Lovely rooms and public areas. The staff was attentive and very friendly. I enjoyed the spa and art gallery area. It was very quiet compared to staying in Cusco’s historic centre and yet it’s only a 5 minute 2’walk away. I highly recommend it.

This was an excellent hotel. The facilities and staff were above and beyond. The included buffet breakfast was incredible. We also used the spa which was phenomenal. Would recommend this to everyone

I had a beautiful room overlooking the city. It had a huge bath that you could order candlelight, flowers and aromatherapy. They also have a hyperbaric chamber!

Small boutique hotel. But the best one ever! Lovely decor and quaint serene atmosphere. Would highly recommend to stay here for at least a day or two. Their spa was excellent as well. Lovely private sauna and spa before our couple massage was absolutely fantastic after a long tour or hike.

Amazing stay. The staff is all very attentive, helpful and friendly. Incredible details from detox water bottles to night turnover with hot water bottles. Food is delicious. The spa was incredible- highly recommend the massage hottub and sauna experience.

Exceptional boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable for most areas in the city. Rooms are immaculate and they've taken care of everything you might need. Thoughtful little touches like welcome coca tea, hot water bottles for your bed with calming tea service in the evening, plus a packed breakfast when we left very early for our trek made our stay ultra comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet and made-to-order breakfast are delicious. We ate at the restaurant several times and were blown away by the food and drinks. The covered courtyard was a comfortable place to hang out with coffee or around one of their fire pits when it got chilly at night. We loved the cozy feel of the whole place and all of the tropical plants and art around the hotel. We stayed three nights before our trek and one night after, and wished we would have stayed another day or two to enjoy the hotel and Cusco in general. We will definitely be back next time we come to Cusco! Note that during most of June, Cusco turns into a large celebration leading up to Inti Raymi, with dancing, music, parades, and fireworks. It's a great time to visit, however I recommend bringing earplugs if you stay in June as the fireworks do go off randomly throughout the day and night.

Our stay was amazing! Hot water bottles, evening tea, fire pits & private spa - these small touches elevated our stay! Unfortunately I really struggled with the altitude in Cusco, but the staff were really accommodating, sent breakfast to my room and followed up the following day.

Hotel com ótima localização próximo da Plaza das Armas, perto de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes. Confortável e atendimento atencioso. Nos dias que saímos mais cedo prepararam um box com café da manhã para nós. Apenas a limpeza deixou a desejar. No dia que chegamos o lençol da cama estava sujo. No segundo dia, não limparam o banheiro, não lavaram as taças que tínhamos tomado vinho e não recolheram as garrafas vazias. A limpeza está destoando das condições do hotel.

This hotel is heaven on earth! We will highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cusco! The restaurant is top notch - offered a great selection of food which was prepared & presented like a 5 star restaurant. Best coffee in Peru!!! Cleaning was impeccable. Tea brought to our room daily as well as hot water bottles for our beds at night! The front desk is totally professional - incredibly oblidging to serve our requests. One of the best hotel experiences we have encountered in our travels!

Perfect stay at the Antigua Casona. Great location in the heart of San Blas. The neighborhood was fantastic with amazing restaurants and shops all around. The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful in organizing day trips out of Cuzco. The room was first-class, one of the coziest hotel stays that I can remember. Clean and comfortable. We were there in the middle of rainy season, and it was such a nice warm place to come back to. Large TV with great options. Internet and other amenities all worked great. The breakfast was large and tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuzco.

Very nice work furnished old casa. Our bedroom has a lovely little balcony with cushioned seating. Seating areas had gas fired hearing around cushioned bench seating. Restaurant was very stylish with beautiful furniture.

What a beautiful hotel! From the moment our taxi dropped us by the front door, we experienced pure luxury. The service is friendly and sincere and the room was absolutely incredible. Tasteful decor and by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was very quiet and we never felt disturbed by outside noise. The food was delicious and room service was very fast. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were only here for one night but wish so much it had been more. The place is beautifully set out and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent bar and breakfast too. Easily the largest and most comfortable bed I’ve slept in South America yet!

This is a beautiful property - the courtyard, bar and restaurant on the first floor are just the beginning. The rooms are well appointed and having a little balcony was a definite plus. The art throughout was also a nice touch.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. On days when we had day trips or early starts, they arranged for breakfast and coffee bags as well as storing our luggage. I also accidentally left a belonging behind and they shipped it on to my next location so I could retrieve it.

