Beautiful home and a great location near all the restaurants and activities on St. George St. Our room was lovely and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The room was actually very quiet considering the level of activity around the inn. Breakfast was wonderful each day as was dessert each night. Parking was a little crazy due to another guest who was inconsiderate, but we will definitely be back!

A wonderful experience. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast and a great social hour. The location is a couple of blocks from the historic section. Love this B&B and look forward to returning.

Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

A very cozy B&B with great staff and wonderful amenities. The afternoon social hour with appetizers is a very nice touch to include a lovely pastry for later in the evening. While located in the historic district you are not in center thus avoiding some of the late-night live entertainment that could interfere with your sleep. Our car stayed parked during our entire stay.

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the staff, food and room. The beds were the best, the bathroom was clean and everything we needed was at the tip of our fingers. We would not look for anywhere else in St. Augustine.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this charming bed and breakfast in St. Augustine (Castillo Room)! The innkeepers were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the location was amazing, and everything was impeccably clean. We can't wait to return for another visit!

This bed and breakfast was not up to standards. The staff was ill trained and unable to answer basic questions about the area. The breakfast was awful..store bought heated bun was suppose to be French toast, pumpkin pancakes inedible, fruit loops as cereal, eggs came out of a bottle..yuck! And, on the last day breakfast offerings were not put out by staff because why bother for only four guests. Upon check in, a form was given to sign…watch out since your housekeeping service was signed away. The rooms were basically clean but bedside table lamps were caked with dust. The front door was kept locked and a key given to enter the premises. Only a few lights were on in the evening so you entered into a dark vestibule. A phone number was left to call another inn in case of an emergency. I’m presuming that the other inn offered services. The area is very noisy at night so sleep time is shorts, This inn does not give charm or southern hospitality! Therefore, I would not recommend this inn.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It is a quaint and homey place. Lots of nice amenities and extras. The happy hour, the nightly desserts, discounts on tours, water and coffee…. The room was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful B&B downtown in the old city. Check-in was a breeze, the Valencia room was a wonderful, king bed, large bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi and a large balcony. Barbera was a wonderful host and happily adjusted the breakfast menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. Parking was on site and included. We didn't move it for our entire 4 day stay - we easily walked the city and visited all the nearby sites.

Good things first - Cute historical inn, parking on site is great. The Cons - We were in the Saragossa room which is right in between the front door and the kitchen/dining area. Very loud in the room from the Inn traffic not exterior noise. Early every morning you’d hear plates clanking and things getting slammed around and people talking. Not the most peaceful stay. The room doors were a set of double doors but only one side opened and it was maybe a foot wide so getting luggage in and out was hilarious and not in a fun way. Speaking of luggage there is no assistance with luggage getting it up flights of interior or exterior stairs. The whole Inn is locked at all times which is great but coming and going can be hard. Also everyone having the same key for the front door and your room door doesn’t make sense security wise. There was one very small dresser to place things on but no other flat surface. It just appeared overall very little is put back into this property. They mean well but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is downtown Historic district, which was nice, but the cost was $$$$$ for this tiny matchbox room with hollow core doors and hallway lights shining in around the door edges into our room at night. Had TV on volume 7 or 8 and next-door room occupant told us to turn it down. The bed was the best thing about our stay. I would look elsewhere. Sorry not worth the $$$$.

We have stayed here 3 other times and it has been wonderful. This time however was terrible! The Inn keeper was not attentive at all and stayed outside smoking with her boyfriend for the majority of our first night. She was here the next morning along with the boyfriend who was in and out of the kitchen with her. She claimed the stove was broken so instead of the Frittata that was suppose to be served we got scrambled eggs. She claimed the oven was broken. Our room was never services even though we checked the box that asked if we'd like housekeeping upon check in. I had to take out the trash and ask for more towels after returning back from a long day of walking around town. My husband who's an engineer had to fix the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain properly and relight the hot water tank because we had no hot water the second night. Definitely was not worth the over $300 a night that we paid and sadly probably wont be back for fear of this happening again.

Surprised that only 1 person is there till 9 pm. And it’s not the owner. Weekend morning and evening person didn’t know that I was gluten free . And questioned me like I was the problem.. Attitude needed to be better for both of them. Didn’t look like they are happy there.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and Casa sw Sueños did not disappoint. It was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The location is excellent, you are close to everything but far enough to be a serene stay. One of the highlights was sitting down to breakfast with other guests — it was such a unique and enjoyable way to start the day. Hearing everyone’s stories and sharing experiences added a personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home! We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily. It was a short walk to historic downtown also. Highly recommend Casa De Suenos
The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home! We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily. It was a short walk to historic downtown also. Highly recommend Casa De Suenos

This bed and breakfast was not up to standards. The staff was ill trained and unable to answer basic questions about the area. The breakfast was awful..store bought heated bun was suppose to be French toast, pumpkin pancakes inedible, fruit loops as cereal, eggs came out of a bottle..yuck! And, on the last day breakfast offerings were not put out by staff because why bother for only four guests. Upon check in, a form was given to sign…watch out since your housekeeping service was signed away. The rooms were basically clean but bedside table lamps were caked with dust. The front door was kept locked and a key given to enter the premises. Only a few lights were on in the evening so you entered into a dark vestibule. A phone number was left to call another inn in case of an emergency. I’m presuming that the other inn offered services. The area is very noisy at night so sleep time is shorts, This inn does not give charm or southern hospitality! Therefore, I would not recommend this inn.

Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The B&B is a beautiful place. It’s perfectly situated, within comfortable walking distance of the historic district, the marina, and many attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is stellar. We enjoyed meeting Patrick and Ester, and Amy made tasty breakfasts and gave us good tips for things to see and experience. The extras provided (desserts, complimentary sherry, Happy Hour) made it a singular experience. We’ll put this B&B on our list of places we want to revisit.

Very close and walkable to Old St. Augustine! Breakfast was good. It was nice having a king bed on the ground floor! Great parking, and the hostess was very sweet! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They make the best breakfast daily. In fact we wished we could have just eaten every meal there. It is within a mile of everything in the Historic area. We got to see all the rooms and they are all cute. At night you get a fresh baked pastry and a drink and veggies with dill dip.

I absolutely loved everything! The ladies that greeted me were very nice amd welcoming. The cook in the morning is amazing and very kind. The dessert at night was very good and a special treat. I enjoyed everything and I would highly recommend one stays there. The food alone is worth it😊

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.
