The only thing my daughter asked for her birthday was to go to a hotel so she could swim. When I arrived, I had to sign a paper agreeing to no pool parties, and facilities were only for guests. When we got to the pool, it was obvious someone was having a party. Staff came in and saw the state of the pool area, but nothing was done. We ended up just sitting in the room half the night because it was so unsafe(30 peoplein the pool). Finally, around 8:30 at night, they sent security to break up the party. I know because I was going down to check if the party had cleared out and was down to see parents dragging their children in wet bathing suits out the back door of the hotel in 10° weather and bottlesof wine left behind on tables. We finally got to use the pool for about two hours before it closed, then got up early to use it again before checkout to find the pool had been closed for cleaning.

I gave this hotel 2 stars because it had a nice breakfast and Wednesday night social. Everything else was terrible. Upon check in to our room there was food stained on chairs, stained couch, rip in the ottoman, finally found the dishes (that were dirty) in the dishwasher, a half roll of toilet paper for 5 people. Found out when we went to bed there was no extra bedding for the pull out couch. Called during the evening no one answered. Asked the room to be cleaned never cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Woke up at 5am with the toilet flowing over all over the floor. Had to request a bag (we had to put the toilet filled towels in the bag ourselves) for the towels and new towels. Was told they only had pool towels. No soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. No usual toiletries ie; hand soap, makeup remover pad. Garbage was never taken out. Guests from other rooms just left their garbage out by the one elevator since no one picked up garbage in any rooms. Asked to speak to a manager only to be told the manager was on vacation. Was not worth the money. Do not stay here.

We try to stay here with our two grandchildren whenever we spend the weekend with them. The king studio room is very comfortable with a large refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. The complementary breakfast is kept well stocked. The indoor pool is fun for the kids, though they were disappointed that the "bubbles" in the hot tub weren't working part of the time. The maintenance man fixed it to work for a while. Staff very accommodating.

I absolutely hit the jackpot with this hotel. The hotel offered several amenities. Very clean with friendly staff. The kids loved the breakfast buffet as well as the pool. The only complaint we had was the pool area is very hot & humid due to it being heated, not enough ventilation. We didn’t have any but pets stay for free...also a plus. They also have a outdoor lounge area where you can grill as well.

During my stay, there was only one thing I would criticize and that is the pool. The water was cloudy, I didn't get in but my kids did. One ended up with a bleeding ear infection and the other with a very sore throat and high fever. Unexpected Dr's visits aren't fun.

The property is fine but the room I stayed in was very dirty. The nightstands and other furniture were very dusty and the dining chairs have stains and food crumbs. The pillow had a piece of hair. I do not typically leave reviews this would actually be my first time but given the fact that I paid about $250 for a night stay I think it's necessary so the facility can do better.

Very dirty. Carpet noticeably dirty with lots of stains and different type of crusty food, some may even have been old puke. Everything was very dusty. Kitchen and dinning area overall dirty and hard floor was sticky when we walked in. This property gives Hilton a bad name.

I’m not sure why people are giving this property a 10/10 because the hallway floors were dirty and my room was gross enough that if I wasn’t exhausted I would’ve cancelled my reservation even if I lost money. The only good thing I can report is there were no bedbugs. But the furniture was stained and old..like all of it. The bedding was this old sheet thin material that I’ve never seen and I had to put my clothes over me to keep warm. Things were falling a part and I didn’t even want to leave my dirty clothes on the ground because the floors were stained and just discusting. I won’t stay in anything less then 4/5 stars or 9/10 stars depending on the app..so I don’t have to deal with this kind of experience and this place has great reviews which I COMPLETELY don’t get.

Carpet torn in parts of floor suggesting that the room may have allowed a pet. Inwhich, I would’ve preferred not having a room that had a pet in prior. You could smell the animals in hallways as you walk to your room. Bed was not comfortable and squeaked when sat on. Chairs were stained at dining table, requiring a towel to sit because I was uncertain of the causes of the stains in the chair. Bathroom sink had cracks and water drained slowly- baseboards were dusty and impacts those of us with allergies.

The room was dingy with frayed rugs, The elevator was filthy and not cleaned. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed daily unless you ask. This wasn’t explained before we checked in and when I came back in the evening to find that they didn’t clean I asked why this was and was told by the front desk person that they have a lot of rooms and can’t get to all of them. I am certainly disappointed in this location.

It was spacious and was surprised that we had a cook top and full fridge. Only thing didn’t have was an ice bucket but made do with a pitcher that was in the cabinet. The wife only disappointment was due not change the sheets every day.

We had no hot water day of check in and check out. Cold showers were not appealing. Also had a compliant against us from a drunk person below us per security. Wife and I were getting ready for bed and showering around 10:30. Person below was banging on the ceiling.

Worst sleep ever. Uncomfortable beds, no pillows top or support could feel the coils. Flat pillows. Woke up in pain every morning. Other than that, things that stood out: -room has separate living space and kitchen. -Hotel in general seemed clean. -there’s breakfast available -housekeeping is every other day -there’s a swimming pool -5-6 handicap parking spots -quiet, we did not hear noise from the hallway or other rooms

Service was great from everyone! The hot breakfast every morning was very delicious and was a great perk. Bed and couch were mid-comfort and after sleeping on the bed for a week our backs definitely felt it. Carpets in the hallways and stairs could definitely use some thorough cleaning. Room had a stove but no pans to cook with.

There was trash piled up in the dumpster and all over the ground around and behind the dumpster next to the entrance we used which was closest to our room. The room I reserved was nice enough but the wall air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the carpet and the floor was wet all the way to the end of the bed, at least 5 feet away.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton property. Our room didn’t have any paper or plastic cups for water or coffee. The “stocked kitchen” had 1 coffee mug, 3 spoons, 3 knives, 3 bowls, a spatula and a few pots/pans. We booked our room for 2 adults, 2 kids (age 7 & 9) and got a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed had no linens. I called to the front desk to ask for a set and was told they didn’t have any blankets. That didn’t make sense, it’s a hotel and they didn’t have linens for the sofa bed? Apparently we were expected to sleep 4 in the bed… laziness is what it sounds like to me. The pool was fine other than they had no pool towels. Breakfast was gross. The sausage links were dry and shriveled. The hash browns looked steamed. Just gross. The room was clean and the bed would have been comfortable if we didn’t have 4 people in it sharing one blanket. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the level of service we would have experienced there.

My experience was very enjoyable. From the minute I walked in was greeted with a warm welcome. Front desk was punctual with checking me in getting me to my room. Once I got to my room, I was impressed with the cleanness of the room. Most impressive was the comfort of the bed. I definitely will be staying here again.

My spouse and I traveled to visit family and decided to room here. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The area is safe and clean. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were convenient and appreciated. Minutes away from the south suburbs of Illinois and a short drive to the city. Right by the expressway. I’d recommend this location for those seeking a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay.

This was our second time staying at this facility. Our king studio room had a sink and full-size refrigerator, which was very convenient since I brought dinner to heat in the microwave. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great fun for my grandchildren, and the provided breakfast was excellent.

We were there to swim and ended up not being able to enjoy our time due to disruptive guests. There were several unsupervised children in pool causing chaos. Trying to fight with my daughter and nieces. Spraying water all over causing the floor to be extremely slippery. Also breakfast was not tasty. The eggs were extremely garlicky and over seasoned and the meat and hasbrowns were undercooked.

Will definitely stay here again. Room was nice, breakfast was good, great selection. Staff was very friendly. Everything we needed. Only thing I didn't like was TV channel selection, but no problem. We will be back.
