The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was amazing, the water very clean, the only issue was that the pool was a little cold, and the jacuzzi didn't work.

La habitación esta muy amplia, muy cómoda la cama y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, el balcón con la salita es un plus que se agradece y muy cerca del centro para ir a comer y conocer, aunque no utilizamos la alberca, se ve muy agradable este espacio para descansar y que disfruten quienes quieran entrar a la alberca, definitivamente regresamos en cuanto sea posible.

Room and entire hotel facility in general was great which I did expect from the reviews. A lot artistic decoration and super clean hallways also. There is a delicious restaurant onsite, seems to be seperare entity from the hotel. The restaurant does have a bar and takes poolside orders for food or drinks by telephone and bring out to the hotel guests. What I wasnt sure of for the rooms, if they would have a mini refrigerator as no review mentioned one. I didn't get to use it but there was even a mini wine bottle refrigerator availbale. Room was clean and comfortable, glass shower with separate bathtub was really nice.

We had a really bad experience, we were awoken at midnight to someone opening the door to our room only stopped by the door lock we had put. We later got a call at 12:30am saying someone else had booked that room and we were in their room. We called the lobby and they said they gave our room key to another person on accident. All they offered was a free desert on our next stay.. really disappointing response from staff given we were quite frightened and even lost sleep due to the fright.

This was the second time I have stayed here. Once again, it was awesome! Everything was perfect! The customer service was friendly and them made me feel like I was the most important guest there. The food was excellent and freshly made by a chef who knew what he was doing. The bar was fully stocked, I watched Monday Night Football, and the view was spectacular. The parking lot was secure with an attendant, and we felt safe on the property. I have stayed at one of the other higher priced hotels previous to finding this one, and this is significantly better. I will always stay here when I visit Tecate!!!

You will starve at this hotel. The restaurant of the Hotel literally kicked us out. As soon as we went to have our dinner the manager told us that he is expecting a group of 28 and he can not serve us. And we have to leave. We spent the night looking for restaurant outside the hotel and it was difficult. And of course fir breakfast you have to go seek it somewhere else as no breakfast is served. The receptionist was so rude as well.

The hotel is within walking distance many areas. Downtown Tecate, local places to eat and to boarder. These places are 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Keep in mind, if you don't like walking then you may ask the front desk to call Taxi for you. The taxi fee is reasonable..l believe it was an equivalent to $5.00 dollar. G

A stay at Santuario Digueno is always a treat. Located near the border this hotel is a quiet retreat from hectic daily life. The rooms are clean and inviting. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love that they have a first class restaurant (Asao) next door.

The property was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool which was fantastic! The only minor thing are all the stairs to get to the hotel. Keep in mind this hotel is on a hill and although there is a ramp and handicap parking it is not the easiest trek if you are disabled or have lots of luggage.

I have to say that I love this Hotel. The property is beautiful and the the decor is fabulous. They really placed alot of thought into the design. The room is large and very comfortable. And there is a bath tub and avlarge shower. Everything is first class. Lets not forget the delectable Asao restaurant on site . Great food snd service. Love it!

Beautiful Hotel, Pool and rooms. The restaurant has an amazing view, specially at night. Service for the restaurant it’s kind of slow but it’s worth the time as the food is delicious. Pool service for drinks it also takes some time. Overall experience was excellent. We are already planning our trip back.

The hotel and staff were excellent. It was very quiet with great parking. I wish there were more dining options. Overall I was impressed and I would definitely come back and recommend it. The pool was nice and warm. The restaurant food was superb quality and the room service as well. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the rooms and at breakfast. The rooms had a little safe and a small fridge, very convenient.
