Lovely hotel. Only a short walk to the centre of Pai. Quiet and relaxing by the pool. Gets the sun all day. Good value for money.

We had such high hopes for this place. Sadly the reality is that it's run down, needs extensive maintenance and on one afternoon we could not use the pool as it had been invaded by close to 100 backpackers who weren't even staying there. The absence of a restaurant and the nearby constant noise from chickens and roosters add to the disappointment. Friendly and attentive manager is the only silver lining.

My favorite aspect was the large, clean lap pool. I had a great swim everyday and enjoyed sitting by the pool or sitting g on the balcony having a drink and looking at the pool. The hotel is in a very good lication a shorr walk to the town center but far enough to be quiet. Our room was very large with a large comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They did not serve food or drink so we ats in town.

Your initial view of the hotel is pleasantly surprising, it looks mdern and trendy. However, that view quickly moves onto the poorly maintained common parts, no restaurant or bar, no breakfast, just your room. Again, initially you're pleasantly surprised by a modern looking room, but closer inspection reveals the place to be dated and well worn. Worst of all is the shower and toilet. The shower has no hot water, has black mildew everywhere, and toilet is so small that you have to take your clothes off before you enter it as there is no room otherwise. Another really annoying issue is that the swimming pool is crowded with youngsters, none of which are staying at the hotel, but its common knowledge that no one from the hotel will say anything, even if a resident complained, as I did. Finally, even if you were to get some sort of access to the pool, the wooden suttounds are so dilapidated that you would almost certainly cause an accident on the broken surface. You most certainty would not allow your kids anywhere near it. There are many better and cheaper options in town. Use any one of them before staying here

Nice big clean room for a reasonable price so good value. It had a pool which was nice and I used it everyday. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the walking street. The mattress is a little hard for my soft western body. I wish there were more hooks to hang towels etc. All in all a nice option in Mae Hong Son.

The property is very modern and quiet and near to central Pai. Had no food or drink facilities in site but rooms have tea and coffee facilities. In any case it’s only a short walk the centre. Nice pool too some rooms with direct room access.

Not sure if we just got a bad room? The A/C sounded like a machine gun or helicopter after 10-20 minutes of use, regardless of which settings we tried. Bugs kept getting in (I understand it’s a jungle area, but no where else we’ve stayed in Thailand had bugs), the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut to the toilet so good bye privacy, and the shower walls had grime & mold in the tile, you wouldn’t even want to lean against or touch the shower wall. We even asked the front desk about our A/C, and sure enough it continued to sound like a machine gun. The pool has chipped tiles everywhere and the deck needs repair. Quiet area & comfy bed was about the only good things.

Nice hotel but in need of a little repair work. Shower and toilet cubicle looking grubby and in need of an update. Found a lot of ants in toilet. We had a pool access room but all the tiles on steps into the pool were missing . 10 minute walk into main streets of town and really nice location quiet, the cockerel mentioned on previous review could be heard occasionally but give a nice country feel.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. There was ants in the bed, there was hair in the shower, the pool were dirty and the hotel really needs some love, it is not well maintained. However, the staff was very nice and unlike the other comments, we didn’t hear any noise during the night, maybe because our room was well located in the hotel.

Your initial view of the hotel is pleasantly surprising, it looks mdern and trendy. However, that view quickly moves onto the poorly maintained common parts, no restaurant or bar, no breakfast, just your room. 位置很方便，步行就可以到主要街區和夜市；飯店的服務人員很和善，會盡快滿足你需要的幫助；飯店內的設施齊全，但是所提供的毛巾和浴巾味道不是很清新，不知道是不是連日雨季的關係；另外，我住的房間洗澡的時候地板有一點滲水的情況（水會滲到淋浴室外）。飯店就位於小鎮市場和社區公園旁邊，所以一大早就會聽到活動的聲音，想要睡到自然醒的人可能要考慮一下住宿選擇（尤其是鄰房的住客又是喜歡狂歡開趴到半夜的時候，容易有一點睡眠不足😅）

It was so nice to have a pool side suite with a little patio area. The chickens and roosters are extremely loud and face all the rooms. I had earplugs and this helped me sleep the other days. Pool was very nice and has spots to sit and relax. Short 10 minute walk to the walking street We didnt feel we needed a motorbike and walked to get meals.

