Stayed 4 nights

The apartment was a good size for two adults, and the cleaning lady was very nice. The refrigerator and hot water worked well, and overall the space was functional. Unfortunately, there were several comfort issues. The biggest was that the A/C did not work. When we arrived, there was already a floor fan in the apartment, which we later realized was likely there because of the A/C issue. September in Lisbon is still quite warm, including at night, so this made sleeping uncomfortable. There was also a very strong musty/damp smell throughout the apartment. The odor was noticeable as soon as we entered and was strong enough to trigger significant allergy symptoms during our stay. Combined with the lack of working A/C and ventilation, this made the apartment particularly uncomfortable. Noise was another problem. Daily trash collection was incredibly loud, and on Friday and Saturday there was significant street noise until around 3–4 a.m. The walls are also very thin, so we could easily hear guests in the neighboring apartments. Finally, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I experienced enough back pain that I needed medication almost daily during our stay. There were definitely some positives, especially the size of the apartment and the friendly cleaning staff, but the non-functioning A/C, strong damp/musty smell, allergy symptoms, noise, thin walls, and uncomfortable bed significantly affected our experience.

Nobody would help if anything goes wrong. There’s basically no service at all and wondered how could it be called “serviced apartments”.

A great location for a tourist! Walk to main attraction or to Subway station or catch a tuk-til ride ( they are everywhere). Our room was perfect, newly remodeled, contemporary, clean. Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. When you reserve on line, you are reserving A room, not THE room in the picture. You get whichever room is available. Check in was super easy, Fabio met us and helped us with the process, also he was very helpful in resolving a small issue. Obrigada, Fabio!!

I stay at the studio and love the apartment. It's clean and spacious. I love the washer in the apartment and they even provide a drying rack in the closet for you. I like that there are lots of windows in the room. The location is so convenient with restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. (my favorite breakfast spots are: Lou's cafe, dear breakfast, and Seventh brunch and they are all less than 5 mins walking distance). Tram 28 is just outside of the apartment and the famous yellow tram was 10-15 mins walking distance. Overall, great location! Highly recommended!!
