In close proximity to local tourism sites as well as lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room had a couple of issues, such as poor shower pressure and TV having poor signal and not much variety. However we had the pleasure of Michelle behind the bar downstairs for out entire stay, very chatty and friendly every night!

I accidentally booked my stay for one night less than I meant to and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even keeping me in the same room for the extra night I needed. The location is convenient for exploring both Baixa and Alfama with easy access to public transportation to Belém and north to the National Tile Museum and aquarium. The amarguinha sour at the bar is also incredibly refreshing after walking around Lisbon all day.

The location of this property was great! A short walk from the main square, and lots of dining and shopping options near by. The hotel lobby bar was nice and the bartender was attentive, they had a little projection screen to watch football/soccer as well. The staff was friendly and helped us with our bags. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the cleanliness, modern upgrades, and friendly staff.

Virkelig professionelt og hjælpsomt personale, både i receptionen og tjenerne ved morgenmaden. Mangler måske lidt loungeområde. Fint værelse. Godt aircon. Færre støjgener fra trafikken end vi frygtede, så det var vi ikke plaget af. Gode senge. Alt i alt var vi super tilfredse.

De check-in was moeizaam en stug. Rond half vijf was de kamer niet beschikbaar. Het duurde nogal even voor dat dit werd aangegeven. Vervolgens werd aangegeven dat het een kwartier zou duren, maar dat werd fors langer. Toen ik uiteindelijk naar de status ging vragen, bleek de kamer wel beschikbaar. Het gebrek aan communicatie was onvriendelijk en kostte daarom tijd die je liever niet wachtend bessteed. Daarna was het verder een prettig hotel met een prima bar, schone kamers en een goed ontbijtbuffet. Het overige personeel was wel communicatief en vreindelijk

TURIM, Lisbon is in a great location and has easy transportation options to get to anywhere else in Portugal you may want to visit. The hotel is nice and check-in is easy. Their restaurant dining area is small, meaning breakfast is cramped. Do not pay for their breakfast and walk one or two blocks to get something else. I am not sure if this is a hotel-wide issue or only impactes our room: the room was extremely damp. The sheets, pillows, towels, etc.. all felt wet as if they had been outside on a humid rainy day. Very strange. Either the climate control does nothing or there's a bad air exchange system. We did like our stay but due to the room, I'm glad we only spent a couple of nights.

Absolutely a great hotel when visiting Lisbon. Everything was within walking distance. So many places to eat nearby. So many beautiful sights nearby. The room was new and modern. Staff is awesome and very attentive. They even gave me my room early. I can’t say enough good stuff about this place

Extremely disappointed. Upon arrival we were asked for a 50 Euros cash deposit w/o receipt in case we used the mini bar however no incoming inventory was taken a complaint to the desk did not change things. Room was jaded filthy, so small it did not have a chair let alone a desk, curtains, mildew in shower where the door would not close and floor very slippery. Bed with soiled sheets was not made, sheets were only changed after four days, amenities not replaced. Water heater is a safety hazard. A very bad experience.

Location and staff are great. Rooms cleaned, and nice decor. However, the room is very small (it’s hard even to accommodate two opened luggages). Also you have no privacy in the washroom, which is just a glass box in the middle of the room.

Location, cleanliness and staff were great. The room was very small. There were 2 outlets in the entire room, both at the desk, so you could not charge your phone by the bed or use any hair tools near a mirror. It was also awkward that you can see into the shower and bathroom from the main area of the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately when we got to floor 5 in the lift you then had to carry your cases up stairs to the room. The roms very tiny, no wardrobe, just a single hanging rail with 6 hangers, no use for 2 adults. No place to put cases or any drawers to put away clothing. The air con wasn't on when we arrived at the room which meant it was very hot, it never cooled the room properly during our stay, despite being on constantly and we left the curtains closed to help. When informing reception they sent an engineer who said the air con wasn't fit for purpose. Was told no other rooms were available. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing compared to other Turim hotels in lisbon that we've stayed in. Corridors are very dark and light sensors dont activate until you're half way into a dark abyss! If you do risk staying, dont have hotel breakfast, lots of nice brunch cafes within 2 mins walk.

I read reviews prior to booking and was slightly concerned but wanted the location. Indeed, the location was perfect. It was so convenient for us to walk everywhere. There were plenty of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. The staff were lovely and even allowed us to check in early on our arrival. Of course the rooms are small. This is a historic city center in Europe. But they are comfortable and the mattresses and pillows were great. The breakfast was convenient and good, and we had picked the rate where it was included. The one issue we encountered was noise…not from the outside but from inside the hotel. The doors are heavy and slam loudly. Additionally, the cleaning staff need better training on how to vacuum without slamming into walls and doors. It was disappointing to be bothered by those kinds of noises in a 4-star hotel, and I believe the hotel could find a solution. Overall though, I am very happy with our 3-night stay and would stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la Place du Commerce mais surtout près du port de croisière. Excellent service de la part de l'équipe à la réception: l'hôtel était très occupé avec l'arrivée de 2 bateaux de croisières et le marathon de Lisbonne mais les 2 personnes à l'accueil ont été souriantes, accueillantes et serviables tout au long de la journée. Excellent hôtel, j'y retournerai c'est certain.

