Ocean front, nice enough but a little old now. Staff were nice, breakfast was poor, luckily lots around the local area.

Well, I’ve travelled to many hotels in Asia - including Koh Samui and this is definitely not 4.5 star. The rooms tired and not very clean. Pool bar was open first few days - staff shortages.

Pool is amazing, and the couples romantic dinner package was perfect. Good ambiance and the seafood was deliscious

The room was good. Comfy beds and a clean more updated room. We were on the main floor and the light coming in from the pool area at night was quite bright and we had lots of smokers around which leaked into our room. The pictures of this placed looked really good and the pool looking onto the water is nice. However, the staff seemed to lack attention towards their guests. Each day we were there, there was a new issue in the hotel with guests frustrated. Our check in and check out process was slow. Breakfast that is included was good each morning so that was a highlight. The staff however at the pool bar and around the pool didn’t seem to be interested in taking care of their guests. They have a pool table which seems closed the majority of the time if there are any clouds in the sky. It’s on a very busy street that is difficult to cross and very loud. Not near any of the larger attractions. The beach was not there due to high winds but there is a tiny little one when it’s calm. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep this is good but for another other hospitality and amenities I would look elsewhere.
