This is a perfect place that offers long stays with a kitchenette area while you are in location for longer periods of time. Modern rooms with wooden floors and kitchen appliances all minus coffee machines but there is coffee in the lobby

Very clean and pleasant. The area is awesome. You are right next to a large outdoor mall.The beds could be upgraded and be more comfortable and one of the washers is down. Apparently allot of people live there long term. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice low cost place to stay for an overnight. The suites have mini kitchens but with no kitchen ware whatsoever, not sure how much value that has. The tv could stand to be bit bigger considering how far they are from the bed. If you can, get an upstairs room because you can totally hear the steps from the room above. Great shopping and restaurants near by but not within walking distance.

I was very happily surprised with what you get for a very reasonable price. I just needed a place to stay for 1 night while in the midst of a move and wanted to find something budget-friendly. This was a great find, especially when I was comparing prices with other hotels in the area. While I didn't need to use it, there was a full-size fridge, kitchen sink, 2-burner stovetop in the room, all in great condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. All in all, I was happy with my stay.

In the bathroom, it was not clean… it looked clean at first, but there was hairs in the tab. Noise from other room can hear and very loud hallway noise when people walk. I called the hotel early morning to let them know my flight will come in late, so I will let them know when I will come to check in…. But middle flight, they have been calling me about my check in since it is late evening. I called to let them earlier… not good communication

The only drawback was that the floors in the room maybe got a Swifter cleaning, but had not been mopped and cleaned. Using the bath mat to shuffle my way around the room, revealed black dirt on the underside.

The property is very nice for a basic extended stay accommodation. The only issue we had was the towels were stained and sketchy the first day. The staff has been helpful and kind. It is also very quiet and the beds are quite confortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was seamless, workers was friendly and helpful. Room was large and spotless. You can ckearly tell there is a emphasis on good cleaning practices. A/C was cold and everything worked as expected. Property both outside and inside was mantained well and price was great. We were here for an overnightvstay at Riley's and juat needed a room to sleep and shower. It exceeded exoectations and we will stay here for our next trip. The great reviews are why we picked rhis hotel and we were not diaappointed.

Having a functioning full size fridge and microwave was great. The internet speed was good, and the parking was convenient. The only thing that seemed a little odd was late at night the building front door was supposed to be locked with key card granting access, but the door was not locked. Not a big deal, though.

Good location and clean room. I wasn’t aware that they come in to take dirty towels, which was fine but they didn’t leave replacements. Also did not straighten the beds, not a big deal but I didn’t like they just came in for the towels and didn’t bother with the beds. The internet service was terrible, making it impossible to watch TV.

This place is ridiculously terrible. Lights didn’t work, there were no blackout curtains just blinds on an east facing window, ac and fridge don’t get maintained properly so they were very loud and the mattresses were hard as rocks.

Very poorly insulated from the highway noise passing by, plus room fridge sounded like an idling Honda, vent in bathroom was coated in dust, service consisted of a pot of coffee and some powdered creamer... Functional if you need a suite just outside Indianapolis but could definitely improve.

I like the location, everything needed to make the time there is close to walmart, target, and grocery stores. I enjoyed that they had a large fridge, microwave and tabletop burner. HOWEVER! They do not offer any dishware pots or pans to rent/borrow. The room is bare bone! No lamps, no extra heavy sheets, no iron/ironing board. The stabdard amenities you may be accustomed to is not at this location. But as long as u know that. U can plane accordingly. The older gentleman at the front desk is the sweetest. He is super kind. Made the lack of amenities not so bad because of how kind he is

Clean, good price. Very minimalistic (simple basics with no extras) Good value lodging for the price. No breakfast, no coffee maker, clock, phone, or lamps in the room. Towels were thin but useable. For a one night stay, it was fine and worth the inconveniences.

There was no coffee maker in room. Coffee only available from 6-9am. No breakfast. Woken up at 2am by inconsiderate people yelling down hallway.
