Perfect location and much better value than a hostel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age and could do with a deep clean and freshen up. But for the price, it is expected in Singapore. Heads up there is not safe or bottled water as advertised. Also if you room adjoins the air/light well. Make sure to close the bathroom windows as noise starts early on.a Sunday and travels straight up the shaft

The room was fine and cleaned. The certains were stained and looked like it could be molth. This is why I didn’t review this place with 5stars on cleaning. We really enjoyed the location, in front of shopping mall with food court and Metro (Blue Line), near Chinatown and Marina Bay where it is worth taking public transportation instead of walking because of the extreme hot and humide weather.

No bottle water. Breakfast is very limited in selection and runs out of food if you don't get there early.
