Modern property, clean and centrally located in Kuta, close to various dining and shopping options, yet quiet enough. On site dining facilities and amenities are top notch. Breakfast menu is everything you can think of and then some. Had a shower dripping one night but maintenance came quickly to fix. Property could do with a hot pool or hot tub. All three pools are at room temperature.

This resort was the fanciest out of the three we stayed at during our trip in Bali. It was so clean and the AC in the room was amazing. There are restaurants and malls within walking distance so you have options on what to do and where to eat. The beach was clean most of the time. We only saw some plastic on it once. There are various activities hosted by the resort staff throughout the day: yoga, bike tour, hat making, etc. We did yoga for an hour in the morning and that was great (and humbling). The yoga instructor was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was an amazing and very relaxing experience. Definitely recommend.

Stay was amazing! Our deluxe room with access to the pool was great, and comes with complimentary breakfast at the kunyit restaurant. We only had to pay IDR50,000 additional to have breakfast at the sands restaurant which has more international cusines, however, it was very packed. Free onsite parking was available at the basement for motorbikes. Massage was available right outside the hotel premises, along the road, and the prices are very reasonable i.e. IDR 125k for a 1 hour leg massage. Security was great. Hotel had access to a private beach. Hotel staff was very nice and greeted us everywhere.

The Anvaya hotel is an amazing place to stay, with its central location in Kuta making it a really convenient stay. Staff were always polite and saw to our needs almost straight away. Clean, and comfortable, as soon as you walk through the lobby you’ll be able to gage the level of service you will receive. Good breakfast available, and nice spa, however spa services seemed a little pricey. About 10 mins from the airport, so for those early morning flights I can’t recommend it enough. Lots of dining options as soon as you come out the hotel, and lots of shops for those last minute shopping trips. All in all great hotel and would stay here again.

The resort is beautiful, the moment you step into the foyer you feel relaxed. The sunset sitting on the deck at the beach is amazing and so are the cocktails. Service and friendliness by staff is wonderful. We had two nights there before our flight home and were so happy to be given a shower room to shower and freshen up before our flight home.

Spent an amazing 8 days here with my family. The whole experience was amazing. Great hotel and resort and a place of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunsets are to die for and so chilled. Great Food at both restaurants is definitely 5 Star. Buffet breakfast outstanding and the choice of food second to none. Best cocktails we’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The pool area and gardens were well maintained by the staff, and it truly felt like a tropical paradise. The location is ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury. I highly recommend this resort to anyone I can't wait to come back!

Liked the deluxe room area and the pool at that location. The staff were always so helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean. We did have a problem keeping the bathroom floor dry after having a shower and we’re given extra floor mats to help with that. Also a few more ramps where there are steps to help with disabled people. All in all, a great hotel. Will be back.

We found several soiled linens — Hotel manager was very helpful but we expected a better experience. Also, even though the hotel is on the beach, the hotel doesn't have beach chairs and the beach is extremely dirty and filled with trash.

Absolutely the best of the best! The Anvaya Beach Resort in Kuta, Bali is pure perfection. The service is outstanding — attentive, professional, and never intrusive. Every area of the resort, from the public spaces to the rooms, is spotless clean. The breakfast buffet is beyond incredible — easily the most amazing I’ve ever experienced, with around 20 different hot and cold dishes. There’s even a shawarma spit, sushi, and tandoori chicken! The location is safe and perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. A special mention to Agus Kreshna at the reception — one of the most helpful, friendly, and genuinely funny receptionists I’ve ever met. Truly an outstanding employee who made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended in every way — five stars without hesitation!

Stayed in a deluxe room on our first night. Room was small and dimly lit. Toilet was a weird layout and shower screen door couldn’t be closed properly hence the toilet was always wet. Aircon wasn’t cold too. had to upgrade to a premier room and informed receptionist regarding problems but seemed nonchalant. Fridge was dirty and cleanliness was subpar.

