Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft, limited TV channels provided. Suprised that this location is starting to harge $10 a night for parking...we parked in the public street free spaces in front of the hotel...how can they charge for that?! Ridiculous! The rest of the parking is combined hotel, businesses and retail...how can they charge for those either!? Nothing but a money grab by Hilton! Other than the above, safe area, quiet at night, retail is conveniently close, but not right on top of the hotel...

Great location. Walk to shops and restaurants. Nice outdoor areas. One small disappointment was that the bar wasn’t open Saturday afternoon, but the front desk has a decent selection of beer and can cocktails. A house keeping staffer got ice for me from the kitchen. We had a nice time at the pool.

Very nice property. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Only "complaint" would be to mention how vad the air smelled in the elevators. Beyond musty. Other than that, 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful so friendly and helpful! Our room was beautiful the only issue we had was the shower the water was cold the first night but better the second and normal the 3rd night so strange I would still recommend this hotel

Everything was great except for the bathroom. Couldn’t get the shower to a comfortable temp. Either scalding or cold. There was no fan either so it got steamy fast. They were also out of shampoo. The rest of the room was great.

I paid $200 for one night for a work function. There were two HUGE bugs in my room. The water pressure was probably the worst of all hotels I've stayed in. It literally dribbled out water. All of my co-workers staying at the same resort said exactly the same thing. I called the front desk to request a soda and she was an older lady, she said they don't have the staff to bring you a soda that I would need to come get it. Not a huge deal but that could have easily been done. on a good note, I left my straighter there and the assistant manager was very quick to find it and advise me on the process to get it shipped back to me so I'm appreciative for that. I give this hotel 3 stars. Bugs! Not one but two BIG ONES. I didn't sleep well.

The communication was great even before the check-in. At check-in Tim was very helpful and made the process very simple and provide insight to the local restaurants. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean and provided us with fresh towels and coffee. Overall a great stay, keep up the great work!

There were four families with 10 children under the age of 8 that ran buck wild in the commons area and hallways until 11:00 PM. Assistant manager spoke with the parents to no avail. This is unacceptable for a Hilton!

We regularly visit family in Brentwood and are looking for good places to stay nearby. When we visited a local restaurant in a very nice dining/shopping area, we noticed this property. After seeing the many positive reviews, we decided to stay. Glad we did! Beautiful property. Very well managed. 10 out of 10 rating. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was outstanding (we purchased add-on breakfast with room). Great location. Great management. You won’t be disappointed with anything.

Have stayed here whenever passing through for years. Every experience has always been consistent and exceptional. Breakfast is also outstanding and I highly recommend adding it to your booking. Whatever you choose is made to order. Eating from an actual plate with non-plastic cutlery and a cloth napkin is unfortunately a rare occurrence at most hotels on this side of the pond but you can have that here; plus the food is really great! We will continue to exclusively stay here anytime an overnight stay is required while passing through the Nashville area. The staff at this location are the absolute best!

Coffee that was supplied in room was not good, cheap. So that made us want to go downstairs for coffee and then pay for breakfast. I would think that a hotel like this would include breakfast. It certainly should as other hotels in area that cost less do. We have family and go to Nashville frequently, but doubt we will be back to this hotel.
