Trinity Suites Downtown Dallas

The property looks old and run down. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and had modern decor. There was some minor damage on the walls and bathroom tile. It's just a shame the exterior of the property looks like a place where you think you're on the wrong side of town where bad things happen.

This is a great place to stay if working out of town, not to bring the family. The lobby has no AC, the rooms have the AC turned off all day, so youll probably enter it and its 101°. Not such a big problem i turned the AC on and ran some errands came back to a cool room. The parking lot is pretty small. Great room for the price. Quiet area, away from traffic.

Place was nice, but some lights were out. Furniture weirdly placed. No actual sheets just a comforter. All in all somewhat sketchy area. Would not recommend.

I booked this hotel not seeing the outside of the hotel.and at that time I could not get a refund. The outside of the hotel definitely needs a facelift. It’s a very old motel. To my surprise the inside was newly remodeled and clean.

Room was clean - I was only staying one night, and it was everything I needed it to be. Shower had good water pressure. Towels and sheets were clean (though another blanket might have been nice).

Place was a dump. Very dirty.

We stayed here because of its proximity to downtown Dallas. This motel is very run down. Just plain dirty. During our entire stay our room was not cleaned. I do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. Stay somewhere else!

Very nice and clean, room attendant is very friendly and approachable. Great place to stay short stays and long stays.

The over priced “motel” had roaches in our room, pee stains throughout the entire bathroom floor. When first arrived to check in (Drove in from California) the lady ran out and made me move my car because I was in front of the office, even though they’re labeled as parking spots. Then she noticed I had my dog in the back seat which I was taking him to a dog daycare and she immediately called I’m assuming her husband and he too then continued to argue with me about my dog, I kept saying he’s not staying here and she kept telling “no pets… no pets” even the husband began to argue. The towels we were provided had stains and were unusable. The vent fan for the bathroom didn’t work as well as the lights. I do not recommend staying here. I’d recommend a Motel 6, at least it’s name brand and you know what you’re getting. This place is one huge false advertisement. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, during a recent trip to Dallas. I attempted to call to arrange check-in, upon booking a reservation, and could never get ahold of the front desk. As I attempted to sleep my first night there, my skin itched to the point I awoke, showered, and checked out at 6am. I am now battling bed bugs, because the owners of this facility failed to change out the bedding in my room.

The property is set across from the school. It is a very old building. I believe management uses the ground floor as a home it was very sketchy pulling into the parking lot. I checked in and went into the room. The first thing I did was check for bedbugs, and I found none, upon pulling back the sheet, it was a stained mattress cover that was not waterproof along with a burn mark pulling back, the mattress pad revealed a horribly stained mattress looking at the pillows they were all mismatched with no pillow cover only a case all of the pillows were horribly stained The room itself appeared to have recently been remodeled. I went down and checked with the property management and asked if there was a room with a newer bed. Property management became irate and responded. What do you sleep on the mattress or the sheets? I said the sheets and I politely asked if there was a newer bed available management you can leave I will give you refund, I want to speak with my wife as we were speaking the manager stormed up to the room and called me up. They were recording me without my permission, asking me to show the stains when I did they told me I could stop and that I should go, I should go I should go , so I did upon calling Expedia. Expedia said they would have to talk to the property management at which time management refused the refund.

I like staying here because: it is a clean, reasonably priced, basic motel; it is only a 10-12 minute walk from the DART Red Line, taking me easily and quickly to downtown; the maid-service is good; there is a food mart one block from the motel, for necessities.

This is a good, basic, clean no-frills motel at a reasonable price. It is 10-12 minute walk from DART Red Line stop at 8th & Corinth, providing easy acccess to downtown. There is a gas station/food mart 1 block away, where necessities can be bought.

If you want an interesting stay, this is your go-to place! Nice touch with the LED light strips in the rooms to set ambiance.

The room was super clean and equipped for how cheap the price was, only downside was the AC wasn't very good.

not sure if it’s for all rooms but room 120 has gaps on the door so you can hear outside. i kept waking up due to the passing cars right infront of the property. I really don’t recommend this place for that reason. that’s a very big reason. search elsewhere! my trip was last minute and i paid the price.

It was a good stay, no bugs, safe. It was just kinda odd. Looks like an apartment complex. Room literally basic.

This was a good, solid, quiet, basic motel. My room was clean and well-equipped: e.g., mini-fridge; microwave; coffee maker; iron/board; hair dryer. The housekeeping was good. It was an older motel, which had clearly been newly renovated. There were flashing, colored (red/green/blue) LED lights, which I kind of enjoyed, (though you could turn them off, if you didn't like them.) The motel was about a 10-minute walk from the DART Red Line (light rail) to downtown (3 stops). There was a big gas station/mini-mart about a 2-3 minute walk from motel, where you could buy basic stuff, if necessary. I have stayed at many, many motels, and so can say that the TV channel selection was somewhat above average.

Basic, dated but OK. I was in Dallas for the eclipse which had driven up demand and prices, I wasn't willing to pay the inflated prices at other hotels so this was OK for my budget. It's not Downtown as the name suggests but a 10 min walk from the 8th & Corinth Dart station, the only food nearby was Mexican nothing else. There was some traffic noise from the road nearby but I am a light sleeper.

Owners were really nice and the overall service was good. As for the room, its what one can expect from a ~$70 room.

Staff were considerate of my early check-in request. Room was adequate but did smell when i first entered however was fixed by turning the A/C on. Reasonably priced and comfortable

Horrible hospitality and dirty property. Was locked out of room one night and then was told we needed to check out 15 minutes before our actual checkout.

The automatic room call tranfer service works poorly. Many times incoming calls are sent to front desk. Owner screamed at my father and threatened too charge 50 dollars for trying too reach me in my room

Great for the price. Easy access to public transportation or an easy 1 hour walk to downtown.

Motel is a convenient 10-12 minute walk from DART station. There is a gas station/food mart and an ice cream/coffee place one block away. There is a tacqueria 2 blocks away. Motel is conveniently located near 35E service/access road.

Property was more than adequate for my needs. Being super critical it could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint but this isn’t on the housekeepers. If you’re just looking for a cheap roof over your head you can do much worse. Bus stop right outside takes you to the Bishop Arts District in 5-10 minutes where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Bus to the city is a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again.
