We asked staff at resort to organize transportation from smaller town about hour away to the resort. They did that flawlessly. They sent us very nice driver!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (for the hotel) We were honestly surprised to see some of the negative comments because we loved our stay here! The pool was crystal clear and always clean, and the staff were some of the nicest people we’ve met — incredibly patient and kind with our four kids (all under 12). The atmosphere was peaceful, and the beach space was amazing — tables right in the sand, and you’re so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the bathroom and shower were great. The only small note is that our family room had frosted glass for privacy — fi

My grand daugther had a paranormal activity in that room where they stayed . Not pleasant experience .
