Lovely hotel, in an excellent location! Staff very attentive, Rooftop barman Sebastian made the best cocktails we’d ever had, would highly recommend them! Breakfast staff were also excellent, great options available. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop plunge pool/jacuzzi was a welcome addition after wandering around the city! Would 100% recommend this hotel right by the cathedral square, couldn’t fault it!

Outstanding hotel in the best location of Valencia! This is def going to be our choice coming back. Everything about this boutique hotel was excellent. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and all-around welcoming. Especially Juan Manuel at the desk - who went out of his way every time. The staff in the rooftop cafe/bar where they serve a delicious breakfast made to order were thoughtful about everything they did. In the room: we had a balconey that looked up the street into the Cathedral Square - yet the room was blissfully quiet at night. Bed & bedding: excellent. The decor was understated elegance. Bathroom was roomy, great BIG shower, bathrobes all really lovely. Our room also had a small kichenette we really only used to make coffee and keep things cool, but it was nice having the option. As a larger room it had a comfy couch & big tv well positioned. Staff noted (from passport?) that it was my birthday. When we came back from lunch there was a bottle of bubbly and some chocoates with a birthday greeting! Really cannot fault anything about this hotel. Would absolutely stay here any time we're in Valencia. Thanks so much!

Midden in het centrum een fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en mooie kamers. Een glaasje cava op het dakterras is heerlijk. Het zwembadje is meer een groot bubbelbad maar fijn dat het er is.

Lovely pre-xmas break. Comfortable room and great location. Lovely breakfast choices in small chilled breakfast area with rooftop. Close to square and great restaurants/ shops. Local market only 10 mins away. Only downside for hotel, you could hear noise from other rooms and outside door. No lobby area to relax but small bar in the upstairs breakfast area. Would love to go back!

The location is unbeatable, the hotel is clean and well appointed, people are wonderful both at reception and the terrace. Breakfasts are good and always served with a smile. The only 'issue' for me was the lack of a proper reception area where you could sit and rest for a few minutes. Thank you to all that helped us have a great vacation.

Great stay! All the staff were really friendly and the hotel was located in walkable distance to many attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. We really appreciated the small kitchenette in the room and fridge which was perfect for lunches. The pool area on the rooftop is small but great area to cool off after a day exploring the city. We would definitely return.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The room had a little kitchenette with everything you could want in it , including washing up stuff. I’ve never seen such a big closets in a hotel. Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right on the Plaza de la Reina, which is near to just about anything you might want to walk to.. lovely rooftop, sitting area and bar with a very small pool. View from the rooftop is pretty neat too. Very close to the cathedral, the bell rings till midnight and then starts again around nine in the morning just be warned. But I’m sure anywhere around this area you’ll hear the bells.

In the heart of the cultural areas, the Venetia is a well kept hotel with comfy rooms and lovely staff. It can be a little noisy and the pool is more an out-door bath tub but the terrace is peaceful and provides pleasant views of the city.

Lovely property, excellent customer service, daily cleaning available— nice to have little kitchen. Noise was fine off the town square but there was a festival Falla celebration on so naturally some noise couldn’t be avoided like fireworks. The rooftop terrace was a really nice spot to end the days with a drink. We had trouble with ants one day in the apartment but maintenance resolved swiftly and management handled brilliantly. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast on the terrace.

The staff were very friendly especially Avril who served the breakfast. The room was big with great shower and kitchen facilities. Even though we were on 3rd floor we had a few ants. The air conditioning wasn’t cool but the fan recirculated air so it was a little warm one night. Rooftop bar was good.

wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war an einem Tag beim Nachbarn Party mit extrem lauter Musik (bis 3 Uhr früh) dass die Wände wackelten. Das Hotel konnte nichts unternehmen "Fiesta"!! Die Zimmer sind z.T. verbesserungswürdig. Zimmer 303 Durchgang Wand/Bett ca. 35 cm, sodass sich anscheinend, so auch wir, Verletzungen am Schienbein der spitzen Bettecke nicht vermeiden ließen. Besonders bedenklich war diese Bettecke bereits mehrfach von verletzungen der Gäste beschädigt und blutverschmiert war. Klimaanlage fasst nicht zu steueren, zu kompliziert oder mit Fehlern in der Bedienung, gleiches gilt für TV. Leider riecht es im gesamten Hotel etwas nach Kloake, insbesondere im Fahrstuhl. In diesem Zustand werden wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen und auch nicht mehr buchen.

The hotel and the staff were very nice. We did have a couple of issues. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.Howsver the hotel did apologise and gave us a bottle of wine. There is building work going on next door and on one day in particular the noise was from 8.30am until 19.30 We did ask to be moved but the hotel couldn’t do until the following day to a much down graded room Fortunately the building work next door eased off The hotel is a good position in the old town as long as you don’t mind city noise and the bells from the cathedral It is a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very friendly

Fab little hotel just off one of the main squares. Lovely rooftop area and small pool. Breakfast is available with a small choice but good value for money. Only a few rooms have windows which don’t open onto enclosed light well so if you are bothered by lack of light then ask for a street facing room. Layout a little odd in the room but spacious and ok for a few days.

