First time traveling to Europe. Maria (the owner) was very helpful with making sure has transportation. Very modern rooms, maid service each morning. Not sure if all rooms have it, but mine did have a washer which was super nice. Great neighborhood- walking distance to everything.

Pas trop mal situé, avec un peu de patience il est possible de se garer à proximité. Les chambres et l'établissement sont propres et bien tenus. Pas de coup de coeur particulier mais cela est très subjectif. Pas mal de possibilités pour se restaurer dans le voisinage.

Very good location - close to major sites in Ancient Rome - 15 to 20 min walks or 10 min taxi ride. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Some staff need better training on systems - had trouble dealing with problems. It has a kitchen where breakfast is prepared and has a second fridge with free water/soft drinks that can be used by patrons. No fridges in rooms. No microwave. There is a stove top and small oven that you can use. Nespresso Coffee machine in room and in kitchen. It is on 3rd floor of building with a small manually operated elevator - holds 4 people without luggage. Lots of restaurants in area a short walk away.

Maria and her team were friendly and helpful with very good communication. Location is good and safe. There are a lot of breakfast cafes closeby with amazing options. Bus service is good though we used taxi service most of the time. Cleanliness was good - bathroom (rainshower) was awesome. Airconditioning needs to be better. It was a great to have bottled water in our rooms. There is no minifridge in the room. There is a common fridge where you can keep your stuff if you need.

We would definitely stay here again. The bed was the softest of all the hotels we have stayed at in Rome. Check in and check out was easy. The staff stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp. They arranged a private car to the airport at a good price. We stayed at the lowest floor where there were two rooms that shared a courtyard and a large area with a couch, table, kitchen area, with a refrigerator and washer/dryer. We were allowed to take cold water bottles from the frig. There were also cookies and candies on the table. It was very welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. It was perfect for us.

Great location as it is out of ZTL of Rome but still walkable to most historical landmarks. 9-minutes to piazza navona etc..I was able to find street parking easily. The air conditioning struggled a little but was sufficient to provide us a cool reprieve from the heat outside. The lift was very useful for luggage as it is on 3rd floor. Overall a good choice for your trip to Rome.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Belli36. The reception and the rooms are located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Thankfully there is a small elevator to go upstairs. My only complaint is I wish we were provided some instructions from the staff about how to find the hotel reception. The rooms themselves were very secure, tall ceilings made it seem big, and we had a large shower. Free water bottles was a huge plus. Overall our stay was just what we needed for peaceful 2 night's rest in between our exploring of Rome. Thank you Belli36!

This is really cute, small place. The cookies, coffee, and tea available all day in the breakfast nook were a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaint is that the shower was a bit awkward, with the rain shower head strangely placed. Other than that, everything was as advertised (the pictures are accurate!) At first, I wasn't sure I'd like the location, but it turned out to be really nice (and away from the hordes of tourists that swarm Rome, even in the off season!) There is a pretty plaza nearby and places to eat, and it's easy to walk to a variety of popular attractions.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room was clean and I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. I liked it that I had an espresso maker in my room, it was nice in the morning to get a cup or two of espresso. I traveled solo, and I felt safe there. I would highly recommend it. Grazie!!!

Fabulous rooms in a great location. Belli36 Rooms was a little hard to find (in fact we missed it a couple of times!), but it was worth finding. Our bedroom was light and spacious, it was cleaned every day. The service was fantastic and all the staff we saw were kind and helpful. We would definitely return here.

We had a wonderful stay at Belli36! We are a family of 4 and the family suite was large, clean and had very comfortable beds. We felt safe in the area and it was nice and quiet for us to rest after a long day of walking. Also, there were many dining options and within walking distance to all the attractions. Staff were very friendly - thank you Melissa! Toiletries were nice and we really liked the boutique style of the hotel, felt very cozy, warm and safe. We would recommend Belli 36 to our friends and family, thank you!

Very large, clean room, perfect for my family of four. Very attractive newer style bathroom and shower with tile and sliding glass door. Owners were super friendly and location was great for us, able to walk to the Pantheon in 20 minutes. Many good restaurants within just a few blocks including San Marco pizzeria where we had a lovely meal our last night. There are about a dozen restaurants within three blocks.

Rummet var litet, hade en trasig/högljudd aircondition som gjorde att det var svårt att sova med den på. Det saknades avställningsmöjligheter för två väskor och saker man har med sig på en resa. Rummet kändes överlag ganska basic. Vi hade höga förväntningar på hotellet efter bilder och andra recensioner men blev tyvärr mycket besvikna.

Centrally located between a lot of key places to visit, though Roma is quite large so it still took some walking to get to some of the major attractions (eg colosseum). Nonetheless it’s right in the middle of Colosseum, Vatican, and Travestere which were the areas we wanted to visit most so found this to be a convenient location and a long walk in a city like Rome is nothing to complain about as there are countless things to see along the way. Very clean, cute, and comfortably spacious accommodations with lots of nice places to eat nearby.The AC wasn’t super great so our room was a bit warm at night but there were massive windows to open. Though the surrounding area isn’t overly crowded, it was still a bit loud to sleep with the windows open as there is a rooftop bar across the street that played music and random city noise but nothing too crazy or that can’t be solved with ear plugs, which I use anyways being from a busy city. All in all, I can’t complain - we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

This location has great friendly staff. The property is only a few rooms. Great location and walkable to all except the Coliseum. Negative was housekeeping turned off the A/C when the temperature was 105 and the room was hot upon our return.

