We stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer trip to the Alps. The team couldn’t do enough for us and our 2 dogs, a very pet friendly hotel, we were also upgraded to a view of Mont Blanc (thank you!). The parking was easy to access (and had security cameras). We were able to store our bikes in a locked garage during our stay, which was welcome. The restaurant is top quality and good value for money. I’m GF and the pizza GF base was amazing (as was the normal pizza, I’m told!), there is also a good choice of pasta dishes and burgers, which we enjoyed the second night! I would recommend this hotel for a summer stay and we plan to stay here for our next ski trip in Chamonix/Les Houches!

Only had one breakfast there;quite a bit of dust on top of various distributing machines.Rooms are poorly sound insulated.Parking at the rear hotel building is narrow and quite icy .Courteous staff but the prémises need quite the overhaul.

La prestation proposee ne correspond pas , la jaccuzy est en mauvaise etat , buses manquantes et cassées .. et la vous avez de la chance car vous avez pu vous plonger dans le Jaccuzy. Pas possibles pendant le sejour , le traitement de celui ci rendait l acces impossible car irrespirrable .. le sauna et hammam manquait eclairage . Pour la chambre presence de toile araigne au plafond mais une literie bonne . La restauration etait classique pizzeria . Pour le pass .. une belle lecon de vie en arrivant pour le port du masque et ensuite vous apprenez que certains clients logent dans l établissement sans pass mais ne sortent pas de leur chambre enfin il parait . Au moment du reglement un probleme sur le montant des chambres qui ne correspond pas â la reservation et au paiement du site ..

Stayed the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc, Checkin was easy, quick and courteous. The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast they offered before heading out on our hike for the next 8 days. The hotel does offer safe bag storage for a fee, and all our items were waiting for us when we returned. The staff was extremely friendly during our stay and the room was clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

Everything in this hotel was perfect! The receptionists were so amazing, funny, and friendly. The mountain views were sensational! Our room was very clean and is also cleaned daily. It had an inclusive spa (hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna/hamam). It was in very close proximity to Chamonix (10 mins away- if that's part of your itinerary). Overall, my rating is a solid 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propre, grand jacuzzi, proche d'un arrêt de bus. Seul bémol: petit-déjeuner cher (15 euros) et pas terrible. Viennoiseries petites et sèches, pain pas terrible, pas de fruit frais, pas de miel. Machine pour faire des oeufs brouillés pas terrible (il n'y a que des machines, pas d'humains et ça, ça lasse...). Choix limité pour 15 euros c'est rentable...on est loin des buffet en Asie et en Amérique Latine...

C’est n était en famille durant 3 jours. L’accueil était chaleureux, la propreté et surtout l’emplacement par rapport au prix en le comparant par d’autres hôtels. C’est vrai que la station de ski n’est pas juste en face mais à 5 minutes en voiture t’en a la station les bouches (télécabine le prarion à côté mais il faut compter un peu plus de 50€ pour le pass ski d’une journée) ou bien à 8 km de l’hôtel ce qui fait 7 à 10 minutes en voiture t’en a aussi la station de chamonix les planards et tu peux aussi faire visiter le centre ville. Ah oui il faut manger dans le restaurant de cet hôtel les bouffe est super bonne et le cadre est très agréable mais il faut réserver de préférence. Un parking gratuit à disposition aussi.

Room was clean and had everything needed including WiFi and toiletries. Tea/coffee was provided in the room but no milk, although I'm sure they would provide some on request as they were very helpful. Food, service and prices were good. An excellent option for those starting/finishing the TMB.

Louis, the new owner, was super nice and extremely helpful!!! We were stuck in traffic for two hours before arriving to the hotel. He wanted us to feel comfortable and upgraded us to a more bed space in the quadruple room. Our new room has a bigger patio terrace. The view is immaculate! Base of the mountain. You can add breakfast for a surcharge. The new added automatic scramble egg maker is fantastic. Breakfast consists of bread, col cuts, cheese, yoghurt, juice, jams and jellies, fried fruits - figs, apricots, dates, and grains, cereal, etc Louis recommended we take lunch in Chomonix at Josephine Restaurant as well as Rose du Pont..

