Le St-Julien est très charmant, bien placé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Belle salle de bain refaite à neuf. Néanmoins deux étoiles seulement à cet hôtel qui tranquille la journée mais qui se transforme en discothèque la nuit jusqu'à 2h00 du matin, impossible de trouver le sommeil. Notre chambre au deuxième étage donnant sur un petit patio on entendait tout, la musique qui était bien forte, la discussion des gens, le bruit des chaises, l'horreur, impossible de dormir pour moi, mon conjoint et ma fille. C'est fou de lancer ce concept de bar discothèque au dessus des chambres les gens ne peuvent pas trouver le calme et dormir, c'était un vendredi soir. Dommage pour cet hôtel qui pourra plaire mais pas avec cette discothèque. Personne ne veut dormir dans une discothèque non ?

The location was fantastic and there was easy accessibility to trams and tourist sites. The room was at its bare min - no slippers or robe and no bathroom amenities other than soap. The staff were super friendly and that made up for much! Just be warned that there are loads of stairs outside and inside for those less mobile to note.

Stayed 1 night with my family of 4 at this hotel, located in the corner of a very lively plaza, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and clothing stores. No need to drive in this city because everything is walking distance. Just bear in mind the city has hills, so you’ll find yourself walking uphill or downhill with every turn you take. Pros: - 10 minute walk from train station; - 10 minute walk from the castle d’Angers; - 5-10 minute walk to the nearest little market that is open past 8pm; - Family room is spacious, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. - Breakfast is only around 11euro (we unfortunately did not wake up on time to partake in breakfast). But after looking around for cheaper breakfast options, we couldn’t find anything unless you’re interested in some baked goods or crepes; - The room has AC!! This is luxury in Europe. - Free baggage storage during the day after 11am check-out. Shoutout to the staff working at this hotel - they are all amazing. Having travelled the world, I can say with certainty that I was completely amazed with the excellent customer service and kindness from staff at the front desk. Customer service is multilingual, welcoming and top notch quallity. The only minor con during our stay was not being able to find the patio the hotel advertises. But simply asking the front desk would have fixed this. I highly recommend this place to all locals and travellers! Cheers from Canada!

J'avais réservé 4 chambres pour la famille, prévenu de notre déception lors de notre précédent passage ( odeur) Cette fois nous avons constaté que 1 des chambres pas préparée lit défait menage pas fait (changement de chambre à minuit...) par le veilleur.. sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas 1 grande serviette pour deux... Cela fait beaucoup.

Je suis arrivée dans une chambre grotte puant la chaussette. Plus de 30° dans la chambre et un simple ventilateur tour totalement inefficace (et plein de poussière). J'ai dû utiliser mon mini ventilo de bureau pour rafraichir ma tête :-( . Pas de serviette pour la douche, telecommande perdue, chambre mal aérée... D'après la réception et autres clients ce sont des problèmes récurrents. Manque de personnel et de moyens...

Lavabo cassé avec un cheuveux long rouge dedans. Une bouche vmc absente a gauche du velux avec donc une vue sur toute la poussière a l'intérieur. Un chauffage extrême a notre arrivée. Et une hotesse qui ne dis bonjour que lors de la restitution des clefs malgres trois passage a nos cotés. Un bien mediocre trois etoile.

Heureusement que ça n a durée qu’une nuit. J’étais assez mal à l aise à cause par exemple dans la salle de bain de l odeur (problème de canalisations je pense), des joins noircis, trop de calcaire... Pour ce qui est du reste je crois qu on dit que « la chambre est dans son jus ». Pour le service rien à dire, tout le monde a été top.

The location was fantastic and there was easy accessibility to trams and tourist sites. The room was at its bare min - no slippers or robe and no bathroom amenities other than soap. The staff were super friendly and that made up for much! Just be warned that there are loads of stairs outside and inside for those less mobile to note.

Some of the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff we've met. The hotel is on the main square but was still quiet. Lots of dining/shopping options. They looked after our touring bicycles during our stay.

アンジェの街のほぼ中心、大劇場のあるラリュモン広場に面した素晴らしい立地。レストランやデパートもあり、訪問時はクリスマスマーケットの準備中だった。アンジェ城までも徒歩で行ける。鉄道駅まではトラムで3つほど。オフシーズンだったので、広場に面したテラスのある部屋に宿泊した。ホテルのスタッフの方もフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できた。

We reserved a room with a terrace, which was wonderful. It overlooked the plaza so it was fun to people watch from our very large terrace. It was quiet at night so no problem with noise. The tram stopped right in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

It was an excellent stay. One night in a double standard room. We had breakfast which was very good. We found the lighting in the room a little dim but the bathroom lighting was excellent.

La chambre avec la terrasse était parfaite, quelques petits travaux de peinture à prévoir dans la salle de bain néanmoins. Vue sur la place du Ralliement ! Personnel adorable ! Petit déjeuner parfait ! Merci pour ce séjour !

Hotel mal isolé phonétiquement, mais aussi au niveau calorifique. Menage très moyen (poussière sur les étagères) et le pare-douche ne sert à rien... une rivière coule dans la SDB. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très pauvre.

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein cœur de ville, pas trop loin de la gare et du château. Tout y est correct. le check in a été très rapide et trés sympathique. Le verre en verre dans la salle de bain est appréciable pour l'écologie. La salle de petit déjeuner est très agréable. Il manque juste le plateau de courtoisie qui est si commun à l'étranger.

We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. He saw us coming across the square, with me pushing a walker, so he ran down the stairs and carried our luggage up the stairs while my husband helped me up. He was the most caring, outgoing front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spoke English with his lovely accent, apologizing for how rusty his English was. We were given two complimentary mocktails in the lovely bar they have, and met a bartender as charming at the front desk guy. Again, forgot his name, but he was Argentinian and spoke good English as wel. I loved the dark paint and wallpaper - very calming. In spite of being right in the middle of the action, our room was blessed silent. The tram station is right out front so you can just park your car and forget about it. We ate at the Brasserie du Ralliement occupying a grand old theatre just a few steps down from the hotel.
