The design of the hotel was great, having multiple places to sit both on each floor and the lobby, and enjoy natural sunlight coming through while waiting for the rest of our group. The bar area and the restaurant each had multiples rooms / areas which adds to the privacy and ambience. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was thought through. We especially appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar are also very worth visiting, especially for breakfast. If we are ever in Seville again, this is where we will stay. Thank you for everything!

The Mercer Hotel was a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. It was close to everything yet a street over from a busy street so it was quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from the streets below. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop pool and terrace. We highly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it. And, again, the service is everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel, and then some.

This hotel was incredible. The front desk team made us feel right at home. Pablo the concierge is also amazing! He booked all of our lunch and dinner reservations and picked the most spectacular places. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day of walking around, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is the best start to the day (a la carte and can order anything you wish). Service and staff are incredible; being a boutique hotel you are very well looked after. The team made all of our reservations.

Le service était vraiment exceptionnel. Mention spéciale à Diana au Check in et au Barman qui nous ont fait passé un très bon moment. Très bon restaurant et bons cocktails. À noter par contre : chambre très peu lumineuse, elle donne sur un autre mur. Le parquet de la salle de bain gondoler. Quelques traces sur le mur qui partirait pourtant facilement avec une éponge magique. Poignet de la douche cassé ou presque Problème aussi avec la poignet des toilettes Sinon à part ça très sympa.

We loved the staff. Annabelle set the tone right away by helping us get tot he hotel when we were having a difficult time finding the alternate route and roads were closed. They recommended wonderful restaurants. We were so happy with the service and the room was very nice too. We will return and send our friends. Thank you.

직원들이 친절함에 감탄했습니다. 입구주변에 공사를 하고 있어서 차량으로 호텔을 찾아들어가기가 다소 번거로웠으나, 발렛파킹 직원이 노무 친절하였습니다. 프런트 직원도 매우 친절하였으며, 호텔 시설도 훌륭하였습니다. 대성당에서 가까워서 중요 관광지의 접근이 좋아 편리했습니다.

This hotel was incredible. The front desk team made us feel right at home. Pablo the concierge is also amazing! He booked all of our lunch and dinner reservations and picked the most spectacular places. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day of walking around, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing boutique hotel a short walk away from the main attractions. Rooms are very clean and complimentary soft drinks in minibar & Nespresso are a lovely touch. Service is amazing. Breakfast is the best start to the day (a la carte and can order anything you wish). Service and staff are incredible; being a boutique hotel you are very well looked after. The team made all of our reservations.

The Mercer Hotel was a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. It was close to everything yet a street over from a busy street so it was quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from the streets below. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop pool and terrace. We highly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it. And, again, the service is everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel, and then some.

The staff was amazing. They assisted us in finding two of the best restaurants on our month holiday between Portugal and Spain. The breakfast was fantastic with every option you could want and first class service. The hotel is an old mansion that was converted so elegant and quaint with only 11 rooms. Thus, the staff knew you by name which was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Nice building and location. Everything is impeccably clean and staff is very nice. However: the beds are not great (too soft and squeaky) and the breakfast is a joke given the price (paid 80 Euros for two though we did not have a lot of food). Overall too expensive for what you get

We loved our stay here. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was thought through. We especially appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar are also very worth visiting, especially for breakfast. If we are ever in Seville again, this is where we will stay. Thank you for everything!