This hotel is excellent. The facility has a beachfront. It is clean and the surrounding was just awesome. We trully enjoyed our stay the entire time and wished we could stay a bit longer. What made our stay remarkable is the staff! We loved that the staff of this hotel are so friendly and geniunely nice and very assisting. I felt very so good being in the hotel. The restaurants are great. The food is excellent. The service staff is amazing. We get to chat and know couple of the staff and it made it more comfortable for our short stay. We will definely comeback to Bali. Anvaya Beach Resort Bali will definely our first choise of hotel accommodation!

PROS: Fairly new, well-maintained property. Staff were friendly, very helpful. Breakfast choices were amazing! Good location - walking distances to shopping. CONS: Deluxe Room - very small, would not choose this again, suitcase goes into the bathroom, no room for other large suitcases. Our room had lots of background noise (equipment - possibly air-conditioning), we asked for other rooms and got them, however, our 16 year old daughter and her friend did not get their room till 11.30 pm. (We checked into the hotel at about 4.00 pm - so this was very poor!) Lots of (ethnics) staying there - their mannerism was poor, rude to staff, older men flirted with and hassled our daughter and friend. (We reported this to the hotel - there are cameras everywhere, but they said there was a problem with the cameras!!) (Really!!!) Overall, a nice place to stay, but probably not our number one choice (having stayed in Bali 14 times). If it was not for the friendly staff (particularly Shandy - customer relations, Agung - breakfast restaurant, and Ari - check in / out reservations, Ayu - customer relations) I would have given the hotel 3 stars. It was the staff that made the hotel experience good. Thank you, Shandy, Ari, Agung, and Ayu!!

Lovely hotel in a quieter area of Kuta staff were friendly and welcoming and room was great comfortable bed. Check in time is 3 pm our rooms were not ready until 4.30 4 rooms none ready simply not good enough! We had told them we would arrive around 2 so should have been ready. Wifi was poor dropping out constantly. Disappointing hotel and staff lovely but poor wifi and is a big negative and waiting on room after an early morning and delayed flight poor.

Der er også en pool bar som nemt kan sørge for at holde dig kørende med både drikkevarer og mad i løbet af dagen. Der var småting der var lidt irriterende, såsom at der i beskrivelses står at der er 5 pools, men vi havde kun adgang til 3. Vi havde en meget ustabil wifi forbindelse, der gjorde vores tv streaming blev afbrudt mange gange under opholdet. Dårlig forbindelse på telefonen på værelset. Vores room-cleaning blev glemt en dag og vi følte vi skulle være opsøgende med hvor meget vand vi gerne ville have opfyldt. Når det så er sagt, så er det udelukkende med udgangspunkt i høje forventninger til standarden. Personalet er villige til at hjælpe, men ift de andre hoteller vi boede på på vores rejse var dette det som rangerer lavest.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff , we stayed in the deluxe room on the third floor. Beautiful room , comfy bed,large room and bathroom, liked the fridge topped up every day and the toiletries. There was not much storage space for clothes but as we were only there for three nights we managed. The pools are amazing and sunbeds plentiful. Breakfast everyday was varied and plentiful and caters for all. Staff are always welcoming and smiling and caring. I would recommend this hotel and would like to say thank you to everyone for our wonderful stay.

The check in was an absolute shambles. Treated badly. Kept waiting. I didn’t get to my room until 3.45 and no luggage until 4 . Room service fast but food cold , not cooked properly and awful . I was so hungry I ate some of it and got indigestion which I’ve never had be. Have cancelled tonight’s stay that I had added . Very disappointed. Beautiful building but absolutely no service or soul!

