Nice view. Clean and modern facility. Good location. Safe wasn’t working when we first arrive but that was quickly resolved. The toilet flushes fine but the other bidet functions were not functioning at all. (Not a necessity.) The workout area was very basic. All in all a 4/5.

The location was excellent for transportations, especially, the Airport Bus station was right in front of Entra Hotel! I was able to use Coin-Laundry (located nearby) everyday, which was another great convenient options. Although, the only one concern that I had an issue with Cleaning Service ( probably from the other company). It was really depends on who cleans the room on that day. I want to see the consistency of excellent services (esp. cleaning) for overall in my next visit. Thank you so Much, I really enjoy the stay.

The room was very clean and room size is bigger than other business hotel. The dining around the area was great. Apgujung Rodeo is walkable distance. Staff was very friendly and beyond my expectations. Only down side of the hotel was breakfast. They had small section of all you can eat salad bar and they have only 4 choices for the breakfast main menu. It could be better if they had a full all you can eat breakfast. Overall, it was great stay and I will come back here for my next business trip.

チェックインが22時頃になってしまったのですがとても丁寧に応対していただきました。その時は日本語ができる方も1人いらして問題なくチェックインできました。比較的こじんまりとしたホテルですが、綺麗なホテルでした。入口に数段の階段があるのでスーツケースは持ち上げないといけないです。スロープはどこかにあるのかもしれませんが階段のそばにはなかったです。気になる点をあげるとすればトイレのドアが途中で床に引っかかり全開にならなかったことと、メインのテレビのリモコンの反応が悪かったことくらいですが、トイレは全開にする必要はなく、テレビは本体で操作しました。あと、まずまずの交通量の道路沿いなので車の音は少なからず聞こえます。地下鉄は2つの駅を徒歩10分程度で利用できますが、どちらも緩やかな坂道でした。駅近のホテルも便利ですが、こちらは徒歩20分くらいの範囲に美味しいお店もたくさんありましたし、食べたあとゆっくり歩いて帰ることでいい運動にもなったので良かったです。

Hotel Entra was located next to high end shopping and bus stops. However, there weren’t any close subway stations. The room was clean however the toilet was oddly not connected to the restroom. The regular shower head was positioned in a way that was inconvenient and the rain shower water pressure was just okay. The hair dryer had lint to the point unusable.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I was impressed by staff kindness on my first visit 6 month ago and they did not let me down this time either. Lots of fine dinings around the area (walkable) and hotel location was great. It is also much quieter than Gangnam station area where I used to stay. Room was also very spacious compared to other business hotels in the area. I would definately recommend this hotel for your visit in Seoul

The hotel is nice and clean. The AC unit worked very well. Considering we stayed in June, this was a big deal for us. The staff were also helpful when we needed to store our luggage after checking out. The location is good, but you do have to walk 15-20mins to get to the main cafe and shopping area. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you want to walk out and immediately be greeted with shops & things to do then you might be disappointed. However, it was easy to get picked up and dropped off via Taxi. If you value comfort and cleanliness over convenience then this is the place for you.

룸 컨디션은 너무 좋았습니다. 수건이 오래된 것 같고 양이 많지 않아 여청필요함! 직원분들친절하고 ㅡ 다 좋는데.. 높은 층 좋은 뷰이겐허나 바로 앞 건물과 마주보고 있어 발코니 계속치고았었음 ㅜㅜ 조삭 시 방요금 따로 조식 신청을 한건데.. 메뉴핀을 따로 주며 왠만한건 다시 주문해서 먹어야함 ! 조식은 시랑스러움😂 돈내고 오믈렛부터 베이컨 등 일빈 조식에 나오는 요리?는 다 오더 넣어야함
