Very helpful staff and a very clean room. Great location

Breakfast was simple, but enough choice to start the day.

Great location for restaurants and tourist sites. Ask for a room away from the main road as noise can be a problem.

The room was spacious and clean. Among the hotels in Porto, it has very modern facilities. It would have been better if there were more power outlets for charging devices. The most serious issue, however, was that the room was far too cold. While it is true that the weather was cold on the days we stayed, the room was so cold that we caught a cold. Although a small heater was provided, it could not be considered proper heating. This is an issue that must be addressed.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge, kettle and cups, which we used and a complimentary bottle of water everyday. We also had a complimentary glass of port and pastel de nata, which was nice. It's close to São Bento station and walkable to Vila Nova de Gaia across the Dom Luis I Bridge.
