Centurion Hotel Grand Kobe Station

這家旅館於2016年12月開幕，看得出旅館有點歷史，尤其是房內的冷氣！只要一開就會一直聽到噪音，雖然不至於到很吵，大廳也有提供耳塞～介意噪音的人還是建議避開這家。 旅館雖然離三宮市區很遠，不過附近就有3個車站，搭乘JR、神戶高速線、神戶地鐵海岸線都很方便～附近有超市、超商、24小時餐廳，也有地下街，可走到神戶Harborland umie！ 館內有2台電梯，不用房卡就能搭乘，感覺安全性較差！旅館下面是柏青哥店，電梯內能聞到菸味，大廳在2樓，大多數員工是外國人，下午有咖啡機可免費使用～2樓有3台洗衣機、烘衣機，3樓有微波爐、製冰機、自動販賣機。 旅館有9種房型(14m²-39m²)，有分禁菸/吸菸房，共131間客房，房間設計很復古，這次入住Superior King，可3人入住，Slumberland床墊很軟～沙發床則較硬，窗外景觀還不錯，房間有小長桌、空氣清淨機、衣物芳香等，不過衣架只有3個、沒有全身鏡！ 浴室空間大，但設計偏舊，有免治馬桶，浴缸長度夠，有POLA洗髮精、潤髮乳、沐浴乳，還有卸妝、乳液、乳霜～2樓櫃檯前有耳塞、茶包、即溶咖啡，不過並沒有提供礦泉水！

家族6人で泊まっても、部屋がとても広かったので、良かった。 駐車場が遠かったのが、不便だった。

お部屋は綺麗でした。 駅前なので移動しやすい。 提携の駐車場は少し歩きます。ロビーで駐車場の割引券もらえます。 気になる点、セキュリティーです。 道路沿いのエレベーターで各階の宿泊フロアに直に行けるので、少し心配でした。エレベーターに宿泊の方しか乗れないシステムがあれば安心かなと思います。

Location is great closer to kobe station , harborland, lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wifi is preety goos at 30-40 mbps. No complaints, nice place for a short stay in kobe harborland area. I would return.

仕事で使用しました。お部屋は清潔でデザインも洗練されていて、居心地良かったです。机と椅子があり、机にはコンセントもあるのでパソコン使うのに便利でした。共用の電子レンジがあったので、駅で買い物して温めて、部屋でゆっくり食べられました。

Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Parking slightly expensive just outside but not the hotels fault; to be expected as right near the main station. Would stay again.

エレベーターが混みすぎて、結局非常階段で降りる羽目に。 時間に余裕もってチェックアウトしなきゃいけない。にしても、エレベーターの設定するなりして、配慮はいる！

フリーWiFiがほとんど繋がらなかった(遅すぎて使えなかった)

全体的に掃除も行き届いていて清潔感があり、とても良かったです。 コンビニがホテルの下にあったのも便利でした。 ポットの中にカビ？の様な汚れがあったのが少し残念でした。

Clean room and air conditioning good.

Das Hotel hatte eine (für mich) günstige Lage und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen etc. Das Ausstattung, Sauberkeit war über jeden Zweifel erhaben.

Great location. The hotel was ok, the carpets were dirty and it felt a little old. The staff however were very friendly. Good place to stay on a budget.

立地もスタッフの方の対応も部屋の広さ設備も申し分なかったのですが ベッドのサイドテーブルの上に前に宿泊された方の薬のゴミと湿布の剥離紙がそのままありました

We could detect the odor of cigarette smoke even though the room we had booked was a non-smoking room

