Frühstück bot genug, aber die Brötchen erschienen mir trocken industrieller Schnellback anstatt aus fermentiertem Teig. Service am Tisch etwas zögerlich beim abräumen. Personal durchweg freundlich und bemüht einem zu helfen. Ladesäule etwas umständlich zu bedienen mit Token der Rezeption, wenn es denn da ist, aber, hat auch geklappt. Gute Lage, direkt an der STR 11 Haltestelle, damit direkt ins Zentrum. Anreise Ostbahnhof auch eine gute Option.

The service wasn’t good or bad, it was just indifferent. The room was clean and nicely designed, except we can hear loudly when people were closing their doors on our floor. The bed was comfortable and the free beer in the mini bar was a nice gesture. Parking under the building was expensive and I read a review they said it only took coins, so instead I parked under Hampton Inn’s garage across the street. It had large spaces, cheaper and took bills in addition to coins. For the most part it was a satisfactory stay for what we’d paid.

Our stay was because of a local procedure I was to have nearby. So, we wanted a spacious no frills type of room that would allow me easy access to the shower and bed. This shower was at floor level meaning there was the smallest of steps to get in and out, with plenty of room for 2 people. The bed was large, comfortable and clean. The room was very modern and had a refrigerator to store the items I had brought with me. Check in was easy enough, but parking was a bit confusing. There is a parking garage and within that parking garage there is a small area meant for the hotel. You must ask the front desk for tickets to get in and out. The area around had 1 or two restaurants down the street. We did a 20 minute walk to eat at a delicious south African restaurant a little further away. My main complaint is that there were these small, translucent bugs that could be seen in the toilet/shower area. I thought I was seeing things at first, but they are there and fast. Not sure what sort of bug they are but I killed one and it left a mark that I noticed was on a couple of the walls. I believe this is an issue others have had. I had one crawl out from under my suitcase so I made sure to not leave it on the floor after that. Management should look into that, but overall the room was a calm, clean place to stay at.

Everything was very good with the exception of what you really need: the BED. The kingsize bed was maximum 1,9 m long and consisted of 2 beds pushed together. Due to the hotel being very booked the only pillows available were super fat support pillows, not sleeping pillows.

Bei Buchung habe ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, konnte ich auf die Straße und einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle herunter schauen. Laute Autos und das Quietschen der Straßenbahn waren bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr präsent. Als ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass dies ein leises Zimmer ist und mein Wunsch berücksichtigt wurde. Das Hotel hat Zimmer zu einem Innenhof. Kaum vorstellbar, dass es dort lauter ist. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Recht großzügig, große begehbare Dusche und alles sauber.

What an awesome property and staff! I have a disability and it was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful at every turn. Someone available for help. Let me practice German. If I visit Frankfurt again, I would stay here. It’s difficult to find a place that ticks all of the boxes plus is worth the money.

We had amazing time here. The hotel was clean and comfy and good location(near from train station and convenience store). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good enough for our vegetarian diets. Alfian at reception was super helpful with information and plans about our day trips to Heidelberg and Rudeshiem. Zimmer waren okay Personal war auch okay . Für so ein gutes Haus keine Auswahl im Restaurant fürs Essen eine Hauptspeise und das soll ich jeden Tag essen Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. Das kann man einmal essen aber sonst keine Auswahl. Keine guten Weine katastrophaler Rotwein katastrophaler Weißwein darüber hinaus. Die Speisekarte war eklig und schmutzig wenn man die in der Hand hatte musste man sich gleich die Hände desinfizieren, voller Flecke zerfleddert. Hier ist also dringend Nachholbedarf, damit das ansonsten schöne Haus nicht in Vergessenheit gerät.

We really enjoyed our stay at the INNSiDE. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar in the restaurant was very good. The interior of the hotel was clean, bright, and had interesting decorations. The one minor issue we ran into, our room was set for one person, was handled very easily and efficiently, providing us the second set of towels and bedding. As first time travelers to Frankfurt, who speak no German, it was wonderful that everyone spoke clear English.