Joli hôtel, personnel sympathique, locaux, chambre et déco chaleureux, bon petit déjeuner. Par contre il aurait été bien de nous préciser que le restaurant de l'hôtel n'ouvrait que le 15 décembre. D'autant que le seul restaurant ouvert dans la localité était un Indien ! Isolation phonique de la chambre un poil juste.

Such a lovely hotel, right next to the bus stop. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that the beds and pillows were too hard for my liking.

Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propre, grand jacuzzi, proche d'un arrêt de bus. Seul bémol: petit-déjeuner cher (15 euros) et pas terrible. Viennoiseries petites et sèches, pain pas terrible, pas de fruit frais, pas de miel. Machine pour faire des oeufs brouillés pas terrible (il n'y a que des machines, pas d'humains et ça, ça lasse...). Choix limité pour 15 euros c'est rentable...on est loin des buffet en Asie et en Amérique Latine...

This was a lovely little room, very comfortable. Not a lot open on Sunday in the town. No restaurants or cafes or even grocery store. If you want to eat on Sunday, you have to drive into chamonix or wait until the restaurant opens at 6:00 pm. Wish the breakfast was included. It looked delicious!

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer trip to the Alps. The team couldn’t do enough for us and our 2 dogs, a very pet friendly hotel, we were also upgraded to a view of Mont Blanc (thank you!). The parking was easy to access (and had security cameras). We were able to store our bikes in a locked garage during our stay, which was welcome. The restaurant is top quality and good value for money. I’m GF and the pizza GF base was amazing (as was the normal pizza, I’m told!), there is also a good choice of pasta dishes and burgers, which we enjoyed the second night! I would recommend this hotel for a summer stay and we plan to stay here for our next ski trip in Chamonix/Les Houches!

Stayed the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc, Checkin was easy, quick and courteous. The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast they offered before heading out on our hike for the next 8 days. The hotel does offer safe bag storage for a fee, and all our items were waiting for us when we returned. The staff was extremely friendly during our stay and the room was clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

Everything in this hotel was perfect! The receptionists were so amazing, funny, and friendly. The mountain views were sensational! Our room was very clean and is also cleaned daily. It had an inclusive spa (hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna/hamam). It was in very close proximity to Chamonix (10 mins away- if that's part of your itinerary). Overall, my rating is a solid 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

C’est n était en famille durant 3 jours. L’accueil était chaleureux, la propreté et surtout l’emplacement par rapport au prix en le comparant par d’autres hôtels. C’est vrai que la station de ski n’est pas juste en face mais à 5 minutes en voiture t’en a la station les bouches (télécabine le prarion à côté mais il faut compter un peu plus de 50€ pour le pass ski d’une journée) ou bien à 8 km de l’hôtel ce qui fait 7 à 10 minutes en voiture t’en a aussi la station de chamonix les planards et tu peux aussi faire visiter le centre ville. Ah oui il faut manger dans le restaurant de cet hôtel les bouffe est super bonne et le cadre est très agréable mais il faut réserver de préférence. Un parking gratuit à disposition aussi.

Joli hôtel, personnel sympathique, locaux, chambre et déco chaleureux, bon petit déjeuner. Par contre il aurait été bien de nous préciser que le restaurant de l'hôtel n'ouvrait que le 15 décembre. D'autant que le seul restaurant ouvert dans la localité était un Indien ! Isolation phonique de la chambre un poil juste.

Only had one breakfast there;quite a bit of dust on top of various distributing machines.Rooms are poorly sound insulated.Parking at the rear hotel building is narrow and quite icy .Courteous staff but the prémises need quite the overhaul.

We booked this hotel because weather we delayed TMB start date. We booked early in morning and got check in at 10am and we can get into room early. It is important for a raining day. It is just at the bus stop thus really convenient to go to Chamonix.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the view from the room was gorgeous. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat dinner there but we did enjoy breakfast. Breakfast had an amazing options and would highly recommend. All staff were approachable and friendly. Really glad we were able to store our luggage there for the remainder of our trip

Very kind and helpful staff and a wonderfully cozy hotel with a great restaurant. Also parking is included which is a rare treat in this area. I would highly recommend this anyone wanting to visit the area but wants something a bit more quiet than Chamonix. Les Houches is charming itself is and very well connected to the sorrounding area with the bus system.
