Hotel Imalle Haneda

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Imalle Haneda. The balcony was a great bonus, and we loved the nice view and the safe, charming streets around the hotel. The location was very convenient—close to the train, with plenty of convenience stores and vending machines nearby. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the bath/shower worked perfectly, and the internet was fast. It’s a simple setup, but it suited us perfectly. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. While there’s no elevator, the stairs were easy enough to manage with our luggage. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend staying here.

Clean room- ok. The fans have to keep running. Shower room needs a bit more attention. Bathroom is clean. Overall good. Staff- nice Shoping nearby - easy walking distance. Parking- a couple of sports avaliable, need to book beforehand.

We’ve only booked this place to have a place to stay the night before early morning flight from Haneda. Thus we only spent like 9hours at this place. However I don’t think I’d book this place again. Getting to the hotel from Tokyo was a pain. We had all our luggage with us as we were leaving the country the following day and upon entering the hotel we realized that there is no lift. We had to drag our stuff to third floor via the staircase. But that’s on us for not checking in advance. The hotel itself is more like a hostel. Everything is very old and worn out. The bathroom has seen better days. There were almost no electrical sockets to use in the room and it was over all very worn out and claustrophobic. If you only need to sleep somewhere before flight, maybe go for it. I’d definitely not recommend this place for longer stays, it’s not very nice. The staff were good and helped us book a taxi to the airport in the morning so bonus points for that.

A good price and met our needs in a Japanese budget style hotel.Good service There are no lifts so if you have a mobility problem not a good choice

羽田空港からタクシーで行くには意外と遠かった。部屋は広くて荷物を広げるには良かった。部屋にポットなどは無い。１階のロビーにポットとコップがあるので自分でコーヒーの粉（自分で買ってきた）を持って行って作った。ロビーにはテーブルや椅子があるので、そこでくつろげる。 買ってきたパンもそこで食べた。意外とリラックスできて良かった。ロビーには電子レンジもあったと思う。その食糧を買うためのコンビニが遠い。だからホテルに来る前に買ってきた方が良い。パジャマはない。タオルはしっかり目のがあった。１階に洗濯機もあった。最寄駅は東門前駅。川崎大師という厄除けのお寺にいく大師線という線にある。川崎または品川駅で乗り換える。フライトが夜中に羽田に着き、鉄道もない状態で羽田という名前から羽田に近いと思ってこの宿にしたが、タクシーでは湾をぐるっと回ってこなければいけないのでタクシー代で結構かかった。宿代は安く、まあ清潔だし、ホテルの人は親切だけれど、羽田からすぐに行けない場所で、名前からここを選んではいけない。なお、ここにはエレベーターはない。

駐車場は事前に確認しないと近隣のコインパーキング利用になります。提携しているわけではないので別途料金。今回、雨ではなかったのでまだ良かったです。 外国の方の利用者が多いかなと思いました。 寝る目的でしたら問題なしかと思います。 レストランの利用はしなかったので評価はつけられません。 食べ物が買えると嬉しい。

１４時チェックインはありがたかったです。 お部屋も清潔感があって良かったです。　 エレベーターが無く、キャリーケース片手に階段でしたが自分は問題なかったです。 暑い日でしたがエアコンもすぐ効いて快適に過ごせました。場所は駅から少し離れてますが静かな場所なので良いと思います。 近くにコンビニがないので東門前駅降りてすぐのローソンで必要な物を買っておくと便利かと思います。

1泊のみ眠るだけでしたが、部屋は清潔で良かったです。旅行帰りで大荷物だったので、エレベーターがあると助かります。

Just ease of access for trains into Tokyo and Shinagawa, staff was pleasant always greeted me when i left and came back. Room was clean and spotless when going out in the day and coming back later in the evening. Had a really good time and would use them again in the future.

We only stayed one night before our flight home, the receptionist was amazing & her service 5 star review on that. Inside the hotel was very grubby and the smell of smoke was awful. Our room was spotlessly clean and had good facilities but the smell of smoke you couldn’t ignore. And the walls were very thin so could hear people in the night. Ok for a one night stop off

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand (renoviert), aber der Teppich im Flur sehr schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage reagierte sehr langsam oder gar nicht auf Änderungen. Frühstück gab es nur bis 8:30 Uhr. Die anderen Gäste waren zum Teil recht laut.

Nice quiet place. Little bit older but clean.

