Only thing missing was a pool! The rooftop bar was a bit over hyped in the evenings and at night turned into a bit of nightclub. This attracted large groups at the front door, lots of sports cars, so loud revving of engines and thumping music could be heard from our 11th floor room. One last thing, my wife left a pair of sunglasses in the conference centre, came back an hour later and someone had taken them! Shame we never got them back!

I love the Thompspn and been coming here for years. However I havent been in the past 3 years. This place is gorgeous but they nickel and dime you. The cost of the minibar is insane. The Parking fee of 65 for a night is high, but then they tack on all these other fees. In the end they billed me over a 106 dollars for one night of parking. We arrived around 9pm, and checked out by 10. They dont mention anything and its just dishonesty.

Second stay at the Thompson Nashville, and it definitely lived up to my first experience. The room was beautiful, the shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the chilled water station in the lobby was a lifesaver in the Nashville heat. The rooftop is always a highlight great atmosphere, great views, and the perfect way to end the day. Looking forward to my next stay.

The property has no concierge services for assisting in activities elsewhere—essentially a self-service facility. There are also a lot of “hidden” fees that are not adequately disclosed at booking—classic deceptive trade practices.
