As a disabled person that is dependent on assisted devices to access the hotel and it's amenities, I was NOT aware of the inability to access the restaurant daily for meals unless I was able to traverse up approximately 21 steps up to the roof top restaurant as their is no elevator access to the 11th floor. Once this was apparent, I communicated with Hotels.com to let them know that I could not remain here as even access up to the lobby consisted of a flight of stairs. The taxi driver was kind enough to support my weight as I made a concerted effort to gain access for check in. In seeing the difficulties I had and after communicating with Hotels.com, the hotel refused to let me out of my weeks booking. I finally got fed up and checked out with a day left on my booking. After checking out, they did refund my last day. I find that, as a culture, and this is with years of traveling here, the customer service tends to be inflexible and do not truly understand customer service completely. Although they are nice, they just still do not know how to properly treat or make accommodations for people with disabilities. If you are needing accessibility as a disabled person, DO NOT stay here.

Clean, nice people. but i did not like the scent. This hotel has a scented candle pot in the 1st floor. This smell was in the hotel room too. The smell was not nice, and I could not tolerate. If this is something spiritual connection, it would be nice to use some flowery scents. All of us could not tolerate this scent.
