Hotel in a good location just opposite the central market and lots of dining options outside…. Did lack the basic toiletries though… also those with mid size SUVs and up might hv trouble getting into the carpark lift… pls check with hotel prior to driving there

An overall great stay! The staff at this hotel are very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, in the heart of the old town just steps from the Mercado. The only disappointment was that I booked this spa hotel over a month in advance and at last minute they had their spa renovated and I was only informed a few days prior to my arrival. They explained that they also didn’t know exactly when the renovation would take place until the last minute themselves. It was too late for me to make any changes, I was already on the road enjoying a different part of this very important week of celebration. If I was running a Spa Hotel and discovered that my guests would be left without the spa services they expected during their booking, then I would have arranged for either a complimentary one day voucher for them to enjoy the spa pool and jacuzzi at one of the other nearby hotels or at the very least offered them one complimentary breakfast per guest or the equivalent €28 credit to make up for the loss of the one day spa pass that is normally included during your stay at this lovely hotel. This was, strangely, not offered. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. But for us it was simply the Mercado Hotel and not a spa hotel. This is a lesson that you can never know if or when a spa will be functional, so don’t assume that when booking.

The location is very good. The room was advertised with a balcony and 2 beds and sofa. We had 3 single beds in a row with no sofa, small window, faulty air conditioning so had to call reception throughout the night to turn on. The spa was very poor, the majority of the spa jets didn’t work! We were on the top floor, but the noise from the other rooms is just like their in your own room.
The location is very good. The room was advertised with a balcony and 2 beds and sofa. We had 3 single beds in a row with no sofa, small window, faulty air conditioning so had to call reception throughout the night to turn on. The spa was very poor, the majority of the spa jets didn’t work! We were on the top floor, but the noise from the other rooms is just like their in your own room.

Hôtel en plein centre historique de Valencia avec de grande chambre ( coin cuisine , canapé et lit ),calme. Le spa est petit mais agréable avec hamman , jaccuzi plus ou moins chaud et petite piscine glacée. Les prestations sont de bonnes qualités. Le personnel est quant à lui très disponible , à l’écoute et très sympathique. Vous avez aussi un restaurant dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Très bon séjour à l’Etablissement MYR.

We loved this modern comfortable hotel. The parking costs 20 dollars per night which we found expensive considering we were guests there and the WIFI in the room wouldn't work at all, but otherwise we absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were very modern and comfortable and the location and breakfast were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing downtown location. Staff was most helpful. Highly reccommend. Word of caution, parking is very small spaces and difficult. Best not to have a vehicle. Google maps also wants to direct you into no driving zones.

The rooms were aesthetically as promised in the pictures. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Hotel right in the center, perfect for taking an adventure by foot. However, during our stay, there were a couple of water spouts broken at the spa (given the small size, quite a big deal) as well as the elevator. I hope it was just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. A bigger issue, however, was the really poor sound proofing (at least our room). We could hear conversations of other guests as they were walking towards the elevator, as well as the plumbing. You can imagine how unpleasant it is to hear the water running from flushing in the floor above us in the middle of the night. Until they fix that, I wouldn't recommend staying there; especially if you're a light sleeper.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Utmerket service og renhold. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i forhold til alt. Siden det ligger i gamlebyen så vil man nok oppleve noe støy på utsiden. Men sånn vil det ofte være hvis man ønsker å bo sentralt.

Very friendly and helpful in reception. Rooms were big, modern and very clean. Great facilities and wonderful location. Helped me to run a 2.49 marathon. Every time I come to Valencia I plan to stay here. Already registered for next years marathon. I love you MYR.

On arrival, the staff was friendly and gave me a quick guide with a map. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Property was located near the central market, llotja de la seda, and a lot of eateries. Didn't try out their spa services though, but overall would stay again if I came back to Valencia.

It was in close proximity to a lot of things, however, the room was painted chocolate brown and had very few lights so you couldn’t even see in the kitchen cabinets. Also the carpets in the lobby and hallway was very dirty and the sofa inside the room. The front desk staff did okay with the check in, but after that there was no acknowledgment when coming and going.

We stayed in the Atico Room — it was incredible! Large, comfy bed, two full washrooms, kitchen area, honestly, a great place with lots of space. There are quite a few steps to get up to the room so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues, or if you have lots of luggage. The hotel is located right across from the Mercado, which is one reason I picked it. Lots of activity around the outside of the hotel but doesn’t feel unsafe or crowded. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel restaurant has THE tastiest jamon croquettes I ate while in Valencia. Crunchy and creamy inside. Perfection! Looking forward to visiting Valencia again and staying here. Loved it.

