Good location near transport, shops and restaurants. Rooms very comfortable and kitchen has oven, huge fridge freezer, microwave, double hob, and dishwasher. Great having a washing machine in the studio flat. Reception staff very friendly Some minor things that would have made it perfect - air conditioning isn’t very effective - pillows very high and hard, a bit uncomfortable to sleep on - kitchen has literally 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 plates etc. would be nice to have a few more utensils (especially over Christmas where we had multiple courses and had to wash up between each one) - we were staying multiple nights but only one small tube of shampoo, shower gel, and washing up liquid were provided. Not a big issue as they gave us more when asked, just would have been nice not to keep having to ask every few days Overall would recommend this as a place to stay, especially for a longer stay where you want kitchen facilities and a washing machine

Overall our stay was easy and enjoyable. We were attending an event at the concourse so it was extremely convenient. Our room was nice but slightly run down in the bathroom with some broken tiles and there was mould in the shower. But other than that the room was clean and nice.

The rooms could do with new carpets throughout. Rooms could be cleaner, they are ok if you don't look to closely. On the positive we did get clean towels everyday and bathrooms were very clean.

Staff were excellent, welcoming, accommodating and extremely helpful. The room was great for us however the balcony was so dirty, it's been so long since it's been cleaned we couldn't utilise it. Decorative cushions require cleaning. Rooftop garden is nothing more than a concrete area, disappointing. The coffe cart in reception was alovely inclusion.

Location is spot on. Not my first stay, was at a 2 bedroom suite before. This time checked in studio deluxe suite. The room was very warm for me. Even though I can drop the temperature the fan was only at 1 so could hardly feel the aircon. When I rang reception , I was informed tha fan speed cannot be increased. Also it would be good to have block out curtains and not just the black see through specially when it is so sunny and bright outside, its hard to get sleep.

I was going to give a 5 stars rating, but the receptionist's rude attitude ruined my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air controller was not very user-friendly. It only allowed me to set the temperature, not the fan speed or mo off. The main problem was the day time receptionists, who were very unprofessional and impolite. When I checked out, I returned the key card and validated the parking ticket, but then I realized I could not access the lift to the car park without the key card. I asked the receptionist to swipe me to the car park, but she was very annoyed and told me to use my room key card. She did not seem to understand that I had already returned it. She also said it was not the hotel policy to help me get to the car park. After a few seconds, she realized her mistake and swiped me to the car park, but she did not apologize or show any courtesy. I also found another receptionist very unhelpful when I requested a late check out. He said I should have requested it at night or before I checked out. I have never encountered such a rigid and unfriendly policy at a 5 stars hotel.

Very happy with their Silkara Suites’ service. Check in/out was smooth and we also requested for slippers, which was delivered to our room quickly. One of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. We called the front desk and they replaced the shower head for us. Everything happened within 15 min and was impressed. Room and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The only thing that could have made it a better stay is probably being offered a room on a higher floor due to the noise. We stayed on level 1 and the garbage trucks were busy doing their thing overnight, which woke me a couple of times. Then there were people talking loudly on the streets early in the morning, which woke me up. I would probably have to remember to request to stay on a higher level myself next time.

Suite not detail cleaned. Aircon did not work and request to fix did not work, no follow up in a boiling hot room. Bathroom not detail cleaned, towels stained and shower head rusty. No plates or bowls to eat off. Staff at check in clueless on how to use credit card machine, instantly asked me to get cash at 11.30pm at night to pay a deposit on the room which was very fishy.

I was very impressed with Silkari Suites, Chatswood. The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The location was perfect - close to trains and shops - yet the room was very quiet. I liked having the cooking facilities in the room too. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time I’m down Chatswood way.

The property was nice. The shower head was very high up though, the bed is a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately the view did not match the advertisement and there was very loud construction happening right outside the balcony, So we didn't get to enjoy the balcony at all. The parking was fantastic and the staff were exceptional, kind, and very polite with a happy disposition. The shower is kind of weird though, with no full screen, letting water out into the vanity area. There is no control over the air-conditioning temperature which was weird. The proximity to our event was right next door and close to so much shopping and dining options. 3 stars over all.

Great location, friendly staff, these speak out for this apartment. Will definitely come back next time. However, please ask for rooms at higher floor. There's loading dock at the back lane so it's very noisy in the morning (sometime even before 6am) if you stay at lower floors. In addition, mattress was a bit too soft and pillow was too hard and thick that I couldn't sleep well. Will be good if more pillow options can be provided.

This place ticks all the boxes for me and I am a fussy traveler. Good value and quality accommodation. Great location - Chatswood Station is about a 5-minute walk away and then it is only 15 minutes to Central Station on the Metro, so distance from downtown Sydney is not an issue. I will certainly recommend Silkari Suites

Nice and spacious apartment. Metro station is about 5-10 min walk from the place and would take about 20 min ride to the city. There are lots of restaurants (mostly Asian) to choose from nearby. David Jones is just across the street and Westfield is a block away. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning - black, latte, cappuccino. Also got some complimentary banana bread one morning but that’s the only time I saw it so I’m not sure if it’s available daily. My only issue is the housekeeping. We stayed for a week and we were 3 adults. The third person’s bed was only fixed once during our whole stay, while the “main bed” in the bedroom got fixed daily. Only 2 towels were given daily even though the housekeeper saw us and knew that there were 3 staying in the room. We requested for an extra towel in the lobby, but only 2 were always supplied.

The location is great, plenty of eating and grocery options nearby. Chatswood Chase shopping centre is across the road and being renovated. My living area (room 221) faced the building works but I didn’t find the noise too intrusive. Appreciated the Nespresso machine and pods, the bathrobe and slippers and the shower water pressure is excellent too. Put the dishwasher on during the day, it’s loud.

We stayed here because it’s close (5 min walk) to The Concourse Theatre where we’re watching a musical. It’s situated in the Chatswood CBD, plenty of dining options around the area and walking distance to Westfields, Chase and the train station. The rooms are spacious and with good facilities and amenities.
