Hotel was centrally located in the heart of the city and easy to find, 5 mins walk up from the metro station straight from the airport. Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the staff - especially the girls who worked on the reception. Bags could be stored after checkout if you had a late flight too.

Hotel itself is great but as we filtered on "parking" available it felt like a scam and we were directed to a big parking house (that was NOT easy to find as there are multiple parking houses side by side) and charged 17€ a night as well. Hotel should not flag with Parking. Created lots of problems for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and clean. They offer parking with a discount fee in a public parking. Unfortunately, we were parked in the wrong parking, next to the right one…So directions to their prefered parking could be better (not just by name, but also by address). Bit on the whole, we had a very nice stay.

The desk staff are amazing! The location is right smack dab in the middle of everything you want to see in the old city and the oceanografic and the beach are easy bus rides away. One minor issue was that a previous guest had caused a lot of water damage in and around the bathroom and it needs to be repaired. Also, the elevator is insufficient for the number of rooms at the property.

Super zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber. StylischenZimmer. Extrem freundliches Personal. Alles was es für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Das Einzelzimmer ist zwar relativ klein, aber perfekt aufgeteilt und vollkommen ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Auch ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist unschlagbar vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und hat eine super Lage. Direkt nebenan ist ein Parkhaus das zwar 22,- € pro Tag kostet, aber sehr praktisch. Vom Flughafen sind es jedoch nur 20 Minuten, insofern ist ein Mietwagen fast nicht notwendig, wenn man eine Städtetour macht.

Good location and friendly staff however we will definitely not be staying here again. The room walls have water damage and mold under the window. They need to paint in other places where the walls are damaged. The decor is a step below a college dorm room. Very basic and terrible lighting. Does not look like the photos. We were on the inside of the building so we didn't have any views but at least it was quiet. The breakfast was very disappointing. Be prepared to wait for a long time for the one coffee machine for all the guests. There are plenty of good coffee shops close by so just go out for breakfast.

Shortly after checking into my room, I was shocked to find a large cockroach crawling on the floor (see attached photo, taken after I had to kill it myself). I immediately informed the hotel staff. However, I was told that there were no alternative rooms available, and all they could offer was a complimentary breakfast, which I declined as I felt uncomfortable eating at the same facility after such an incident. This situation caused me significant distress. I could not sleep properly, fearing there might be more insects in the room. The presence of a cockroach strongly suggests a hygiene and pest control issue, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation listed on your site. I am requesting: • A formal investigation into the hygiene practices at this property. • A partial or full refund for this unacceptable experience. • That this incident be noted for future guests’ awareness. Wir haben auf den Hinterhof geschaut durch ein kleines Fenster, dadurch sehr dunkles Zimmer, nicht erkennbar ob Tag oder Nacht war. Zimmer hat sehr nach Abwasser gerochen und Lüften war nicht möglich zusätzlich extrem hellhörig. Definitiv kein vintage feeling. Andere Zimmer sahen deutlich besser aus. Lage Top, Frühstück war ausreichend, Personal bemüht. Fahrradverleih über Partnerhotel in der Nähe möglich.

The Goods: The location is amazing. It really is. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is stylish and it has great bathrooms and water pressure. Coffee machines, beds, TVs, everything…all good for a 2 star hotel. The Bads: It was so loud in room 102 we considered moving hotels. The square is super loud until 2AM and beer keg deliveries start at 8AM. If you’re a light sleeper do not get a room on the square. Also, my wife thinks the windows should have two sets of curtains; one to let the light in and the other to create privacy. I’d stay at the Casual Vintage again, just not on the square side.

Nice hotel in the city center, close to train station, metro, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind and willing to assist. Breakfast was sufficient and we had a lovely room with a view. One small remark, the hotel room was rather warm, so recommend to be able to turn on the airco per room. During our visit in November this was centralized and could therefore not be improved. Nevertheless, we would certainly come back to this hotel.

We have stayed here once before and chose to go again due to its position and that it is quirky not the usual run of the mill. We had a very good room which had a lounge and separate bedroom both which were large and also had a very large balcony with excellent views of the city. We added breakfast to our room rate and it was an excellent move as the choice and quality were very good. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice and we would stay again and recommend it. One point to consider is that the corridors to the rooms are narrow and the lift is tiny. One thing that would enhance my stay would be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, By the way, wonderful toiletries in the room which we appreciated.

