最初は入口もわからずすごい探して見つけたら大丈夫？というビルの入り口で、エレベーターも手で開けるオールドスタイル。ただフロントのある4階に入ると突然清潔な小洒落たスタイルの内装に！スタッフはアルバイトの男の子が8時間おきに入れ替わるらしい。人は変われど気さくで話しやすいスタッフが多かった。バイトだからかあまり硬くなく良くも悪くもラフだったが丁寧に対応してくれた。総合的に快適でした！また来たい！

Great location! In the center of the city. Easy access to transportation, restaurants, the Belgrade Fortress and other sightseeing destinations. Spaces were clean and well managed. Staff was friendly. Airport transportation arrangement was easy and very convenient. Had a great stay!

Excellent! Book this. Amazing staff. They went above and beyond to help with airport transfers. Perfect location. We were able to walk around the center and had a very nice dinner!

The added pick up and drop off at the airport was a plus. The hotel and this includes a few within the pedestrian only area is an issue and you have to walk to the hotels. Beware of dishonest scam taxi drivers but bare in mind these are not Serbian, they are very honest. If you feel your being scammed just call police and refuse to leave the taxi until they arrive.

It’s a great combination of a hotel and Airbnb. The rooms were more like apartments rather than a hotel but everything was clean and comfortable, There’s 24h staff available to help with anything you may need. Very convenient location. Also shuttle options turned out to be very convenient.

Sängarna var lite för hårda för mitt tycke, kranen vid handfatet var lös, rummet var ganska litet. Det var en väldigt liten reception och man behövde ta en gammal hiss för att komma till receptionen. Jag tyckte inte detta var ett fyrstjärnigt hotell utan det kändes mer trestjärnigt. Därför vart jag lite besviken då standarden inte riktigt var som jag förväntat mig. Det var också ganska lyhört. Jag kunde inte höra något från de andra gästerna i rummen bredvid - däremot människor som pratade på gatan utanför, musik från närliggande barer och bilar som körde utanför kunde jag höra när jag var på rummet och skulle lägga mig. Läget var dock väldigt bra med gångavstånd från shoppinggatan. Det var också supersmidigt med transfer till och från flygplatsen. Det var bara att mejla hotellet och de var väldigt tillmötesgående och snabba på att svara.

Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However the room shown on their web page was certainly not miine plus 2 other bedroom they showed me. I see it is rated a 4 star but I think it is at best a 3 star. Hrd to find the entrance. ONe of the 2 elevators didnot work. For transfeer to the airport they called a taxi. Assisted me to the taxi upon arrival.

Belgrad'da kaldığımız bu oteli konumundan dolayı tercih ettik. Fakat odaya girdiğimiz andan itibaren olumsuzluklarla karşılaştık. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda pencere açıktı, kapatmayı denedik fakat tam olarak kapanmadı. Ayrıca odaya girdiğimizde yerde ölü bir böcek vardı, çok önemsemeden tatilimize devam ettik fakat son gün büyük, canlı bir böceği banyomuzda gördükten sonra tamamen keyfimiz kaçtı. Jakuzili oda tuttuk fakat jakuzi pisti, tekrar kendimiz temizledik. Bazı yerlerde saçlar vardı. Jakuzinin çalışmayan aksamları vardı. Yani konumu hariç hiç bir şeyden memnun kalmadık maalesef.

The cleaning was terrible for a 4 star hotel! They didn’t even clean up the bathroom day two. The condition of the room was not good and it stank of cigarettes. The pictures are not correct with reality for the normal rooms. Would not stay here again. Disappointed

Det var veldig god service og personale på resepsjonen. De var svært hyggelige og behjelpelige. Likevel lignet ikke hotellet og rommet vårt på det vi så i bildene på forhånd. Beliggenheten var noe vanskelig i forbindelse med litt bråk, spesielt på kveldstid. Renhold var heller ikke optimalt. Likevel var mye av opplevelsen reddet av personalets gode innsats til å opprettholde god service.

Muy buen lugar, excelente ubicación, el único detalle es que el internet tiene muchas fallas y por la antigüedad del edificio deben de tener un problema y hay pequeñas cucarachitas (2-4) en el área del baño. Pero totalmente recomendable.

Stayed with family, had a large apartment room with lots of space, a big bed 2 sofa beds, had a kitchen and lounge area. Was very convenient as was in the middle of an area with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket next door. Transport was also close by. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Was a great stay, thank you.

Super gelegen. Man ist im touristische Zentrum Belgrads. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Späti gleich um die Ecke wie auch ein Pub und vieles mehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut beheizt. Zimmerservice jeden Tag wie in einem Hotel.

The location is superb! The guy behind the reception has been very helpful which made our stay very pleasant. The room we booked was good but needs to be updated ( old airco system/curtains needed to be fixed) Other than that, no complains at all:-)

What a great value for the price.What a great location it is in the heart of the historic district of this beautiful city.And I am more than happy to say that I have stayed there and it was so comfortable and the rooms were incredibly large. I love the convenience of words located as very walkable.I really like the personal attention to detail from the management.They picked me up from the airport.It was great.

The two gentlemen who work at the front desk…. Vladimir and Anilton were really excellent. Both were very friendly, helpful, courteous and processional. Really nice guys and they speak English. They made my stay enjoyable. It’s a fair price for the room with lots to do in the area.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Belgrade. It’s clean, quiet and in a great location. You are walking distance from everything. It is a taxi ride from the bus station but still worth it. The staff is helpful and kind and am thankful they let me check out at noon.

The hotel is in the city centre. Just two minutes to National museum and Republic Square. So safe and clean. The only bad part was the noise from the street because there is a pub/cafe opposite the hotel. It wasn’t easy for my mom to fall asleep because of that noise. We were able to leave our luggage after we check out, which was also good for the last day. It was great in general.

I didn't like the area it's located at, and the entrance, felt unsafe and had to leave, I didn't receive the refund for it either. I had to book hotel Moskva and luckily they had a room available at short notice. I liked the stay there

Privilege Suites! The staff were absolutely incredible, super helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. And let me tell you, the location is spot-on! It’s right in the heart of the city, just outside a supermarket that’s open 24 hours. It was perfect for my short stay in Serbia

On the middle of The town. On a very good location. You don't have breakfast or parking, But it was so good that I was really recommending about it and come back again. The stuff is totally Friendly. Mr. Piter on the front dask Was so helpful That for a few minutes I was afraid... Everything was with smiling, and the place it's very very clean.