Et bra opphold på hotellet. Ligger relativt sentralt, kun 10-15 min gange til sentrum. Hotellet hadde glimrende service og tilbød å hente oss på flyplassen. Det var lett å kommunisere med dem i forkant av oppholdet. Selve hotellet var ok+. Ikke så god isolering mellom rommene, men heldigvis var det rolig på ettermiddagene og gjorde derfor ikke noe.

We LOVED our stay here. Was perfect for us. We did a long weekend and the room was in the courtyard and the AC was fantastic after a long day of walking in the heat! The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and the bathrooms are big!! Not your typical European room which we really loved. A bit more comfort!

The room we stayed in had a shared common space (i.e. kitchen, sofa, fridge) and it was located in the basement. If we would have known we would have not booked. It was quite loud as you could hear the other room across the shared space. The location was not on a busy street and out of the city which required a lot of walking.

Owners were super friendly and location was great for us, able to walk to the Pantheon in 20 minutes. Many good restaurants within just a few blocks including San Marco pizzeria where we had a lovely meal our last night. There are about a dozen restaurants within three blocks.

The property is clean and very well located. Nice rooms and lovely kitchen. There is a brother and sister that run the property. The brother is absolutely lovely. The sister and and one of the staff persons is a complete nightmare. Unfriendly and unaccomodating. If the brother ran this place alone it would be perfect! Problems to be aware of were: 1. Limited staffing so you are on your own. 9AM-2AM Not quick to reply on what’s app. Needed an iron and never got a response. 2. As a result of the hours there is no real bag hold possibility after check out. 3. Definitely skip the breakfast. 4. They have a kitchen but even if you want to heat something the sister says “it’s not for customers.” 5. I had some personal issues while I was there and as compensation I travelled half the country and lugged back a great bottle of wine as a present to the sister and she ungratefully took the wine and continued to be rude. 6. She charged me 30-50 EXTRA euros for check in after hours when NO where on the reservation/rules did I see that! Worse is that it was a return visit so all they had to do was give me the keys (no checkin process required). Renter beware of these issues.

Belli36 Rooms went above and beyond my expectations! Maria, Giovanni, and Christy were all very helpful from setting up shuttles, giving us directions around town and genuine customer service. The hotel was walking distance to many major sites. I highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located, 10 minute walk to central Rome where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The only drawback is that there is no one at the front desk most of the time... you will need to text them if you have any requests or needs.

No tiene recepción así que llegamos a Roma a las 7:35 por paro de trenes en Italia y nos tocó pagar 30 euros para que nos hicieran check in después de las 7:30 hora hasta la que hay alguien en recepción. We really enjoyed our stay at Belli36. Maria was kind enough to arrange a pick up from the airport and to the airport. Christina was amazing and informative. I would stay there again. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere for the most part. Christina had great recommendations for restaurants and shopping.

Friendly and helpful people. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I highly recommend this hotel. The only surprise I got was that they would charge €40 if you arrived after 10 p.m. My flight was delayed, and I had to pay the extra €40 that was not specified in Expedia. It was more about Expedia's mistake than the hotel's. They showed me their policies. Also, Expedia had a picture of a washing machine. It was not true. So, I was kind of disappointed with two unexpected details.

Great location as it is out of ZTL of Rome but still walkable to most historical landmarks. 9-minutes to piazza navona etc..I was able to find street parking easily. The air conditioning struggled a little but was sufficient to provide us a cool reprieve from the heat outside. The lift was very useful for luggage as it is on 3rd floor. Overall a good choice for your trip to Rome.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room was clean and I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. I liked it that I had an espresso maker in my room, it was nice in the morning to get a cup or two of espresso. I traveled solo, and I felt safe there. I would highly recommend it. Grazie!!!

Our stay at Belli36 was delightful! The room was well-appointed and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast service was a nice benefit especially the morning cappuccino. We also took advantage of one of their walking tour options provided by a local staff member. If you want a delightful experience walking the streets of Rome and enjoying Roman life, definitely ask about a tour (they don’t advertise the offering).

Et veldig koselig leilighetshotell som ligger svært sentralt. Koselig å spise frokost ved kjøkkenbordet og deilig å slippe en stor frokostsal. De som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Vi fikk flere gode tips. Kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet på det sterkeste.

Overall I did not have really and complaints except for a security one. Every night that I came back to the hotel I could very easily see all the photocopies of guests passports, the picture, name, nationalities, ID numbers on their desk adjacent to the door which is a serious security breach for me if that were to enter the wrong persons hands.

The location was ok but there was an error with our reservation. We booked the suite and they double booked us the first day. We were told we would have to stay in a double room which was atrocious. They also put back dirty towels that we had placed in a pile to be cleaned and the linens were not fresh. It was a very uncomfortable stay and the pictures are not accurate. The “pull out couch” in the suite was essentially a cot. There was no iron and did not meet the standard for what was advertised.
