It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.

This hotel has an amazing rate, which is why we booked here. Well, save yourself damage to your vehicle and DO NOT stay here. Our vehicle was broken into. So was another vehicle parked two cars over. Didn't help anything that we parked under a light and beside a sign stating the property was protected by cameras.

The stay overall was ok. The elevator was not working all week and I was on the 4th floor.

Elevator broken for 2 days

The property was well taken care of and clean. Breakfast was great and indoor pool was also very nice. Lots of amenities for a reasonable price. Location was also super convenient.

Two hours after check-in the elevator went down and made it impossible to get to our room with my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to use a medical device in the room. I requsted a refund and was told I "should" be refunded the cost; however, I have yet to receive the refund or any communication from the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my 1 night stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas West/I-30. If I didn’t have to return to work on the following day, then I would’ve definitely stayed an additional night. Most hotels are rated from 0-5 stars, however, I give this hotel 10 stars. This hotel is clean/spotless and well kept/without blemishes from the exterior to the interior. The front desk clerks are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable of their job. The check in/check out process is quick and hassle free, which is always a plus. The rooms are amazing. Kudos to the housekeeping, and maintenance staff. They’ve done an amazing job beautifying and maintaining this property. This hotel is conveniently located near many eateries, retail stores, and the interstate. Even though it is near many attractions, this property is extremely quiet. My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was delectable! The food was hot and fresh. This was my first stay at this amazing establishment, and it definitely won’t be my last. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose searching for a quality hotel, that isn’t overly expensive. It’s worth every penny. I can’t wait for my next vacation. This establishment will be my forever hotel of choice!!

The place was very dirty.

Overall my stay was ok. The property was well-kept, however, the rooms smelled very moldy and closed in. For the most part, my room was ok as far as cleaning, there was hair in the shower from a previous guest. The housekeeper came and cleaned my room and put dirty sheets on my bed, there was light brown curly hair all over the sheets and a dirt stain. (I have braids) I removed the sheets and slept on the blanket after. I reported to the night agent who was from New Orleans, he was amazing. But, he didn't offer new sheets after i showed him the video. He agreed that 1, the hair didn't belong to me, 2, it was nasty. But he told me to speak to the manager who was coming in after him, now remember i was checking out at 3 am, and i returned back to the room at 12 am. So we didn't have long before we left to get to the airport. I returned back to the desk to check out and the night auditor just looked at me with a blank stare and stated oh, you have to speak to a manager in the morning its nothing i can do about that. Now i work in the hospitality industry and my expectations were for someone to take ownership of the situation, and offered new sheets since it was so late and no one was there to clean the room. but no one took the opportunity to make the situation better. I didn't bother calling the manager because the employees are a reflection of their manager.

Clean and very nice rooms

Is was a good stay with clean comfortable rooms and close to the freeway.

We asked the receptionist to change the sheets as soon as we arrived at the room because they were filthy and had yellow spots and what appeared to be makeup. It took a long time, and she claimed she didn't know how to do it and that she was the only employee in the entire hotel.

This property was close to where I needed to be with easy access to the freeway. I felt safe in the area. The people at the desk spoke English, but none of the housekeeping staff seemed to, thus they couldn't hand me a box of tissues that I needed off their cart. The day I was checking out, housekeeping came into my room without knocking, two hours before checkout. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 on the week-end, but when I went down at 9:30, they were already cleaning up. The outlets in my bathroom did not work. The microwave was missing the part that fits under the turntable, thus it was wobbly. The walls were thinner than any I have experienced in a hotel. I could hear conversations and phone calls next door.

