Amazing, comfy and clean room, nice bed and good air conditioning. Excellent, very polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast and great coffee! Overall nice and quiet hotel. Good food in restaurants near by. The pool area had a very dirty floor around the pool, with a lot of bird droppings. This can be okay if you are a couple, but very inconvenient if you have small children who need to play and crawl around. Our children got very dirty and there was no shower next to the pool, so we had to go down to the room and shower before entering the pool again. And having all the bird droppings around the pool you would think that people’s feet are not clean when entering the pool. Quite disgusting. However, the water itself seemed very clean. There was no soap in the restroom near the restaurant/reception. It is unhygienic that people are unable to wash their hands properly with soap after using the toilet.

Room was spacious and well represented in the photos. Great option of full complementary coffee menu (even the fancier lattes, iced coffees). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Offered to help with local suggestions and offered to resolve a guided tour mix-up. 15 mins grab ride to Old Town, Chiang Mai. The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas and room service was just as well. If we were considering longer stay we would extend our time at De Manor Hotel.