Das Hotel ist was Preis/Leistung angeht wirklich top! Leider gab es kein Frühstück, was allerdings auch nicht weiter schlimm war, da es in naher Umgebung mehr als genug Auswahl gab. Einziger Minuspunkt, den man leider ansprechen muss ist, dass das Klimagerät in unserem Zimmer getropft hat, wodurch die Wand dahinter auch schon leicht schimmelig war. Alles in allem jedoch sehr gut!
Das Hotel ist was Preis/Leistung angeht wirklich top! Leider gab es kein Frühstück, was allerdings auch nicht weiter schlimm war, da es in naher Umgebung mehr als genug Auswahl gab. Easy walk to town. Really nice property and rooms. Roosters next door we're a little noisy at first, but just became background ambiance by day 2. I would definitely stay there again.

Bugs kept getting in (I understand it’s a jungle area, but no where else we’ve stayed in Thailand had bugs), the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut to the toilet so good bye privacy, and the shower walls had grime & mold in the tile, you wouldn’t even want to lean against or touch the shower wall. Nice hotel but in need of a little repair work. Shower and toilet cubicle looking grubby and in need of an update. Found a lot of ants in toilet. We had a pool access room but all the tiles on steps into the pool were missing . 10 minute walk into main streets of town and really nice location quiet, the cockerel mentioned on previous review could be heard occasionally but give a nice country feel.

The front desk reception was very good and very accommodating. Housekeeping staff was also very good. The hotel has terrible dogs and roosters out back that were noisey. No sleep past 6:00 am. And there is no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel!

Your initial view of the hotel is pleasantly surprising, it looks mdern and trendy. However, that view quickly moves onto the poorly maintained common parts, no restaurant or bar, no breakfast, just your room. Again, initially you're pleasantly surprised by a modern looking room, but closer inspection reveals the place to be dated and well worn. Worst of all is the shower and toilet. The shower has no hot water, has black mildew everywhere, and toilet is so small that you have to take your clothes off before you enter it as there is no room otherwise. Another really annoying issue is that the swimming pool is crowded with youngsters, none of which are staying at the hotel, but its common knowledge that no one from the hotel will say anything, even if a resident complained, as I did. Finally, even if you were to get some sort of access to the pool, the wooden suttounds are so dilapidated that you would almost certainly cause an accident on the broken surface. You most certainty would not allow your kids anywhere near it. There are many better and cheaper options in town. Use any one of them before staying here

It was so nice to have a pool side suite with a little patio area. The chickens and roosters are extremely loud and face all the rooms. I had earplugs and this helped me sleep the other days. Pool was very nice and has spots to sit and relax. Short 10 minute walk to the walking street We didnt feel we needed a motorbike and walked to get meals.

The property is very modern and quiet and near to central Pai. Had no food or drink facilities in site but rooms have tea and coffee facilities. In any case it’s only a short walk the centre. Nice pool too some rooms with direct room access.

This hotel is literally just beside ( 2 meters ) a roosters farm and some dogs. Roosters making very loud noise from 5h30 am until 18h30 and dogs barking in the middle of the night at 3h30 every day. The place had better days many years ago. I don't recommend this hotel.

We had such high hopes for this place. Sadly the reality is that it's run down, needs extensive maintenance and on one afternoon we could not use the pool as it had been invaded by close to 100 backpackers who weren't even staying there. The absence of a restaurant and the nearby constant noise from chickens and roosters add to the disappointment. Friendly and attentive manager is the only silver lining.

Das Hotel ist was Preis/Leistung angeht wirklich top! Leider gab es kein Frühstück, was allerdings auch nicht weiter schlimm war, da es in naher Umgebung mehr als genug Auswahl gab. Einziger Minuspunkt, den man leider ansprechen muss ist, dass das Klimagerät in unserem Zimmer getropft hat, wodurch die Wand dahinter auch schon leicht schimmelig war. Alles in allem jedoch sehr gut!

My favorite aspect was the large, clean lap pool. I had a great swim everyday and enjoyed sitting by the pool or sitting g on the balcony having a drink and looking at the pool. The hotel is in a very good lication a shorr walk to the town center but far enough to be quiet. Our room was very large with a large comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They did not serve food or drink so we ats in town.

The only disappointment for me was the toilet and shower. I prefer a separate bathroom. My group had two rooms, and in both the toilet and shower were separate glass cubicles in the main room. There maybe other types of room available, this us just my personal experience
