Wir hatten den weißen Wellness Room. Sind ins Zimmer es haben Fenster Wegen frische Luft aufmachen wollen, ein Fenster ist ganz aufgangen weil es defekt war. Ich wollte es melden mein Mann hat zu allem lass egal gesagt. Dann wollten wir Wein trinken, die Wein Gläser waren voll mit Lippenstift und Wein Resten was ich dann wiederum selber gewaschen habe. Auch gut. Der Whirlpool hat teils funktioniert und die knöpfe von der Armatur beim drehen sind abgefallen. Am Morgen haben wir alle Fenster aufgemacht wegen frischem Luft im Zimmer. Den defekten auch da er nur ganz aufging natürlich auch ganz aufgemacht und die Gardine zu. Nachdem auschecken haben wir eine Mail bekommen das sie die Kaution einbehalten weil wir angeblich das Fenster kaputt gemacht haben und geraucht haben im Zimmer. Soooo eine Frechheit!!! Was absolut nicht der Fall war! Also aufpassen die Mängel die schon waren werden dem Kunden unterstellt.

Bathroom doesn’t have door but toilet does have. Restaurant wasn’t good in evening but breakfast was nice. Little side note here - coffee and tea in room, however you can hardly call Lipton Yellow Label a tea and papercups were also way too small to make tea from a teabag.

Ich habe die Wellnesssuite gebucht und wir waren mehr als begeistert. Der Check-In funktionierte schnell und einfach. Die Minibar ist in der Wellnesssuite sogar inklusive gewesen und es fehlte uns bei unserem Aufenthalt an nichts. Fragen konnten wir ganz bequem bei Whatsapp stellen und bekamen innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten immer eine Antwort. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb von Groningen direkt an der Autobahn, welche man aber durch die Schallisolierten Fenster nicht hört. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und nebenan ist ein Park&Ride Parkplatz, der einen schnell und günstig in die Stadt bringt. Ich kann das Hotel, insbesondere die Wellnesssuite für eine Auszeit sehr empfehlen. Einzig und allein hat mich gestört, dass ich außerhalb von Expedia 150€ Kaution ca. eine Woche vor der Reise überweisen musste. Davon war in der App nichts zu finden. Es war auch nicht möglich eine Kreditkarte bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen, da uns sonst das bereits bezahlte Zimmer nicht garantiert werden konnte. Das könnte bei den Buchungsbedigungen schon hinzugefügt werden, da bei Expedia extra darauf hingewiesen wird, keine Extra Zahlungen zu tätigen. Abgesehen davon lief auch die Rückzahlung der Kaution reibungslos und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

This hotel was probably the nicest I have ever stayed in. Customer service was top-notch and the hotel had clearly paid attention to all possible details. Our room was incredibly stylish, comfortable and spacious. The facilities were incredible. It was raining heavily when we arrived but we could conveniently drive right by the main door and unload our luggage under the canopy. Breakfast was fantastic, very good selection of high-quality products. The breakfast room was very nice too. I would be extremely happy to recommend this hotel or visit again.

Dit hotel is ideaal gelegen aan de westzijde van Groningen. Vanaf P+R Hoogkerk ben je in 10 minuten in het centrum. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel met o.a. een zitje. De boxsprings liggen heel goed. Het restaurant in het hotel is een aanrader. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft voldoende keuze.

Die Kaffeemaschine ist so eingestellt dass wenig Kaffee und ganz viel Milchschaum in den sehr kleinen Tassen ist. Die Duschen sind auch sehr sparsam eingerichtet,am besten eigenen Duschkopf mitbringen.In den Zimmern nur Pappbecher für Zahnputz und Getränke die nichtmal täglich ausgewechselt werden.

Die Kaffeemaschine ist so eingestellt dass wenig Kaffee und ganz viel Milchschaum in den sehr kleinen Tassen ist. Het 8s niet echt de van der valk standaard zoals ik over het algemeen gewend ben bij van de valk... wel ruime kamer... maar geen bad, en ook geen vloerverwarming in de badkamer waardoor de vloer lang nat blijft na het douchen...

De kamer was fijn en sfeervol, voorzien van een prima bed. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Door een verbouwing werden we iets vroeger gewekt dan de bedoeling was, maar daar heeft het hotel uit eigen beweging compensatie voor aangeboden. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.

De kamer was fijn en sfeervol, voorzien van een prima bed. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Door een verbouwing werden we iets vroeger gewekt dan de bedoeling was, maar daar heeft het hotel uit eigen beweging compensatie voor aangeboden. Ich habe die Wellnesssuite gebucht und wir waren mehr als begeistert. Der Check-In funktionierte schnell und einfach. Die Minibar ist in der Wellnesssuite sogar inklusive gewesen und es fehlte uns bei unserem Aufenthalt an nichts. Fragen konnten wir ganz bequem bei Whatsapp stellen und bekamen innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten immer eine Antwort. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb von Groningen direkt an der Autobahn, welche man aber durch die Schallisolierten Fenster nicht hört. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und nebenan ist ein Park&Ride Parkplatz, der einen schnell und günstig in die Stadt bringt. Ich kann das Hotel, insbesondere die Wellnesssuite für eine Auszeit sehr empfehlen. Einzig und allein hat mich gestört, dass ich außerhalb von Expedia 150€ Kaution ca. eine Woche vor der Reise überweisen musste. Davon war in der App nichts zu finden. Es war auch nicht möglich eine Kreditkarte bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen, da uns sonst das bereits bezahlte Zimmer nicht garantiert werden konnte. This hotel was probably the nicest I have ever stayed in. Customer service was top-notch and the hotel had clearly paid attention to all possible details. Our room was incredibly stylish, comfortable and spacious. The facilities were incredible. It was raining heavily when we arrived but we could conveniently drive right by the main door and unload our luggage under the canopy. Breakfast was fantastic, very good selection of high-quality products. The breakfast room was very nice too. I would be extremely happy to recommend this hotel or visit again.

Nice hotel, I stayed one night so didn’t have time explore but it seems to be little out of nowhere, but free parking! Comfort room was really spacious and nice. Pillow was awful, hard as a rock! Bathroom doesn’t have door but toilet does have. Restaurant wasn’t good in evening but breakfast was nice. Little side note here - coffee and tea in room, however you can hardly call Lipton Yellow Label a tea and papercups were also way too small to make tea from a teabag.

Dit hotel is ideaal gelegen aan de westzijde van Groningen. Vanaf P+R Hoogkerk ben je in 10 minuten in het centrum. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel met o.a. een zitje. De boxsprings liggen heel goed. Het restaurant in het hotel is een aanrader. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft voldoende keuze.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here; it was much fancier than we had expected. We were able to check in around 12am thankfully because when I copied the address from the app to my maps, it takes you about a 40 minute walk away from the actual location of the hotel. We made it eventually though!