The hotel's location was excellent and walkable to the city's main attractions. Although we expected art deco bedrooms, we found ours not restful or condusive to sleep with abstract paintings of a bleeding bull and bullfighter. Staff were pleasant but the late night street noise below, especially Saturday, prevented a good night's sleep. The lift is far too small for the size of the hotel.

Positives, Location fantastic, lovely staff and clean. If booking as a family I would go for the exterior rooms and pay a little more as the interior room (201) we stayed in was small and tired. Bathroom looked like it had been installed a good 20 years ago. If I am honest I found the pictures that Hotels.com has used pretty misleading. They all show big rooms with modern bathrooms. As you will see from the pictures taken this wasn’t what we were offered. As £330 a night it was very overpriced. I did ask the hotel if we could move but no availability. Friends stayed in an exterior room and it was big and modern bathroom, so I expect that the hotel is slowly renovating its rooms. Made me realise not to trust booking site and do further research before the next trip.

Staff allowed me to check in early, which was really nice. Unfortunately while the room was large and pleasant, it was one floor up from the main street and really loud. Around 10pm I went to the reception to ask to change, and was told there were no other rooms to move to. The receptionist said it would soon get quieter, but this was untrue, both because of the street and the fact he was talking and laughing loudly with a guest. I checked and discovered it was also untrue that there was not another room to move to and went back down to remonstrate. He then changed excuse and said he would not be able to rent out my room anymore. I explained, that in fact he could as it would just mean emptying the litter bin as I hadn't use the bed. Fortunately, a colleague agreed to switch me with the caveat that the other room was far more basic. I took it as it was quieter, but when I suggested the next day that the hotel split the difference in price, they refused. The breakfast isn't particularly great and in an area known for producing oranges, they serve disgusting juice.

Beware. The staff is terrible, we had numerous negative interactions. Our heat was stuck on and the front desk said they would send someone, but never did. We ended up sleeping with both windows open because it was 100 degrees in our room. Construction started at 6am and was very very loud.

Das Hotel liegt schön im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und eine gute Aussicht auf den Hauptplatz und den Bahnhof im Hintergrund. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Bahn, Bus) sowie der Hopp-on-Bus in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir sind auch öfters mit dem Taxi unterwegs gewesen, da diese nicht allzu teuer sind (zum Flughafen zB knapp € 18.--). Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt im zweiten Stock einen großen Frühstücksraum mit Sicht auf den Hauptplatz. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr ordentlich (die Zimmer dürften in diesem Hotel immer nach einem bestimmten Motto eingerichtet sein - bei uns war es fliegen). Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, von süssen Dingen bis zur Wurst und Käse sowie Obst und Fruchtsäfte. Es wurde auch durch das Personal dauernd aufgefüllt, so dass man auch bei späterem Frühstück die volle Auswahl hatte. Die Rezeption ist zwar klein aber die Angestellten hatten Alles gut im Griff. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hauptlift ist nicht besonders groß (2-3 Personen mit Gepäck), allerdings gibt es noch einen zweiten Lift, wenn man ein paar Stufen bei der Rezeption hinaufgeht. der ist zwar auch nicht größer aber nicht so stark frequentiert. Das Einzige, was etwas verbesserungswürdig ist, wäre eine bessere Ausstattung des Balkons. Die Sessel sind nicht besonders bequem und der Tisch (wenn man das so nennen will) war gerade groß genug für eine Flasche und zwei Gläser.

Fine location off Pl de Ayuntamento, in walking distance of both the station and the old quarter. Receptionist Lorenzo very welcoming and helpful. Bathroom a bit cramped and the shower door wasn’t quite watertight.

Bang in the centre of Valencia - parking is tricky if you are driving, ten mins away . Couldn’t get a better location - 8 min walk to the Cathedral . Breakfast was brilliant- great choice of hot and cold . Not the smartest plushest place but it was clean - had good showers and great air con . Beds and pillows were good quality

The hotel is in an excellent location! You can walk to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful! If you have a room facing the plaza, just be aware that it will get the afternoon sun and the room can get warm so just have the curtains drawn.
