地下のお風呂は歩き回った体の疲れをとってくれるので、本当にありがたいです。更にお風呂後の乳酸菌飲料とアイスのサービスが最高です。ただ、お部屋に置いてあるスリッパが使い捨てのタイプでないのが残念です。

渡韓した際に何回か利用させていただきました。新論峴駅（シンノンヒョン）からは坂道ではありますが近いので便利です。ホテルの近くにはセブンイレブンもあります。ドーミーインは夜鳴きそばのサービスが有名ですが、こちらのホテルでもきちんと夜鳴きそば（キムチも）が提供されていました。お部屋は清潔で、バスタブはありませんが大浴場は24時間オープンしていて、サウナは（女子風呂にもドライサウナあり）深夜1時から朝までは利用できませんが、チェックアウト前にゆっくり入ることもできました。カンナム界隈でどこに宿泊して良いかわからない時や同じ価格帯で悩まれているならお勧めします。

Our entire stay was fantastic! This place is worth every penny and honestly really good value for what you get. The hotel is super clean, well kept, well located and the breakfast is delicious. The spa is SO good, I couldn’t believe how good it was. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Love the location, very central and subway is 2 mins away. Clean rooms, spa was pretty amazing. Front desk personnel very helpful. Laundry on-site, wash for free and dryer for 45 mins was 2000 won. Would definitely stay here again.

スタッフはとても親切で、まるで日本のドーミーインに宿泊しているかのような居心地の良さでした。残念だったのは、大浴場の湯船の温度は適温と思われましたが、洗い場のシャワーが水さながらだった。しばらく出しておけばお湯に変わるかと思ったが、全く変わらず水のまま。やむなく部屋に引き上げました。他の日本人客もお湯が出ないと騒いでいましたが、外国人と見られる方々はその冷たい水で頭や身体を洗っていました。湯船は良かったのに残念です。

お世話になりました。スタッフさんのお出迎えの際の笑顔や案内などいつもホッとします。飛行機の到着時間が遅かったので夜鳴きそばには間に合わなかったところ、カップラーメンのサービスがあり嬉しかったです。初めてツインのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、シングルにはなかったホットタブ（バスタブ）があり、お部屋も広くて良かったのですが、下水の臭いらしい悪臭が鼻をつき、付属の消臭スプレーや空気清浄機を使用しても消えなかったのが辛かったです。また冷蔵庫の中がとても臭くて（キムチの臭いでしょうか？他の食品やパックに臭いが移ってしまうほど臭かったです。対策をしていただけたら助かります。大浴場やサウナはゆったり入ることができて良かったです。サウナに敷いてあるマットをもう少し頻回に変えていただけたら嬉しいです。夜中の1時までサウナに入れることが本当に嬉しいです。全体的な評価は、ここまででしたら高評価だったのですが、最後の最後に空港までのタクシーをお願いして呼んでいただいたのですが、その際に以前過剰な料金を請求されたこともあり、安心のできるタクシーをお願いしたいとお伝えして、金浦空港までの料金もおよそW30,000~30,500程度と伺っていましたし、韓国語で交渉する力がないのであえてホテルからタクシーを手配いただいたのですが、実際にはタクシーのドライバーさんから、W60,000を請求されました。そんなはずはないと交渉しましたが、混んでいるなどといい、メーターも隠し、挙げ句の果ては現金でしか支払えないと言われました。女性のドライバーでしたが、怖かったですし、手持ちの現金がW50,000しかないと説明して、その金額で納得してもらいました。通報すべきと思いましたが、お手配くださった方がまた同じドライバーを手配されたり、海外から来られたお客様に怖くて不安な思いをさせないようにご配慮いただきたいです。自分でアプリなどを使えなかったので、私も次回からはきちんと出来るようにしないとと反省した次第です。今後とも宜しくお願いいたします。

