We stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel was one of the few which offered a restaurant on a Sunday evening. The parking is up a ramp at the side of the hotel which wasn’t immediately obvious but there were plenty of spaces. Staff were very helpful.

Loved the view! Everything was excellent. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was always friendly. The coffee shop opened at 6am every day and had a great variety. The restaurant had great drinks and the food was fantastic.

Hotel itself is well suited for what the surrounding area will become - at the moment the surrounding city is letting it down a bit. Hotel has done a nice job of concentrating on guest experience, needs to get the city to do as good a job with the attached parking, especially as it's an extra cost. Rooms are functional, hotel layout is works well and the rooftop bar is a nice touch.

Great location. But price over the top. $200 per night. Poor instructions on where to park (failed to mention ABOVE LEVEL A!) oops. Parked there and couldn’t use the hotel parking elevator. Grimy stair well access only. Room refrigerator didn’t work. Unisex bathroom near lobby “Out of Order”. Staff not well trained. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is okay, although the bathroom had a bad sewage smell. But the connected garage is absolutely disgusting. There was urine and cigarette butts all over the garage and inside the elevator to the hotel. Tried to take the creepy stairwell instead and that was also covered in urine. The staff is aware of these conditions because they warned us that the garage is not very nice and to be sure to take the elevator only. This is just a super skeevy spot. Definitely overpriced for the filthy surroundings. If you need to park here, look elsewhere.

The lady at check in was so kind and willing to help. The roof top bar was great too. No pool, but the kids still enjoyed walking around downtown. We'd stay again.

Very clean rooms, had 2. At check-out we let them know we only had 1 cocktail glass, and the shower had 2 shampoos instead of a body wash in that spot in one of the rooms. Housekeeping issue. Nothing in the room to let us know the time of day. Course now everyone uses their phones.

The staff was nice. There was quite a bit of dust on the walls, the pillows were entirely too soft making my neck pretty sore in the morning and the bed was too hard and had a dip in it like it had some springs broken (or something causing the same effect) The fact that they charge $7 for parking for one night stay when there’s only a parking ramp that I could see was available for parking, unless you are willing to walk and take up street parking space and the parking ramp entrance and exit are quite tight, so don’t try it in a bigger vehicle unless your really good at those tight curves. And if you want high speed internet for streaming, it’ll cost you $5. I think I heard them say something about $50 for something…I’m guessing it’s refundable if you don’t leave the room a mess because there was not a $50 charge on my final bill. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but there was a couple spots in the shower that definitely needed scrubbed in corners (nothing where you actually stand when you’re taking a shower) Checking out on an app and being able to use a phone to be able to unlock your door in the event you forget the key card is fantastic. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast.

Room was incredibly dusty. The wall unit grate was caked in dust as was the bedside table and area beneath the tv. The bathroom fan grate was also caked in dust. There was mold growing in the shower along the glass door. It’s fairly obvious the cleaning done is minimal.

I regularly stay at this hotel when in town and am a Double Tree member. This last time, I awoke to find my shower did not work. After speaking with front desk, I had to dress, go to desk, get key for another room nearby, use that room's shower. Upon check out, I shared my disappointment and was offered a food/beverage credit that I did not need. I was disappointed I had to express my concern in order to be offered this compensation. While I did not feel this was sufficient for the inconvenience caused, I knew the front desk may not be able to do more. I called the manager two days later and was offered the same credit for a future stay. As I expressed to the manager, I am certainly not sure I will stay there again despite having a small food/bev. credit available and am not willing to recommend the hotel to others due to how this was handled. I certainly felt that having been given a room that was not functional (and wondering how they were not aware of this issue from previous guests/housekeeping) would have led to a greater compensation/response. I would advise others to consider experience this in their choice of this hotel.

The gentleman that was working when I stopped to see if I could check in was nice. But the man that was here and actually checked me in around 3:40, Jake was so attentive! Helped me out was all about service and was all around welcoming! When I came back to Hotel around 12:40 the night clerk was condescending when I didn’t quite get how to open the night door. When I went down later to ask if he had a spoon first while he was on the computer and ignored me for a while so I didn’t say anything and then he looked at me, stood and looked at me like what do you want didn’t say anything I said do you have a spoon and he said yeah and handed it to me and I said what’s your name he answered-I didn’t understand him. I took marks off because the check in time is so late. When you are paying almost 300 a night for a room and want to explore the city, checking in at 4pm is very late to freshen up and get dinner and want to walk around before shops close. With check out at 11 am, the room is only available for 19 hours. That makes the cost seem very high compared to time the room is available. It should be at least 24 hours. Make parking free as well. I won't stay here again.

I'm very angry! When I used Travelocity to book my stay on 4/2/2025 my total after room and taxes was $480 for the two nights. When I got to the hotel they inflated my price and I was charged $542.62. I have proof of both totals and when I tried to get help at the Lismore to correct the problem they told me it wasn't their issue and I needed to work with Travelocity to get my money back. They didn't offer to help and just charged me what they wanted.

Perfect location for attending a concert at The Pablo Center. Short walking distance, beautiful downtown location. Beautiful rooms, comfy bed and pillows! Very clean, quiet. 2nd time staying here, love the hotel!

This is a nice property. Very clean and maintained well. My only issue is that is can be hard to spot if you are not from the area (basically inside of a parking ramp). Took a bit to figure that out but otherwise it’s in a nice area that has a lot of walkable options for dining and shopping and staff was very nice.

We stayed at the Lismore for the Eau Claire Marathon - the location was perfect! We could walk to the start and the hotel was only a block from the finish. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and service & food was excellent.

The hotel was verry nice although it is in down town and our view from our window was an empty lot. The restaurant and bar are in the hotel and that is very convenient. However it’s primarily vegan which we are not. The spices and sauces on the food were intense and foreign to us and thus we really didn’t like the dinners we ate. The wait staff was great. Probably a one time deal for us.

A great boutique motel. The room was spacious and unique with extra room if we had any visitors. Loved the Crabtree products. Separate rooftop lounge/bar. Only downside, restaurant was too expensive. We walked to an area restaurants.