何度も宿泊していつも100点満点なのですが今回は残念な事があり星4つにさせて頂きました。シーツと枕2つともに髪の毛がありました。この様な事は初めてでした。フロントや朝食の係の方の対応は申し分ありませんでしたので満点を付けたかったです。

レイトチェックインだったが24時過ぎても対応して下さってとても感謝です🙇‍♀️✨ フロントの方は外国の方でしたが英語も日本語も対応しておりとても素晴らしいと思いました！！ 2点だけ気になったのは 価格は安価だった事もありますが バスタブ・水周りの汚れとボディ用のタオルがなかったことです。 アメニティに関しては自分がちゃんと確認して用意していないのが悪いですがあれば尚快適に過ごせたかなと思いました！ バスタブ・水周りに関しては潔癖じゃなくても気になるくらい垢がハッキリと分かるくらい酷かった。(多分清掃していないのかも…) シャワー入るだけでも嫌と感じたのでホテルである以上は清潔さを保って欲しいと感じました。

Spacious room

We’ve only booked this place to have a place to stay the night before early morning flight from Haneda. Thus we only spent like 9hours at this place. However I don’t think I’d book this place again. When I walked in the room was absolutely freezing. Tried to turn the AC on. It wouldn’t work then I got help from front desk finally got the heat going but the flat washer pointing towards the room. It was just a mess in one word I wouldn’t stay there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Need to update the receptacle from two prongs to three prongs.

This was my first time staying in Tokyo. Front desk worker Rina was very kind and accommodating. For foreigners staying here, be sure to use the grey remote for air conditioning and heating. I did not know what it was for, but I quickly found out as it was very cold! Also, the wifi password was not correct, it was a simple English typo. Otherwise, it was a great hotel!

They helped me with getting my luggage shipped and even though my flight in was late they helped. One receptionist was very good at English.

There is no elevator in this hotel. Heavy baggage will be problem. The hotel help us keeping the baggages as we arrive too early. But the baggage area is not so safe. Only a string on the handle of the luggages and the staff of the front desk is always not there. When we back to the hotel. The front desk staff messed up our checkin documents and keep asking for payment of additional personal fee, which was paid in advance. At the end, he found out that the record marked paid and we finished our checkin. But when we claim our baggage the staff give us others baggages. He messed up our luggage with others

Was very tricky getting there by trains. No lift in this hotel, was not helped by staff with our luggage initially as we are not young people. Staff should have been more considerate when seeing very tired guests like us to offer us assistance.

Awesome place for one night before traveling on, had a private room private bathroom very clean. Aircon worked so well. Staff was very nice and ordered me a taxi. Walkable to some places but quiet city and in quiet neighborhood. Not much going on close to there. Perfect place for a short stay and before going to airport.

Si vous voulez être « proche d Haneda » vous l’êtes en bus. Les trains sont quelques peu plus compliqués à exploiter. C’est un bon établissement. Retiré et tranquille. On a passé une bonne nuit

Foi tranquila e agradável. Estação do metrô não é tão perto e não tem muitas opções de restaurantes principalmente para tomar café da manhã. Então, pegue a diária com café.

Very and friendly staff..convenient shops, interesting places to see nearby, safe walkable day and at night.

Very close to Origin Kitchen, Aeon mini market, Family Mart, 7-11 and other shops with very clean, tasty, affordable and delicious hot-bento & Japanese cold-salad and soup options for those on a budget. The hotel is perfect for, and busy hosting (during our stay) budget travelers, students, traveling salespeople, retirees on pensions, people stretching their dollars. We had stayed at a vastly larger luxury hotel (Tokyu brand) for the 4 days prior to this hotel, and another even more massive central Tokyo luxury property in Minato (government power center neighborhood) immediately after this hotel, so we can say with confidence that this clean, affordable, humble, friendly hotel on the edge of central Tokyo is exactly what low-profile traveler on a budget will appreciate. The neighborhood is very friendly if you make effort to chat people up. We stayed specifically to save money those few days. The staff did their best: they arranged onward travel for us, and made sure to provide amenities above and beyond the call of duty. The Japanese lady manager on duty who booked our taxi is fluent in English, and the equally lovely young lady from Harbin, China at the front desk (exchange student) speaks English and Mandarin & fluent Japanese if you need translation or an interpreter. Very affordable and clean place. Try to book the corner room on the 2nd floor (more windows & sunlight) so you won’t need to lift and carry all your luggage up so many stairs (I didn’t see an elevator/lift)
