部屋はとても綺麗で、特に嬉しかったのはトイレにウォシュレットが付いていることと、部屋にウォーターサーバーがあることでした。ベッドの寝心地もよく快適でした。また、朝食は品数が多く、通常のソーセージやベーコン、卵料理だけでなく、魚料理、肉料理のホットミールがあり、日によっては巻き寿司のカウンターも出ていました。パンもペイストリーの種類が5-6種類ほどあり、朝から朝食が楽しみでした。あと、個人的に嬉しかったのは、結構器具の揃ったフィットネスジムがあることと、コインランドリーがある点でした。スタッフも皆とてもフレンドリーで、また宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

The hotel is in the center of it all. Markets, shopping, food and sites are all near. It’s about a 10 minute or so walk to a main subway line or you can cut through the market to catch a train at less distance, but you would need to transfer. I was here for thee nights and the staff was calling me by name and remembered details. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, Western, British, Asian. The basement laundry is convenient. The price is high by Korean standards, I say that and it’s about $8 US to wash and dry. That won’t break the bank. The market across the street is one of the best in Seoul. I had a nightcap in the bar, again a nice selection of spirits and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Thank you to all the staff for going way and beyond to help us make the most of our half day adventure in Korea memorable. Mr Song waited for many hours for us patiently until we could go out from the airport and took time to give us like a mini tour on the way to the hotel. They even prepared breakfast to go for us even if we left 4:15 am. The concierge people were very punctual. Excellent service. Excellent location. Excellent facility - my son said their fitness area has everything he actually needed. For him to say that is thumbs up for sure. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Great Hotel! Only thing is that cleaning the room one day was quite late. We went our the rrom since 6:30am, returned at 3-4pm and was not cleaned yet. Restaurant/Bar is excelent, has very good food at reasonable prices. Check in and Check out went very smooth and was great to have our bags alreade in our room (bags were sent from Kyoto with a bag transfer service)

Great facilities , excellent staff . Shower room need to be clean better, mold and soap scum can easily clean but I think housemates need to be trained better on cleaning shower floor and areas which put a huge damper on so call expensive 4star hotel, way too expensive

It was literally the perfect hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were super kind and knew a lot about the area, the food was excellent, and the hotel was literally in the middle of everything! All it took was a short walk to get to the markets and the malls! Overall, it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to.

Everything was great, except for the shower water. The water turns hot and cold frequently during your shower, there’s a temperature gauge attached to the shower hose and you can see it happening. It doesn’t happen just once, it fluctuates frequently throughout your shower.

The location was perfect—so many things to do within walking distance, and lots of public transportation. The facility was scrupulously clean. The room was small, but since we basically only slept there it wasn’t much of an issue. I wish there had been drawers. Living out of a suitcase for 10 days was inconvenient. The refrigerator didn’t work and a light switch failed but things were fixed quickly.

The room and hotel was great. We are so glad we stayed here and not in Myeondong, Myeongdong was very croweded and a bit too loud for pur liking. Perfect location. Only bad point is, for the first 3 nights we booked the Premier king room and the first picuture has a view which is slightly misleading as our view was windows of an office building ao had our curtains closed the whole time. The room was lovely. I personally don't think the view of Namsan tower was great enough to pay extra for the extra night at the end of our trip. The larger room was great!

This stay was absolutely epic in its perfection. From the minute we checked in with manager Chris Ko until late check out and the concierge once again making an appointment for us (taxi to airport), everything was above and beyond our expectations. We are seasoned travelers and not easily impressed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and helpful. Our room was always spotless. Every one associated with breakfast from the Executive Chef (whom I met and thanked) to the young woman who checked us in every day, the men who seated us at our various tables, those who cheerfully cleared our dirty dishes with a smile…everyone at the hotel was amazing but seriously it started with Mr Ko. He treated us to a beverage when we arrived way too early. He found a room with a nice view of Seoul Tower for us because we were staying for such a long time (12 days), etc etc. The concierge team made all kinds of appointment and suggestions for us and provided directions/maps. Our first trip to Korea was a home run because of Courtyard Marriott Namdaemun! Thank you from our hearts!

good quality facility with high standard. toilet bidet not working well.. breakfast quality is excellent with variety. Hotel staff are overall friendly, conceirge are very helpful to help taxi service. the only exception is some front staff are very unpleasant (I think they who it is) and ruin the whole stay impression.. just because speaking good English does not mean poor attitude is accepable with foreigners, or maybe just with Asians?

The hotel itself was great, room service very polite & friendly. Only 2 things had issue with: 1 the hotel restaurant is a buffet & is 90 000 KRW per person, great selection just make sure your aware before going in. 2nd asked concierge to book me a DMZ tour from the pamphlets that are beside their station on Wednesday for Saturday they said no problem. Bring the 80 000KRW and be put front the hotel at 6:55am. At 6:56 AM the DMZ bus pulled up and I got on. 30 minutes later the guide says I am registered with another person and that they are going to leave me at the DMZ meeting space for the group. Ok stuff happens. Guide 2 takes my money I sit on the bus for 20 minutes waiting to go & a third guide arrives to take me. Off to my 3rd differant bus. Do the DMZ tour with this guide and at the last stop am told to get off and am going back to Seoul with a 4th guide. Guides 1,2 and 3 all were on 40 people buses guide 4 is on a 10 person mini bus. Starting to worry now trip was suppose to be hotel pick up before 7 am and return to city hall by 3:00 pm so I can leave to get my bus to the airport. It is now 2pm and we jave not left for Seoul yet. Finally leave and apparently June guide 4 ( side note she is fabulous need to book with her) has arranged for her group to visit a duty free amethyst shop. Stop there at 2:50 and still 40 min from city hall. Mention to June my challege she immediately calls me a cab and back to my hotel. So instead of 1 bus 4 buses and a cab not a fun trip

just across the road from namdaemun market. about 5 mins walk to shinsegae, and another 5 mins further down to myeonddong stretch. about 5 mins walk to the nearest subway stations (cityhall and hyeohyeon). not really super in the heart of the myeonddong action, but walkable nonetheless.

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

Great location with several nice shopping areas close by as well as convenient to airport bus (17000 won per person to Incheon). Very good breakfast buffet worth including in the room price if you have that option. A day tour of Seoul picked us up right at the hotel and a DMZ tour started about 6 blocks away. Usual high Marriott standards for cleanliness and staff.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location, right across the street from Namdaemun market. I thought that it was a bit expensive for what was included. Beautiful hotel though. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was an excellent place to grab something to go on my way out in the morning.

Our room a king on the 18th floor was excellent Plenty of room, great areas for our large bags, lovely large bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. The only complaint would be the hot food area was only luke warm at best. We both ordered sirloin steaks in the restaurant, mine was lovely & my wife's luke warm?? we had to swap as my wife likes her meals hot