I'll start with the good. The room was clean, the shower was huge, and the water pressure was amazing. For the breakfast, there were good and bad points. The good. They actually had vegan-friendly options including veggie sausage, fruit, and oat milk. However the breakfast ended way too early. This is a terrible trend a lot of hotels are now doing. If you're weary traveler and you've got in late you do not want to have to eat breakfast before 9:00 you want to sleep in and for what you pay for a hotel you should be able to do just that breakfast should end no earlier than 11:00 am. I believe they're breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:00. Absurdly early! The bad. They lock their doors. After being on the road for almost 4 hours I didn't appreciate having to wait to be let in. Additionally the person at the front desk wasn't very prompt or friendly. I didn't really get a sense that this was a bad part of town. Also I wonder if it's actually legal for a business to have its doors locked during regular business hours or if hotel somehow get an exception to this rule. Whatever the case I was displeased. I mentioned that this was one of the only times I've ever ever robbed in a hotel and the doors were locked. It was the second time in fact. When I traveled to Pisa Italy they also had their doors locked. Yet they at least bothered to give me an explanation for it. Not this place. So overall it wasn't an unpleasant stay but I don't think I'd stay there again.

Property was Very clean and smelled clean. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices as well. Will be staying here again!

There were no toiletries for guests in the bathroom. The remote was missing for the tv. The bed was old, could feel the springs in the mattress.

Good night’s stay. Room temp was either refrigerator cold and clammy or warm and humid.

I like the location of this hotel. 10-15 minutes to AT&T stadium & globe life park. The rooms are not the biggest or most luxurious but they get the job done & you will feel safe.

4th floor Nice king bed, at first I thought the mattress was too firm, but eventually got used to it and fell fast asleep. Pool was open I enjoyed swimming alone! Breakfast was ok, ran out of bacon. Would stay again. The body wash smells amazing! maybe that’s why I slept so good!

My husband and I had a trip to Dallas for a concert and we were happy with our stay here! We loved the continental breakfast and the location. Downsides are the check in was strange, no one was there at the counter to greet us at 5 pm so not too late and we had to just wait there for about 10 minutes until someone emerged from the back office even after calling with no answer. Also, the room was fine but the curtains had very strange red stains (not sure what) on them but the rest of the room was clean and ready for us with fresh towels and blankets and such. Overall would definitely stay again, just a couple minor inconveniences.

the morning person helped us get our rooms. The night Auditor gave one room away after i called twice to let them know we would be late.

Hotel it’s self is nice. Rooms clean, standard free breakfast, good location, plenty of parking. However I left something in our room. Totally my fault! Called the desk the same day of checkout and arranged for me to drive back and pick up item because they do not ship. Which I get I am sure it happens everyday. I showed up at time I was told and that’s where the issue started. Housekeeping is the only one who can access lost and found and they where not there. Front desk refused to help and refused to give me managers phone number said they where out of cards.

The front desk agent- I believe his name was Alex- was extremely helpful. Asking if I needed anything and remembering my name.

The receptionist is very racist because I am Hispanic and because I have an accent and she asked me uncomfortable questions that I didn't want to say, her attitude is not very professional

Best stay ever!!! Staff went above and beyond making sure our comp girls didn’t go hungry at their event. Super appreciate the snack bags they got.

Nice hotel, close to everything but there’s major construction right next door

Heater in room not working; they allowed us to move quickly. Near industrial properties; train noise. Must be short staffed - all public trash cans overflowing for 24+ hours. BFast was good. Was expecting newer/cleaner/nicer hotel for the $$$.

This hotel is very clean and in a quiet location. Plenty of food options nearby and 20 minutes from Dallas Love Field.

The only thing that bugged me was that breakfast was always put out late.

Love that check out is at noon! The room had a very pleasant smell, not musty. The breakfast does need improvement. Not enough food was put out, kept running out and took long to bring more out. Also not enough variety to pick from.

Check in Fri night and check out Sat morning we're smooth and both staff were friendly. Hard to sleep, as walls paper thin and young people making lots of noise. Pillows flat, and when we went down at 935a for the breakfast buffet offered from 7a-10a, nothing left.. everything empty except for a couple apples. I asked front desk and he didn't know what to say. Fridge empty, eggs had a couple crumbs, nothing else out. Very disappointing. Will not use this hotel again.

Very clean and modern. Staff was super friendly. No problems with location. Only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Only had eggs and sausage. Cereal and toast. We went at 8:30 and the eggs were out and wasnt refilled while we ate the sausage and toast then left.
