No easy access from the main highway ( carretera ) or to go to the little town you have to get out of the premises and drive around the very heavy highway to go there,,even when there's only one wall dividing the property, the room smells like a rotten egg,we asked to be moved to a different room..

Siempre ha sido cara la estancia aqui, nos gusta que es muy familiar el ambiente es muy lindo, la comida horrible casi siempre, no se diga las cenas especiales. En cuanto al personal deberian pagar mas a sus empleados o darles bonos para que se apliquen mas. El dispensador de agua de el ba@o estaba flojo.

Desde que reservamos nos contactaron del hotel para decirnos que nos cancelarian la reservacion porque no habiamos dado anticipo, y que expedia nos xancelaria e informaria de eso, siendo que seguimos las indicaciones de expedia. Everything was fine, only the terrible internet service I could never connect to Wi-Fi and the office never helped, but when you leave they don't let you leave the office until someone goes and enters your room and sees that everything is fine, the truth is, I don't know. Al llegar nos querían cobrar nuevamente a pesar de haber pagado online. No tenían amenidades suficientes para el número personas reservadas. El baño no tienen tapete para ducha. No hay suficiente sillas para sentar a las personas dos sillas en una reserva de tres. Tampoco tres vasos para beber agua, solamente 2.

My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner.

Quitaron el tobogán infantil y nos asignaron una habitación cerca del sitio donde estaban realizando los trabajos de albañilería, siendo que el hotel tenía muy pocos huéspedes. También falta mejor logística en el Restaurante, en específico el bufete se terminaba muy rápido la comida y se tardaban para traer más charolas de comida.