3人で泊まったのですが、部屋が狭くてスーツケースを開けるスペースに苦労しました。

施設の立地・スタッフの方の対応・部屋の広さ設備・清潔さ等も大変良かったのですがやはり、他の方の口コミにある通り禁煙の部屋をわざわざ選んだにも関わらずタバコ臭がすごかったです。消臭スプレー等を持って来ていただいてタバコ臭が少しましになったので2泊とも同じ部屋で過ごそうと思っていたのですが外出から帰って来たら物凄くマシマシになったタバコ臭に堪らず2拍目を二階下の部屋に変えて貰ったのですがこの部屋も一度角にしてから入ったにも関わらず外出から戻ってくるとタバコ臭がマシマシになってました。他の部分がとても良いため凄く残念です。ホテルの方は原因が分かっていらっしゃると思うので是非大幅な改善をお願い致します。また、利用したいと思えるホテルだったのであえて言わせて頂きます。本当はもう一泊する予定だったのですがあまりの匂いに家族の大反対にあった為もう一泊は残念ながら他のホテルに泊まることとなりました。

The walls were a bit thin (we had someone yelling at the kid most of the night next to us), but the room itself was amazing. After a couple nights on harder beds, this bed was like a cloud. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to be able to open our luggage and spread out. The only downfall was our view of the wall right next door, but when you are in a city, someone has to have the wall view.

Location was great. Room and bathtub were very small and A/C didn’t work great.

역 근처라 이동하기 편리하고 방이 생각보다 넓어서 좋았습니다.

Staff were super helpful,the room was clean and spacious. Luggage can be left in safe hands before book in and check out. Very good for connections to metro and rail.

騒音の苦情を伝えたがまたうるさくなったら言って下さいと。結局3日間朝方まで眠れず宿泊がまだ残っていたがチェックアウト　すぐに部屋を変えて欲しかった

従業員の方々の態度が素晴らしい

All of their staff were extremely polite at the same time friendly, helped us in a lot of situation like when we asked directions to some money exchange place or things to do around there.

We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks. Around that time, my mom got sick due to the former hotel we stayed in after our arrival in Japan. But Centurion hotel was different. The Japanese staff, both reception and cleaning crew were all accommodating, helpful, respectful, diligent, and caring. Their service was amazing. They let us stay in the dining area while we waited till check-in time starts as we arrived very early and rooms were not ready yet. They even prepared the sofa bed before our arrival which made it easier for my brother as he was the one using it. I was hoping that the refrigerator was big, but too small to fit everything. We did manage to make it useful though. When we needed for extra blankets, towels and other toiletries, they brought them right away. When we had to bring mom in the hospital, they helped us get a cab, taught us how to communicate with the driver, and asked us if we need anything for mom after we got back. The laundry is available too. The reception staff offered to exchange my coins for laundry. The downside of the hotel is the ice maker which is only available at 3rd floor. I have to keep coming back and forth on the elevator to fetch some. Well, we only needed the ice for cooling my mom's body when she was having high fever. Other than that, everything is excellent. We will book with them again. Konbinis are everywhere, even few steps from the building. Kobe Station is across the street. (Mar 20 - Mar 31, 2023)

Perfect location

駅からも近くumieやハーバーランド、メリケンパークも近いので、色々楽しめると思います。

Less than 200m from Kobe Station. To my surprise, the area outside the station is very quiet. Not much shopping and dining outlets unlike Sannomiya Station.

The hotel it quiet, safe, close to restaurants and several train stations. Would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kobe.

We did a quick one night in Kobe and stayed at the Centurion hotel. This was a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities and close to train station. Our family room was large with many beds and super clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was okay not the best. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Nice room, comfortable enough. The breakfast is superb, traditional Japanese breakfast! Great location, few steps from Kobe Grand Station and few steps from the harbor and the Mosaic! The staff is great, very friendly and professional!

3泊、乳児と小学生の子どもと宿泊しました。 朝食はどの食事も美味しく、子ども達は特にカレーライスがお気に入りでした。スタッフさんは親切で、周辺の観光やお土産等丁寧に教えていただきました。どの方も雰囲気が良く、廊下ですれ違った際も笑顔で挨拶してくださいました。 また神戸に行く際は、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

朝食のバリエーションがもう少し充実していれば良かった。

神戸駅近くでリーズナブルなホテルでした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price, especially because there is the fireworks event going on, also the reason we were there. Short walk to harbor land, 2 minutes walk from the station.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! This hotel was nice and close to the train station. Staff was very friendly.
