Cozy room with imaginative decor and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast of baked goods and fruit. A breath of fresh air compared to the local chain hotels and for less money.

This is my second five-star review of the Frederick William House, because my husband and i stayed 2 nights, but we had booked them individually. We LOVED this place. Very well-maintained and in a great location. We would definitely sta there again.

The property is a beautiful bed and breakfast located less than a mile from the downtown area. Our room was thoughtfully decorated with antique furniture. The bathroom and shower/bathtub were perfect. A nice skylight inside the bathroom as well. The breakfast was continental but you can order off a hot menu made to order as well. Overall it was a gorgeous property in a great location. The property manager Jeannette was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area restaurants and things to do. She was an excellent host and we plan on going back in the future. I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful inn and owner is delightful. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a stone fireplace and soaking tub. The headboard was a unique piece of art in itself and the bed was beautifully made with luxurious linens. We had an amazing home cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs cooked to order, and custom home baked orange cranberry sourdough toast. We can’t wait to come back!