Beautiful hotel and room, great pools, friendly staff and excellent location (10mins from airport). Only issue I faced was check-in was at 3pm, but we had to wait a full hour and only got access to our room at 4pm due to housekeeping issues. Hotel did not offer any make-up for this. I would think this is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, and we paid for the premium room. Heck, I have been to 3-star hotels that could provide early check ins. However, the staff was very apologetic and genuine. Overall though, still a fantastic stay and I would still recommend. Please just ensure that your guests can check in on time. That’s the minimum expectation of a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, right by the beach and with a beautiful pool. The Sands restaurant had a great varied menu and everything I tried was amazing for both lunch and in their included breakfast buffet. Most of the staff I encountered we’re also super friendly. I would say my only complaint was some of the drinks weren’t to my liking and when we tried raising our concerns to a manager, Eka Santika - he was very rude in letting us know we would still have to pay and consume the drink and their was nothing he would be able to do to accommodate us. He then proceeded to make us feel extremely uncomfortable by standing around watching us at our table until we finally decided to get up and leave (this went on for about 25-30 min). When we finally did get up, he went to where we were sitting and we saw him taking pictures of our empty cups. It was very strange, weird, & uncomfortable. I’ve had plenty of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry and that was the first time I’ve seen a manager not work to accommodate and make the guests happy and then proceed to make the situation worse. Given that we spent a good amount of money to be here that would’ve been a nice consideration. Aside from this experience, I would certainly recommend the hotel.

Poor service, broken TV, room not ready for two hours, had to wait in lobby after 26 hour flight. Took us to room overlooking the garbage and employee back entrance which we changed but only for a $100 upgrade; wrong food delivered by room service, no screens on doors= no fresh air bc of mosquitos and AC was broken (!), bed was hard like a rock, manager offered free shuttle to airport as compensation (but we were not going to airport).

Anvaya is an excellent choice for staying in the heart of downtown Kuta. The back of the hotel is on the beach, front of the hotel is on the downtown sidewalk. There are 3 malls within walking distance. There is a grocery store located in Lippo mall, just two blocks of the hotel. The downtown area lights up with music at various bars and eateries. There are two restaurants at Anvaya, Sands being my favorite to eat at. There are 3 pools with plenty of chairs to accommodate many guests. Room service was excellent, but denied me and extra towel. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Going home after a two week stay at this beautiful hotel. I have nothing bad to say about it. Everything was wonderful. The staff are very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of eating options at the hotel and lots of restaurants outside. It is also only a short drive from the airport, which is good. Loved this property! We stayed for one week and wished we would have stayed longer. The breakfast was diverse for with all cuisines. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. For the area it was beautiful, staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good , however sea side restaurant food was average and not a big selection. The other restaurant we could not eat at because all food contained chilli. It would be good if y they had other options.

The breakfast was good; the pools were clean and staff were attentive, good value for money pleasant property and quiet where we were I would stay again.

The stay overall was fantastic! After many trips in the past to Bali we just wanted to wake up, have breakfast, relax, go to the gym, relax by the pool with a book, have dinner and repeat. Every day for 9 great days we did just that. Apart from the amazing breakfast at the hotel we didn't choose to eat there as the food for room service was really very bad. We left a note with our almost untouched room service dinner that was never responded to. The chicken in the Caesar salad was like cardboard and the chicken sate smelled and tasted like kerosene. Apart from room service which was weird (would love to hear back from the hotel) the overall experience was great. Big shout out to Teddy Barta for the awesome service and conversation over breakfast.

Absolutely the best of the best! The Anvaya Beach Resort in Kuta, Bali is pure perfection. The service is outstanding — attentive, professional, and never intrusive. Every area of the resort, from the public spaces to the rooms, is spotless clean. The breakfast buffet is beyond incredible — easily the most amazing I’ve ever experienced, with around 20 different hot and cold dishes. There’s even a shawarma spit, sushi, and tandoori chicken! The location is safe and perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. A special mention to Agus Kreshna at the reception — one of the most helpful, friendly, and genuinely funny receptionists I’ve ever met. Truly an outstanding employee who made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended in every way — five stars without hesitation!

The hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable accommodations and good amenities. However, the behavior of some guests during breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was quite off-putting to witness people being rude, including instances where staff had to set tables while guests were already seated, and even aggressive behavior around the buffet. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Spent an amazing 8 days here with my family. The whole experience was amazing. Great hotel and resort and a place of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunsets are to die for and so chilled. Great Food at both restaurants is definitely 5 Star. Buffet breakfast outstanding and the choice of food second to none. Best cocktails we’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The pool area and gardens were well maintained by the staff, and it truly felt like a tropical paradise. The location is ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury. I highly recommend this resort to anyone I can't wait to come back!
