There was no mention of a pet fee anywhere until you check in. The hot tub was also out and that is one of the reasons we decided to stay. If we would have know the hot tub was out and they changed extra for a pet we would have gone somewhere different.

Room was very clean and staff service was great. Fitness room could’ve used a clean-up, scale and water fountain. The business center computer was really gross and the staff didn’t know password so we couldn’t log into it; however, the staff member went above and beyond to assure we got to print what we needed. Breakfast area was clean and had decent choices (nothing special). Our room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve come across in the last few years so 5 stars overall for me.

First, the hottub was closed ( a must have for the kiddos) 2nd online said shuttle service to the airport but when we got there they said it wasnt availble till 7, but we needed to catch a 6am flight so had to pay for an uber (extra $30) and 3 the thermostat in our room was broke, so had to listen to the fan make terrible noises all night. Plus side room was large and housekeeping was extremely friendly.

Staff very accommodating. Building seem to have issues with some of the materials used in construction. Nothing structural just like flooring, plumbing fixtures and also one of the elevators was out ( 1 of only 2). Lighting in room was poor.

I gave a one star rating as I was unable to complete check in on arrival and had to return to desk. I needed no further service to give a rating on. I wish I could give a negative in cleanliness. There were multiple hairs in my bed on both sheets. Trash on bathroom floor, hair in the shower, and what looked like a cup of coffee splattered on the wall by couch, which also had multiple stains. The faux wood floor was sticky, and the room had a strong artificial smell. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in.

Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day. Breakfast: The same everyday - waffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There were also various breads and spreads, yogurt, eggs. Nothing unusual. It tasted fine. Colorado Springs is windy and the wind rushing against the windows was a problem in the early morning. They leak and the windows whistle, which woke me up every morning despite having white noise going on my phone. If you get to pick, stay at the back of the property instead of the front. The view isn’t as nice but the whistling shouldn’t be a problem there.

Overall it was a good stay. Had some issues with key cards at first, but those were an easy fix. The one suggestion for the staff/management would be to make sure all linens/towels are actually clean. There were a couple stains on towels and bed sheets, as well as the shower having some dirt on the floor. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and felt comfortable!

There were several issues. I always get a room with a sleeper sofa because I have 5 people. There wasn’t a bag of linen to put on the sleeper sofa and then when we asked for the linens, all they had to give me was 2 sheets- no pillow or blanket. Then, the air conditioning unit made a terrible sound the whole time. We had to turn it off completely. Finally, we were woken up early by the thin walls and ceiling! There were people walking around and dogs barking. We could heat everything.

We have been staying at Comfort Suites for the past 30 years whenever we travel and this has got to be the best room we've ever had. We had 2 queens suite with a pull out sofa. It was so roomy and everything was well thought out. My side of the bed didn't have the bedside table but I discovered that the top of the headboard was wide enough to completely accommodate my cell phone while it was charging overnight and be handy for me: ) We traveled with our son who is 19yo and one of his friends. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy playing games in our room after dinner. We never felt crowded. Thanks Comfort Suites for taking such great care of us on our vacation! again! :)

They gave us keys to an occupied room!!! This hotel felt sketchy. When I checked in the room wasn't ready because I was early. He told me to come back in an hour and they would have it ready. When we returned that guy wasn't working and another person handed us our keys and we went upstairs. As I opened the door I immediately noticed full trash cans and thought to myself, they didn't clean this room. Then I opened it a little further and there was a bag on the bed. I immediately pulled the door closed and headed downstairs to inform the desk. The front desk work preceeded to tell us some story about how the person was supposed to check out, but didn't and didn't let them know. What? Weird? It was never cleaned so it shouldn't have been cleared to stay in it. Why would I get keys if it wasn't cleaned? So my husband and I were sketched out the entire stay thinking they could do the same to us. This situation could have been so bad if the people were in their room. I just don't understand how this could happen. The hotels only solution was to add some points to my account, if I wanted to get an account, or let me get some "complimentary" items from their market. Both of which I declined. I would not stay here ever again.

The property itself was nice, the behind the desk employees had zero personality. As we came in and out we would wave and say hi, frequently they didn’t respond and they weren’t waiting on anyone. One clerk was talking on his mobile phone. Didn’t even wave.

The desk staff were rude and unhelpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. Basically, they don't like that we booked through "a third party" site. We had a four night stay and when we asked for fresh towels, they handed some to my husband with a plastic bag to load the dirty ones. I understand after covid that hotels provide limited service, but this was bad. The third and fourth night, the family in the adjoining room allowed their children to scream, fight and yell. The desk staff would not ask them to quiet down so we had to pound on the door both nights to get them to be quiet. This was our fourth stay at this property, but never again.

I will not stay here again! The room was spacious but the floor was filthy, the bed was too high for me. There were receptacles for recycling in the room and lobby. I was surprised that we would not receive housekeeping services until the fourth day of a five night stay. After returning to the room on the fourth day, I discovered that my gold puzzle ring was missing and immediately notified the front desk in person (The phone wasn’t working in the room.) I gave her my contact info and a description of the jewelry and was told that the manager would contact me. After an hour, I used my cell phone to call the front desk and was told they had checked with housekeeping who knew nothing about it and that if I had questions, I could speak with the manager in the morning!!! I filed a police report but have still not heard from anyone at the hotel. This is not how you treat a distraught guest.

This is our second time staying at Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East and I must say both times have been fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and spacious! The beds are so comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic! Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs, very close to many great attractions in town as well!

I had surgery in Colorado Springs and booked this location because it was close to the hospital. Room was spacious and clean, all the amenities we needed were included. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good! They even had fantastic green chili! The only drawback is the difficulty in getting to the hotel. GPS guided us through a shopping center parking lot to get there. We would highly recommend this hotel.

check in was easy. room was fine. walls are thin, and you could hear people talking in room next door. that was odd. housekeeping is extremely loud in the hallways/while they are cleaning. we had do not disturb sign on oir door and they kept knocking, and we kept answering, so they would not just come in. what is the point of do not disturb, if they are going to disturb you anyway? breakfast is fair, but limited. they serve the exact same breakfast every day, but run out of items often. they do not really offer any healthy options, which is a bummer.

The property, itself, was really nice. My problem is I booked it, because they offer transportation to and from the Airport, but they failed to mention they must be notified 24 hours in advance. Also, breakfast wasn't early enough for us to have before catching our flight. Those were the main reasons I booked this hotel. We were very disappointed! This should be made more clear!