年末にシングル1名で宿泊しました。どれだけ狭いだろうと思っていましたが、それを感じさせない造りの部屋でとても満足出来ました。初めて部屋に入った時、空調が暖かくて快適でした。天井が高く、ベッドサイズや、窓のサイズなど、どれをとっても狭さを感じさせないサイズ感です。もちろん部屋はシャワーのみです。いつもバスタブ付きの部屋を予約する私ですが大浴場があるので、むしろこっちで良かったと思っています。他にも朝食は他のホテルとは違ってとても種類が豊富でした。一人部屋ならかなりお勧めします。

10分ほど歩けば江南大路で便利な方だと思います。また、スタッフの日本語レベルも高くとても安心できました。大浴場もあり、部屋で順番にシャワーを使ったりすることもなく、快適でした。

Really nice, helpful staff. The rooms were clean. Room was comfortable for two people, but we found the beds to be really hard and the pillows harder. Shower was great. Laundry was a nice set up and very helpful during our three week stay. Never did figure out the restaurant hours, but there are a lot of good restaurants within a few blocks. Loads of convenience stores and safe, quiet area.

エアコンを止めるとノイズが発生してうるさくて寝てられませんでした。室内の状況をビデオに撮って午前3時にフロントに申告したら別部屋を準備してしてくれました。フロントの方はよく対応してくれましたが、泊まった部屋は修理してますし、次に宿泊した際には同じ部屋には案内しませんと言ってましたが、そういう問題ではないんですよ。それなりの海外のホテルで夜にぐっすり寝れるのは最低限、保障させるべきだと思うので次は無いです。

シャワーの故障があったが、即座に対応してその数時間後には修理してエレベーターにそのアップデートした張り紙をしていた対応力はさすが日本企業だなと思った。スタッフの対応レベルも高く、いつも泊まりたいホテルです。

お世話になりました。スタッフさんのお出迎えの際の笑顔や案内などいつもホッとします。飛行機の到着時間が遅かったので夜鳴きそばには間に合わなかったところ、カップラーメンのサービスがあり嬉しかったです。初めてツインのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、シングルにはなかったホットタブ（バスタブ）があり、お部屋も広くて良かったのですが、下水の臭いらしい悪臭が鼻をつき、付属の消臭スプレーや空気清浄機を使用しても消えなかったのが辛かったです。また冷蔵庫の中がとても臭くて（キムチの臭いでしょうか？他の食品やパックに臭いが移ってしまうほど臭かったです。対策をしていただけたら助かります。大浴場やサウナはゆったり入ることができて良かったです。サウナに敷いてあるマットをもう少し頻回に変えていただけたら嬉しいです。夜中の1時までサウナに入れることが本当に嬉しいです。全体的な評価は、ここまででしたら高評価だったのですが、最後の最後に空港までのタクシーをお願いして呼んでいただいたのですが、その際に以前過剰な料金を請求されたこともあり、安心のできるタクシーをお願いしたいとお伝えして、金浦空港までの料金もおよそW30,000~30,500程度と伺っていましたし、韓国語で交渉する力がないのであえてホテルからタクシーを手配いただいたのですが、実際にはタクシーのドライバーさんから、W60,000を請求されました。そんなはずはないと交渉しましたが、混んでいるなどといい、メーターも隠し、挙げ句の果ては現金でしか支払えないと言われました。女性のドライバーでしたが、怖かったですし、手持ちの現金がW50,000しかないと説明して、その金額で納得してもらいました。通報すべきと思いましたが、お手配くださった方がまた同じドライバーを手配されたり、海外から来られたお客様に怖くて不安な思いをさせないようにご配慮いただきたいです。自分でアプリなどを使えなかったので、私も次回からはきちんと出来るようにしないとと反省した次第です。今後とも宜しくお願いいたします。

