The staff were amazing, professional, helpful, friendly. The room was great, clean, beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, large. The location is perfect. The venues such as the pool and the gym are top notch.

The room is very clean and bright inside. Plus it is in an excellent location, which is near sanlitan with good foods around. Close to the metro station. The buffet breakfast is great with a lot of food selections. They replenish the food very often and the. The serving staff and station chefs are friendly and helpful. Duty manager, Jerry zheng, is very helpful with dealing with the room matter. He resolved the room matter quickly, so we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The staff are very very helpful, and I enjoy every moment during my stay. The hotel room is very new and trendy, and location is good. The breakfast is very nice and the staff in the restaurant are very helpful.
