I spent 4 nights at the Rocky Pop on a solo ski weekend. The hotel is very comfortable and in a great location. The Rockypop bus to the slopes was great. Breakfast was decent and the atmosphere was friendly. Ski hire in the hotel. An excellent choice for a ski holiday.

We had a fun stay. It was easy to get to the ski fields on the bus, and very convenient having the restaurant, ski shop, laundry etc in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were compact, and a bit “hazardous” due to all the stairs and low edges to bang your head on, but we learnt to be careful. Would happily stay again.

Had a wonderful night here with our kids on a drive to Chamonix. Facilities were fantastic, live music in the lobby a great bar and food options. Parking was secure at the back of the hotel and the rooms were ideal for families with kids having a bed each. Free water and coffee was a nice touch too - beds a bit firm was the only downside if I was being super critical!

Great value for money with a convenient location. Bus stop outside for both the official Tour du Mont Blanc starting point and Charmonix. free outdoor parking available. Friendly staff and excellent service. They also stored our luggage while we hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc.

Rocky Pop has a lot of great character in decor. Exceptionally clean and front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Food was excellent and convenience to bus stop and transportation was also excellent.

Staff friendly and breakfast was amazing. AC is European standard and rooms got stuffy sometimes as the temperature got warmer. Not much circulation, could've used a little fan. The mezzanine steps were a little steep and tricky in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend that room for older people but I would highly recommend the Rocky Pop.

Märkliga familjerum med väldigt låg takhöjd och en luftkonditionering som inte hjälpte alls. 25grader på rummet vilket de meddelade är "normalt" så det var bara att vänja sig. I övrigy kul koncept med spelfokus och speciella lösningar. Mycket bra resturang på kvällstid, frukosten var sådär däremot. Toppen med biljard och pingis samt lekställning för barnen!

Overall, it was fine. The a/c was good and needed due to warm weather. The biggest drawback was the room itself. It was very small with stairs that went down to a bed and up to a bed. The stairs were dangerous and my husband could not stand up without hitting his head in most of the room. Very strange room design.

I booked a mezzanine room as this was the cheapest room ($250 1 night), quite expensive and in Les Houches and not bustling Chamonix. The room was exactly as the picture represented but scary in reality. The tread of steps up to the mezzanine bed were very thin. I have tiny feet and had to step sideways. Also 3 steps down to the single bed seemed dangerous. Would not recommend these rooms. The ambience in the common areas at night was amazing, live music, couple of large outdoor areas, open bar and restaurant and comfy sofas to relax. Would highly recommend but avoid mezzanine rooms.

Super emplacement avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Chamonix- L’Aiguille du midi !! Les installations de l’hôtel sont magnifiques surtout la terrasse extérieure ! Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié. Seul bémol chambre très petite et salle de bain minuscule.

The location is good for exploring the Alps. However, the rooms were small and if you upgrade to a larger room - the bed is on the floor and there are stairs into a loft (which has the bed) with a low ceiling. The breakfast is limited and cost 15 E which is too much for the quality of the breakfast. The colors in the room and hallways are black and red - needs updating. The lobby is always busy and noisy. Additionally, the parking lot is small and at times difficult to find a space for your car.

New, well designed facility to handle individual guests as well as families. The staff speaks multiple languages and are so friendly. They go the extra mile. I spent my first and last day of my TMB trek here, as well as two unplanned days in between due to sickness.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Peccato che, a causa della mancate connessioni wifi, sono rimasto fuori dal parcheggio ad ora tarda, perchè nessuno mi apriva e sono rimasto senza carta igienica perchè nessuno mi rispondeva alla ricezione in orario mattutino. Raccomanderei il pizzaiolo o chi per esso di non starnutire platealmente in cucina ! Dopo il COVID non mi sembra molto ingienico e rispettoso per i clienti.

Vraiment bien comme hôtel! Un peu loin de la gare et pas super piéton friendly en hiver mais il y a une station de bus juste en face. Ils donnent une carte de visiteur pour le train donc c’est super :)

Absolutely stunning location! The rooms are quirky and the layout somewhat interesting, not a conventional hotel room at all. An additional mirror other than the bathroom would be handy. Don't stay here if you have mobility issues, there are steps and steep stairs in the rooms. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Evening options weren't as good, as when we stayed we were told the pizza oven wasn't working, yet 5 minutes later pizzas were being brought to other guests.

For a few days it was great and also the food option in the restaurants are really nice. There is nothing negative to say only that they should offer a better egg option for breakfast! We had meet there the worst options in my over 30 years of travel! As I asked the Breakfast Lady who was responsible for the breakfast, if we could have some fresh fried eggs, she was saying that it is not possible and they have no chef mornings in the kitchen. Her reaction about my negative comment about the scramble egg’s was not very friendly and respectful to a guest. They offer only cold hard boiled eggs and “industrial” liquid eggs for scrambled eggs. It is so sad because the other breakfast options are really good and fresh! So you could only make it better for your guests when you would overthink this point. So 1 Star less but still a nice Hotel, my kids enjoyed the free games options there a lot! It’s a perfekt hotel for Family’s with Kids. Furthermore they have a laundry room with 4-5 washing machines (5€) and the same amount of dryer’s (3€).

Chambre avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Hotel exceptionnel : petit dejeuner grandiose , excellents repas, service au top, café/thé eau plate/gazeuse à disposition. L'etablissement dispose d'une serre et cultive lui-meme une partie de ses legumes, plantes aromatiques. Tout est cuisine "maison" Possibilité de sejourner en demi-pension. A recommander, d'autant que le prix est tres correct.
