TAB only.

Bathrooms filthy

The problem is disgusting with bed bugs and maggots in the room. The sheets were disgusting asked them to change them and had a big argument about it. The mattress had dry blood on it. The manger was the worse to deal with. Paid for two night left the next morning

Toilet and shower facility were terrible. Only one working shower, locks on doors not working. Toilets not flushing properly. Place looks rundown. Stained carpets, chipped cups etc. No screens on windows.

Honestly I never book Pub Accomodation because of the reputation, however, I thought I give it a chance, as it was in walking distance of my travel reason. The lady at the check in was friendly, however, the clientele definitely not my cup of tea. I was shocked what I saw in the bathroom (took photos), the vanity was a disgrace, the shower was not cleaned properly for a long time and the soap holder is a health risk. I did not walk on the carpet or the bathroom floor without shoes. Sure, I may have a high standard of hygiene, and I realise that this is a budget accommodation, however, having a clean environment represents pride and dignity and doesn't cost the world. Apparently, the cleaners, who I would dismiss instantly, nor the management has any pride, shame on you. Do a check up before you hand over rooms for toilet paper (nearly empty roll) and working facilities (heater was not working and unit was dirty too) Wash down the wall and maintain. The positive thing was that the products in the bathroom are vegan/no animal cruelty, thank you that was very much appreciated. I did not spent time in the room, only to sleep, otherwise I would have moved out, even for two days. My friends will not recommend this place to their guests/friends anymore as it is run down. I did not approach staff to discuss these issues, as i didn't want to waste my time, the presentation speaks for itself. Photos and housekeeping do not represent reality.

Cleanliness was terrible... we had to get someone to come in and clean before we would even go into the room. There were cockroaches or bed bugs everywhere. Bed spread was stained and the vending machine outside our room was empty. There were stains all over the carpet and the cooling was spitting out chips of ice and dripping water onto one of the beds. Staff however were quite friendly and did as we asked.

This is the worse hotel. The carpet and bathroom was full of food and filthy. Toilet cap was with urine and dirt towels behind the doors.

Where do i start? I was double charged and now it's day 5 with no resolution, i still don't have my money back or a call or an explanation. If that's not enough, I did not like anything, the bed was dirty, the doona was dirty, the mattress was super old and soft, the bathroom was very old and had unused soap fixtures, the room was not serviced at all even after going to reception to request a clean. Will never ever stay there again.

If I could give 0 star I would. Room was dirty and smelt. There was some sort of liquid splashed over the blind and window. Bathroom and toilet facilities filthy. Floors dirty Old soap cake on shower floor. Garbages overflowing with paper towel. Could do with a decent clean.

Our room absolutely stunk of cigarettes, even though the room says no smoking, I would’ve thought when the cleaners were in there they’d put an air freshener in there. Our clothes now reek of the smell. Also the doors of all the rooms squeak so being woken 20 times during the sleep wasn’t great, perhaps fix the squeakiness

Excellent budget accomodation; bed was super comfortable and so was the pillows and room. This hotel is perfect for a base to explore Sydney and surrounds and the bathroom outside of the room didn't really bother me at all as it was clean and well maintained. I will most def stay here again. It was quiet as well inside the room pub noise for a sat night wasn't bad at all

Bathroom wasn’t the same as the pictures for the specific room we paid for, bed wasn’t the comfiest, the toilet light flicked for a bit then was fine.

I was staying in room 12 and you can hear rats crawling in the addict every night and early hour's of the morning. Aircon had a bad smell, and also needs window to open for fresh air.

I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening.

The king size bed was very comfy. Bathroom, shower and old hanging shower curtain made taking showers a dread. Aircon above single bed leaked onto the bed so we didnt use it !!! Theres more these are the worst bits...

It's a budget hotel. The shared bathroom is pretty rough. Old and mouldy. The room was pretty good, aircon worked well. Stay if you want somewhere cheap and can handle a shared bathroom. Ppl from nearby room were noisy for 1 night.

Staff were great. Bed too soft for me. The room I was in had noisy pigeons, I could hear appeared to be in or on the roof constantly. Very noisy and fear of rodents also. Hooning most of the night, loud people congregating til early hours. Made me feel unsettled.

My train was late so I did my check-in around 10:30pm (the staff waited for me), thank you so much to the reception !!! There was just stairs and that’s too bad with people who’s travelling with heavy luggage… Thanks to that wonderful woman of the reception (again) who helped me to carry it !! A lot of people in front of the entrance/exit door so maybe it would be interesting to leave the bar open for hotel residents with a smoking area ? I’m just saying for the comfort. Even the shared bathrooms was clean and not busy so well done !

Staff were rude and did nothing while making me wait over 30 minutes to check in

The manager was too rude when I requested for room service. During the check in time they staff promised that room service was provided everyday at 10 AM. However, they never arrived during our 3 days stay. Just before our check out evening I requested again and the manager told me that he would sort out the issue within 10 mos, however that 10 mins were never …… They do not deserve 1 star

Staff were friendly on arrival and my us feel very welcome especially with special needs. Fridge had some treats and the room was clean and tv worked no problems.

Nothing, couldn’t sleep well for three days due to noise generated from cars, staff entered in my room without telling me and just opened window. No daily room service and when I asked rude response. Pathetic place…

I was warmly welcomed by staff and accommodated despite a wotif booking error. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was a weekend so the music was a little loud until late - but overall great experience.

Wow what a wonderful friendly place, renovated accommodation was fabulous. James the Publican and staff were amazing, cant thank Effie enough for all your help and knowledge !!! Would stay again in a heartbeat !

When we came in we weren’t greeted nicely, and even though the booking said 2 single beds they weren’t yet split and told we have to wait the next day. And wasn’t made clear that the the bathroom was to share.

Greenacre village is a fascinating part of Sydney little seen by international visitors

Its a good location for, its just very noisy at night because of cars and bike.

Paint, don’t know why you would paint tiles, is peeling from the tiles in the shower and bath tub. Hanging down. The shower head, water dripping all the time although the tap is closed tightly. We had to close the bathroom door. The most noisiest street , lot of cars doing high revs and burn outs. The back car park, rubbish everywhere. Sorry but we will not stay at this hotel again.

Was a good experience for the price didnt helpnthat i didnt know much about sydeny tho the area is full on easstern country people and the area cateers to them not much choose of food around unless yiu like eastern food they had a 2 week feetival going in while i was there parking was a pain there is meant to be parking behind the hotel free for giest but the peolle in the area would take then up hours at a time but iverqll was good for the price but probally wouldnt go back

My fiancé and I had such a comfortable stay here. Not only were the facilities clean and staff welcoming; the bed was super comfortable and room was clean and fresh looking. Shower and toilet were close by and was great. Location is great with so many choices for food drink and shopping. Very multicultural I love it!

Clean and tidy. No shower curtain or soap but fine. Good location, parking good. Safe and clean area, easy transport. Lady at the front desk was a great example of perfect service - so lovely!

The cleanliness was very good, the cleaner came every day. The room was fine but the bathroom in certains were not as pictured. The water pressure in shower was very bad. Also the area is quite noisy with cars making it hard to sleep. Also the curtains werent great also making it hard to sleep well.Close to airport however no nearby cafes or restaurants worth going to.

I travelled by myself and had single room with shared bathroom and stayed two nights. Both were very clean and comfortable. Like most hotels there were stairs but usually someone was around to help me with my bag and walker. Missed having a bistro in hotel but plenty of cafes around property - a very busy nightlife outside but didn’t worry me or keep me awake as I was very tired from travelling.