The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems.

What can i say… i fell in love with Valencia. The hotel was in a perfect location, loved the fact that you are less then a minute walking distance from the Central Market. We booked a comfort regular room with no view (balcony), and i am glad we did. The room was super specious and super quiet. The room also comes with a kitchen equipped with supplies which we put to great use. Additionally location was amazing, very centrally located. Book this hotel, you will absolutely love it. If I return, without hesitation I will book again.

Apparently there are conditions in spain where air conditioning can only be set to 21 degrees Celsius. As wecwere on the top floor it was not cooling the room. They did not communicate this to us until we inquire after the first night and had a very uncomfortable sleep, we were told they would override this and set it to 18degrees Celsius so we closed all windows for a comfortable nights sleep. Sometime during the night they either shut the a/c off or set it back to 21 degrees and we ended up having a hot and sleepless night. Travelling tnrough Spain for 3 weeks it had been the first time ever hearing this regulation in Spain about the a/c being set as low as 21degrees. In all other places it was 18degrees.

The rooms were aesthetically as promised in the pictures. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Hotel right in the center, perfect for taking an adventure by foot. However, during our stay, there were a couple of water spouts broken at the spa (given the small size, quite a big deal) as well as the elevator. I hope it was just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. A bigger issue, however, was the really poor sound proofing (at least our room). We could hear conversations of other guests as they were walking towards the elevator, as well as the plumbing. You can imagine how unpleasant it is to hear the water running from flushing in the floor above us in the middle of the night. Until they fix that, I wouldn't recommend staying there; especially if you're a light sleeper.

Very friendly and helpful in reception. Rooms were big, modern and very clean. Great facilities and wonderful location. Helped me to run a 2.49 marathon. Every time I come to Valencia I plan to stay here. Already registered for next years marathon. I love you MYR.

The hotel is really lovely, rooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable, staff completely lovely. The area around is perfection. Our only complaint is that we had a family emergency where we had to fly back home to Canada unexpectedly and the hotel manager refused to issue a refund, which we thought under the circumstances was cheap. But aside from the management, it is a wonderful hotel, brilliantly located.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Utmerket service og renhold. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i forhold til alt. Siden det ligger i gamlebyen så vil man nok oppleve noe støy på utsiden. Men sånn vil det ofte være hvis man ønsker å bo sentralt.

Great hotel in the heart of the Plaza de Mercado in Valencia. It really doesn't get much better than this for location! Very quick walk to the Central Market, Silk Exchange and dozens of great restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

We stayed in the Atico Room — it was incredible! Large, comfy bed, two full washrooms, kitchen area, honestly, a great place with lots of space. There are quite a few steps to get up to the room so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues, or if you have lots of luggage. The hotel is located right across from the Mercado, which is one reason I picked it. Lots of activity around the outside of the hotel but doesn’t feel unsafe or crowded. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel restaurant has THE tastiest jamon croquettes I ate while in Valencia. Crunchy and creamy inside. Perfection! Looking forward to visiting Valencia again and staying here. Loved it.

The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems.

Hotel com excelente localização, quarto bem grande com estrutura de cozinha (pia, coocktop, forno, geladeira) o que foi essencial pois estava com meu bebê de 5 meses. A equipe da recepção (Rocío, Greta, Victor) foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O único inconveniente foi a rua de entrada do hotel estar passando por uma grande obra o que deixou o acesso a garagem restrito e com isso o restaurante do hotel não está em funcionamento.

Great space in a great location. I loved the suite, the restaurant and location right across from the market, in the old part of the city. It was so handy to have a kitchenette. The hotel staff were okay. The restaurant staff were great and the breakfast was very generous. I'd stay there again.

We loved this modern comfortable hotel. The parking costs 20 dollars per night which we found expensive considering we were guests there and the WIFI in the room wouldn't work at all, but otherwise we absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were very modern and comfortable and the location and breakfast were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Efficient check-in and found the digital key set-up for room access a great process. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unit was a good size, the bed was huge. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We were only there for one night, but if we had known how great the stay would be, we would have stayed longer. The made-to-order breakfast was fantastic. We didn't take advantage of the spa facilities.