11/10 recommend this hotel. It is beautiful. But above everything THE STAFF IS AMAZING. From the second we checked in they were so helpful and always a smile. Breakfast is delicious. They freshen up your room so nicely. Have turn down service and warm your bed for you. THIS HOTEL HAS THE BEST STAFF. I have traveled the world and nowhere competes.

We were blown away as soon as we walked into the lobby and courtyard— the building and grounds are impeccable! From our greeting to our departure, the staff may have been the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. A special shout out to Lenon who made us feel like we had our own personal concierge. The restaurant and bar were also exceptional. The inclusive breakfast was superb! They have ten plus items to order plus a Buffett. The French toast was awesome! The extra touches were also impressive. It is usually chilly in Cuzco so the hotel did a turndown service with hot water bottles under the comforter and a bedtime tea service. Also do not miss the spa. If you can book the treatment room with its own jacuzzi and steam shower. We had an amazing stay.

Cusqueños are wonderful friendly people. The staff at this hotel was exceptional they couldn't have been more helpful. We ordered oxygen to our rooms several times to help with the altitude sickness and they were happy to take care of us. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food in town in my opinion. The massage therapist was also great we highly recommend the spa. When we come back to Cusco this is where we will stay again.

Exceptional boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable for most areas in the city. Rooms are immaculate and they've taken care of everything you might need. Thoughtful little touches like welcome coca tea, hot water bottles for your bed with calming tea service in the evening, plus a packed breakfast when we left very early for our trek made our stay ultra comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet and made-to-order breakfast are delicious. We ate at the restaurant several times and were blown away by the food and drinks. The covered courtyard was a comfortable place to hang out with coffee or around one of their fire pits when it got chilly at night. We loved the cozy feel of the whole place and all of the tropical plants and art around the hotel. We stayed three nights before our trek and one night after, and wished we would have stayed another day or two to enjoy the hotel and Cusco in general. We will definitely be back next time we come to Cusco! Note that during most of June, Cusco turns into a large celebration leading up to Inti Raymi, with dancing, music, parades, and fireworks. It's a great time to visit, however I recommend bringing earplugs if you stay in June as the fireworks do go off randomly throughout the day and night.

After 2 weeks of heavy travel and transition through Lima, the Peruvian jungle, and Machu Picchu/Aguas Calientes, your hotel was the perfect answer for us -- amazing food, beautiful well-appointed room with great ground-floor patio in the garden, attentive and courteous service, and a great San Blas location away from the craziness (and water outages) of Cusco! We intended to stay 1 night and ended up staying for 4! Would definitely recommend this hotel for any travelers that want a superior hotel experience in a relaxed and peaceful environment. The Aji de Gallina tacos, the trucha ceviche, and the Quinoa Chifa were off the hook! The specialty cocktails were the best too. And the courtyard firepit patio was great.

Antigua was wonderful. The location is fantastic, in the heart of San Blas, great for walking and night life. The hotel was great. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that they fixed us an early breakfast to accommodate our departure before the restaurant opened.

This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. The hotel has a spa, very cozy bar and an out door patio with fire pits and umbrellas as well. My only caution is, the road to the hotel is very narrow with even narrower sidewalks so make sure you plan your arrival and departure so you’re not packing/pulling luggage along the streets. I absolutely can’t praise this hotel enough!!❤️❤️

We went to Cusco for three days to acclimate to the altitude before continuing to Machu Picchu and the high Atacama. For us the best thing about Cusco -- which otherwise has quite a bit to offer -- was the Antigua Casona. What a gem! The restored hotel particulier oozes charm. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed (the vicuna rugs next to the bed are the softest thing our feet ever touched); the staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful (and speak excellent English); the restaurant and bar are excellent (breakfast was a treat every day); and the location -- up the hill from the buzzing main square in Cusco -- was perfect for exploring the town on foot. Keep in mind that you're over 12,000 feet, so the walk back up the hill to the hotel can be a real challenge the first couple of times, but it's worth it!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. It was so cute and full of beautiful details. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing. Please try the Ceviche Nikkei. It was to die for. I loved that it was small and welcoming.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast was great with good variety and even made to order menu. The dinner at their restaurant was also delicious (not included but worth going). Staff was very helpful and friendly my only complaint would be the road there is very narrow and one way so can be stressful getting in and out of a taxi, but still worth the stay.