Team members at this property were all on point! I love that they are so prompt responding to my inquiries and my requests were accommodated right away. From airport transfers to excursions along with dining reservations. They say "Location, Location, Location." and this property is close to everything you wish to see in Lisbon! There's a market around the corner where you can get your necessities and shopping too everywhere! Thank you for helping me and my mom fulfill her dreams to go to Fatima!

I am appalled at the quality of this hotel. I was checked into a dirty USED hotel room. I wasn’t able to get another room until a couple of hours later because house keeping wasn’t there. They said they would upgrade me to a better room for the troubles and I end up in a smaller room. The showers had black mold in the corner and wasn’t draining properly. I am appalled at the quality of this hotel. I was checked into a dirty USED hotel room. I wasn’t able to get another room until a couple of hours later because house keeping wasn’t there. They said they would upgrade me to a better room for the troubles and I end up in a smaller room. The showers had black mold in the corner and wasn’t draining properly. I accidentally booked my stay for one night less than I meant to and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even keeping me in the same room for the extra night I needed. The location is convenient for exploring both Baixa and Alfama with easy access to public transportation to Belém and north to the National Tile Museum and aquarium. The amarguinha sour at the bar is also incredibly refreshing after walking around Lisbon all day.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was so kind. It was my birthday while staying there, and the hotel surprised me by calling my room; letting me know that there was a gift for me; then asked permission to bring it up. Room service showed up with a bottle of wine and gourmet cupcakes, with a lovely note from the hotel staff!!!

For the most part the room was comfortable with the exception of the air conditioner not working properly. My husband went to the front desk to see if there was something that they could do about it. Every time we spoke to someone the story changed as to why it wasn’t working well. They offered a different room but it was even hotter. In the morning we asked to speak to a manager regarding the poor air conditioning and temperature control in the room and the front desk refused to let us speak to them. (They were not on the premise but could call them.). When we left at 2pm there still was not a manager on duty. My husband also over heard the front desk tell the manager that we were “just Americans complaining” not realizing that he could understand them.

We stayed in the Turim Terreiro do Paço Hotel for three nights as a long weekend break. Right from check in (with Filip) service was fabulous. Everything was explained to us and if we wanted to visit anywhere we were given options and advice. The room was a good size, very clean and internally quiet. There was street noise from the trams sometimes though but the windows were all double glazed. It was great to have a kettle in the room so us Brits could have a cup of tea! I would have liked power sockets on both sides of the bed and also the option to use stairs other than as a fire escape, sometimes it's too much effort to wait for a lift and stairs are an environmentally friendly option. The breakfasts were very good with a large selection of both hot and cold dishes. Service at breakfast was excellent and attentive. The location of the hotel was fabulous, other than the Belem area we were able to walk to every attraction we wanted to see. There are also plenty of dining options within 5 minutes walk and the whole area is clean and well looked after. In short, great location and great service.

TURIM, Lisbon is in a great location and has easy transportation options to get to anywhere else in Portugal you may want to visit. The hotel is nice and check-in is easy. Their restaurant dining area is small, meaning breakfast is cramped. Do not pay for their breakfast and walk one or two blocks to get something else. I am not sure if this is a hotel-wide issue or only impactes our room: the room was extremely damp. The sheets, pillows, towels, etc.. all felt wet as if they had been outside on a humid rainy day. Very strange. Either the climate control does nothing or there's a bad air exchange system. We did like our stay but due to the room, I'm glad we only spent a couple of nights.

The staff was there to assist. The breakfast buffet had everything you wanted and more. Even thou the space is tight quarters the restaurant staff was amazing keeping everything filled and tables turned in a timely manner so that they could accommodate all guests. The hotel has a very small footprint, so the Common areas and even the rooms are small. However, that did not detour this hotel from providing all the TURIM amenities that you expect when staying at a TURIM property.

In close proximity to local tourism sites as well as lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room had a couple of issues, such as poor shower pressure and TV having poor signal and not much variety. However we had the pleasure of Michelle behind the bar downstairs for out entire stay, very chatty and friendly every night!

The location of this property was great! A short walk from the main square, and lots of dining and shopping options near by. The hotel lobby bar was nice and the bartender was attentive, they had a little projection screen to watch football/soccer as well. The staff was friendly and helped us with our bags. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the cleanliness, modern upgrades, and friendly staff.

Great location, very clean, good hotel in general. a bit moisy though because of the tram. Staff and manager are not flexible and not customer oriented. The hotel was in a perfect location. Very nice area though a bit noisy at night. The room was quite small and it didn't have the Nexpresso machine as stated. Expedia promised a free room upgrade if available. It was but no upgrade was given.

I had such an amazing stay at the Turim hotels. Location was everything… Very close to one of the main plaza, several shopping options and restaurants to choose from. Close to the water and a great location. The room was great and the staff was super nice and helpful.
