El elevador estaba fuera de servicio, abrir las puertas es muy difícil, tardaron demasiado en hacer la limpieza y no sacaron toda la basura, cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación sucia y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación

La propiedad está bien ubicada, cerca de todo a pie. Tiene estacionamiento y te reciben amablemente. Todo muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, especialmente el baño. El único detalle es que hay que pagar en efectivo, no aceptan tarjeta de crédito. Lo recomiendo!!

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the pyramid, the zocalo, the mercado, and much of the shopping areas. There are several interesting cathedrals nearby. The hotel itself is interesting. Some things are quirky, like all of the room keys look like they have been in service since colonial days, literally. They are keys that go into a large keyhole and the door locks internally to the door. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, if that is important to you. All of that said, there are some local traditions that might surprise you if you haven't had much experience traveling in Mexico. Local traditions include the setting off of fireworks to celebrate religious holidays, many times day and night. And there are a lot of religious celebrations. This makes it very interesting, having so many churches nearby. Have fun and enjoy the culture!

El hotel esta muy viejo y descuidado, le falta limpieza. La regadera tenia cabellos, las paredes manchadas, falta darle mantenimiento, no es lo mismo que se ve en las fotografias. Lo bueno es su excelente ubicacion.

The wifi is almost useless. I asked multiple times, There are plenty of hotspots, but no r of them work. The bed is super hard and lumpy. We had to leave the water running for 10 minutes to get hot water. Almost couldn't take a shower. When we got ready in the morning, after walking around the room for a few minutes, my feet were almost black from walking on the floor. When I wiped them off with a wet towel, it turned the towel black. It was very noisy from a loud bar on the roof and another across the street. This was a horrible experience. We were supposed to be there 2 days, we left after just 1 day and found another hotel. Never again!!

Lo bueno: excelente ubicación, habitación muy amplia con gran vista y muy limpia, atención muy amable por parte del personal Lo malo: tardaron mucho en atendernos en recepción al llegar al hotel, no aceptaban pagos con tarjeta y muy ruidoso en la madrugada

Me tocó una habitación donde la puerta no podia ni abrirse bien, toda la noche se escuchaba el ruido de la recepción. Pase una noche terrible, a pesar de su buena ubicación que tiene el hotel creo no regresaría por esta mala experiencia.

Beautiful room with a view of the pyramid in Cholula, easy walking to Cholula zocalo and pyramid, restaurants, etc... The room did get a little warm without air conditioning and strong sun during the day.

Loved the room and staff and hotel. Amazing view of the pyramid and voladores. One of the 2 beds in our room was very hard and the other was great. The hotel is a couple blocks from the zocalo and lots of restaurants and vendors. The restaurant on site is not connected with the hotel or open for breakfast. Food was very good but music at night was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Seemed quieter after 11 or so but then lots of noise above us sounding like chairs being drug back and forth for about another hour we assumed was cleaning up for the day

Mi estancia estuvo increíble, desde mi llegada, me dieron la habitación antes del check in, incluso amablemente me dieron un asenso ya que la operaron lo permitia. Todos muy amables y serviciales. Siempre con una excelente actitud. Totalmente recomendado.

La atención del personal es terrible, cuando llegamos al hotel, no había nadie en recepción ni en el hotel para dar atención, se tardaron aproximadamente 35 minutos en llegar. Las instalaciones las tienen descuidadas, no hay vigilancia ni están al pendiente de quien entra o sale del hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, el costo es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.

The front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating. Though we arrived around 3:30 pm, about 30 minutes after check in began, he claimed there was only one room without a window available by the noisy lobby. He also claimed that they only accepted cash, even though neither Hotels.com nor the hotel indicated this. There was a lot of noise in the lobby restaurant and rooftop restaurant/club until 11 pm at night.

El hotel está muy bien, solo la reservación por medio de hoteles.com apareció como cancelada por problemas con mi tarjeta y eso no es correcto, el tema es que NO aceptan tarjetas y hay que llegar y pagar en efectivo. Tuve que hablar al hotel a verificar mi reserva, no hubo problemas y fueron muy amables pero si hubo que hacer este paso adicional para no llevarme sorpresas.

El hotel está muy bien, solo la reservación por medio de hoteles.com apareció como cancelada por problemas con mi tarjeta y eso no es correcto, el tema es que NO aceptan tarjetas y hay que llegar y pagar en efectivo. Mejor hotel no se puede pedir, la vista que se tiene a la pirámide es inigualable, está a una cuadra de esta y a 2 del centro de Cholula, muchos restaurantes están alrededor y el mercadito a 4 cuadras, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the pyramid, the zocalo, the mercado, and much of the shopping areas. There are several interesting cathedrals nearby. The hotel itself is interesting. Some things are quirky, like all of the room keys look like they have been in service since colonial days, literally. They are keys that go into a large keyhole and the door locks internally to the door. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, if that is important to you. All of that said, there are some local traditions that might surprise you if you haven't had much experience traveling in Mexico. Local traditions include the setting off of fireworks to celebrate religious holidays, many times day and night. And there are a lot of religious celebrations. This makes it very interesting, having so many churches nearby. Have fun and enjoy the culture!

The room and bathroom was very old, super noisy and the bathroom didn't have an outlet. The room was super cold that we weren't able to sleep. You have to pay for the breakfast and wasn't good at all. The hotel has a good location and the staff was friendly.

Me pidieron pago en efectivo, no reciben tarjetas, en este tiempo es increible. Empleados amables pero falta servicio, tienen jarra para calentar agua pero no cafe soluble, solo de grano, no se puede hacer cafe, algo incomodo el estacionamiento. La TV paracticamente todos los canales bloqueados, muy complicado ver TV

Loved the room and staff and hotel. Amazing view of the pyramid and voladores. One of the 2 beds in our room was very hard and the other was great. The hotel is a couple blocks from the zocalo and lots of restaurants and vendors. The restaurant on site is not connected with the hotel or open for breakfast. Food was very good but music at night was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Seemed quieter after 11 or so but then lots of noise above us sounding like chairs being drug back and forth for about another hour we assumed was cleaning up for the day

There are issues with this hotel that made my stay not comfortable. And the relation price and quality is not fare. You can find more high level options for lower prices, obviously not in the same area, but for that kind of prices I expected more. So I do not recommend it.