Fantastic location, quiet but next to the square . Bed comfortable and large , breakfast room terrace lovely, nice area and great views. Room was dull, had one small window and was all decorated dark grey and black , bathroom had poor lighting none over the shower , a bit of a depressing room. Breakfast was average quality, portions mean for example one chocolate pastry between two of us , same breakfast ordered two days on the trot , 2nd day it had no ham , we had to go in and ask for additional coffees . We felt uncomfortable with the whole experience as if we had to beg . On a practical point the 'pool' is not a pool to swim in , it is a plunge pool, to cool off in . Reception friendly and the day time rooftop staff.

Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Lovely hotel, in an excellent location! Staff very attentive, Rooftop barman Sebastian made the best cocktails we’d ever had, would highly recommend them! Breakfast staff were also excellent, great options available. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop plunge pool/jacuzzi was a welcome addition after wandering around the city! Would 100% recommend this hotel right by the cathedral square, couldn’t fault it!

Beautiful stay at this lovely hotel The location was perfect, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our fridge and they did everything they could to sort out the problem. Outstanding hotel in the best location of Valencia! This is def going to be our choice coming back. Everything about this boutique hotel was excellent. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and all-around welcoming. Especially Juan Manuel at the desk - who went out of his way every time. The staff in the rooftop cafe/bar where they serve a delicious breakfast made to order were thoughtful about everything they did. In the room: we had a balconey that looked up the street into the Cathedral Square - yet the room was blissfully quiet at night. Bed & bedding: excellent. The decor was understated elegance. Bathroom was roomy, great BIG shower, bathrobes all really lovely. Our room also had a small kichenette we really only used to make coffee and keep things cool, but it was nice having the option. As a larger room it had a comfy couch & big tv well positioned. Staff noted (from passport?) that it was my birthday. This property is worth every star that it earned through superior management to the most fantastic employees we have ever met. Everyone was so genuine, friendly, professional and beyond helpful. THE LOCATION: perfectly situated to the cathedral but there’s so much more. It’s in walking distance to the MERCADO CENTRAL, great restaurants and pubs, shopping and sightseeing and transportation. THE HOTEL: the rooms were amazing and comfortable. (They need to raise the bed tho and the shower floor is slippery - Altho their oversized washcloths on the shower floor solved that quirk.) the suite was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast/bar and outdoor seating on roof was spectacular. THE STAFF: starting with Avril in the 4th floor bar. Truly the highlight of our stay. She’s very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and super friendly. We visited many times just for her. Erick during breakfast was also a star, sharing many of the same fantastic attributes. The hotel was well managed and maintained. Everyone and I mean everyone was super attentive to our every need. Great property.Walk out the door and you're steps from a very active square and neighborhood with restaurants and shops and church. I felt very safe walking around. We had an excellent stay at Hotel Valentia Cabillers. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Valencia. We had a really nice stay here. It is a little bit awkward getting here by taxi because they cannot get to the door of the hotel. You have to walk through the square with your luggage, so if you don’t have a lot of luggage you’ll be fine. There is no closet or dresser in the room for clothes but the kitchenette and little sitting area was nice to have especially if you are staying for several days. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Valentia Cabillers was a fantastic spot. Set up in a building dating back to 1459 it is a fully modern hotel located right next to the Cathedral Valencia and the Placa de La Reina. The entire old town is reachable on foot from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and included yogurt with fruit and egg, ham and avocado with toast options. Coffee and orange juice were delicious The bar/restaurant is on the top floor and gives beautiful views of the surrounding area and is a must see Room had a comfortable king bed with a kitchenette and sitting area All modern furniture and the whole room was very clean. Our room was on the first floor and came with a balcony. Could hear passerby outside talking so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs or a noise machine. We were there during the early part of Fallas so we could hear the bands and crowds in the morning but things usually quieted down by 11 pm. Overall a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was dull, had one small window and was all decorated dark grey and black , bathroom had poor lighting none over the shower , a bit of a depressing room. Breakfast was average quality, portions mean for example one chocolate pastry between two of us , same breakfast ordered two days on the trot , 2nd day it had no ham , we had to go in and ask for additional coffees . We felt uncomfortable with the whole experience as if we had to beg . On a practical point the 'pool' is not a pool to swim in , it is a plunge pool, to cool off in . Reception friendly and the day time rooftop staff.

Lovely pre-xmas break. Comfortable room and great location. Lovely breakfast choices in small chilled breakfast area with rooftop. Close to square and great restaurants/ shops. Local market only 10 mins away. Only downside for hotel, you could hear noise from other rooms and outside door. No lobby area to relax but small bar in the upstairs breakfast area. Would love to go back!

Overall the hotel was excellent. Brilliant location to explore the old town. It was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the rooftop bar not serving food when it stated they did and closing early. Other than that it is brilliant all round and we will be back.

Uitstekende ligging. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een fantastisch terras met prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was goed maar er was weinig variatie als je er langer verblijft.

Fabulous location, right on main square outside Valencia cathedral. Small, but necessary plunge pool. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Large suite with safe and kitchen facilities, especially a fridge 😁

We had a great stay, excellent location, able to walk to sightsee or transport available. Surrounding area was full of cafes and restaurants so no shortage of where to eat. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we felt really looked after. The room was lovely, spacious and bright, even had a kitchen area with dining space and settee. Breakfast was available on the rooftop terrace which was good value with a good menu choice and was a great way to start the day. There is even a plunge pool to cool off in at the end of the day. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again

We had a quick one night stay since our flight was cancelled. It was great! We had to work in the evening and the wifi held up great and we used the rooftop to work from as well. Really great staff let us check in early and great food at the roof. Loved it!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were a great size, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