14時頃に到着したので荷物だけ先に預かってもらえないか依頼したら「⚪︎階であれば清掃が終わっているのでお通しできますが⚪︎階で宜しいですか？」と直ぐに空いている部屋を確認して通してもらえました。正直、移動で疲れていたのですごく有り難かったです！日本語で対応してくださりコミュニケーションもスムーズに行えたので気負うことなくチェックインできて快適でした！お部屋も綺麗で使いやすかったですし、ホテルの近くにコンビニもあったので水とかも買いに行けて楽でした。ただ、駅と駅のちょうど真ん中に位置していて、坂になっているので子供や高齢者と一緒だと、ロケーションはちょっと微妙だな、という感じです。でも、また利用したいなと思えるホテルでした。

The spa was perfect especially for the winter in Seoul. The room was kinda small, but it was clean. It is noticeable that the hotel is between two subway stations, and the road leading to the subway station is quite steep. Still, it is a convenient place to stay in Gangnam region.

10月中旬に、シングルルームに泊まりました。ロビーに無料のコーヒーマシーンやウォーターサーバーがあって、1日1本お水の提供もあったので、現地でお水を買わなくて済みました。スタッフの方は日本語も流暢で、とても優しく親切で素晴らしい接客でした。浴場は使っていないので不明です。上下分かれた部屋着もあり、荷物が増えずに助かりました。部屋には通りに面した窓あり、南山タワーも見れてとても過ごしやすかったです。シンノシヒョン駅とオンジェ駅の間に位置していて、徒歩8分ほどでした。ただ江南エリアは坂がすごく、スーツケースを引きながら上り下りは厳しいと思います。グループならタクシーを活用すれば問題ないです。コンビニや食堂なども沢山ありとても便利な場所でした！大満足です

Exactly the same concept as the hotels I stayed in Japan. Definitely recommend to try the indoor onsen/sauna. The only downfall is if you take train to the hotel, it is a bit hilly between the station and the hotel. If you travel with uber or with no suitcase, no problem at all!

Love the location, very central and subway is 2 mins away. Clean rooms, spa was pretty amazing. Front desk personnel very helpful. Laundry on-site, wash for free and dryer for 45 mins was 2000 won. Would definitely stay here again.

Steep steep slope. There’s a steep ascend of 10 mins everytime you return to this hotel. I recommend taking the taxi if you want to skip the crazy slope. 7-11 is just across, and the bus terminal station is nearby. There’s a food street if you walk down the slope. Like every Dormy Inn branch, there’s free ice lollies and yogurt drinks at certain time belts but we never got to try them because they ran out very quickly. Rental pillows were all gone. The public bath was full at 1am. Madness. Also they placed the ice machines outside the smoking rooms, I don’t know why but it’s not very conducive and there are folks allergic to smoke. We had to keep going down to the first floor for ice (it’s summer and we were dying from the 36-deg heat). Overall okay, but if we are paying this price to stay in this hotel, we definitely will expect a lot more.

It was my first time staying at the Dormy hotel and I was really impressed. The hotel is clean and has lots of little perks that make it so pleasant. The breakfast was really a standout. I loved the variety of food and was able to eat breakfast and usually skip lunch because I was still full. The room comes with pajamas and slippers which was great. You can wear them to breakfast or wear them while you do laundry. It was nice to be able to do laundry for free (only drying costs money but very reasonable). The staff were lovely and polite. The location is good to take the airport limousine to and from the airport. It was walkable to transit stations (is in the middle of two subway stations) and some great shopping. It was blazing hot outside in August but the room was nice and cool. It was incredibly quiet - didn’t hear a peep from the other guests. There was yea and coffee in the reception area which was a great touch. The late-night udon was wonderful and enjoyed it several times. If you are staying in the area, it is a great choice.

Our entire stay was fantastic! This place is worth every penny and honestly really good value for what you get. The hotel is super clean, well kept, well located and the breakfast is delicious. The spa is SO good, I couldn’t believe how good it was. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Room was very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were amazingly kind and friendly. The spa was a nice touch after a long day of walking about Seoul. The breakfast buffet was as very nice and unique never have enjoyed a Japanese breakfast before. The night time Ramen bar was very nice touch as well. I highly recommend the Dormy.
