Perfect location across from Da Nang Beach and many seafood restuarants nearby with amazing seafood tanks with live lobsters, shrimp, geoduck, clams. Located along the beach but also walkable to other restuarants and laundry services. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool overlooked the water. Rooms were good but the shower design without a glass door was designed by someone who never used it as water spalshes outside of rhe shower.

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. My only suggestions, that are under the hotel control, have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and rags in the gym to wipe down weights and machines. Please change the theme music that is in the breakfast room played on loop. It’s the same 3 lines played over and over. Must drive the staff insane! Loud pounding music from across the street every night that is not under the hotel control but does seem to shut down by 10. All in all, a really nice place.

I enjoyed my stay. First the location is the best! swimming pool and breakfast were good for me. But the only problem is the shower room had poor drainage, so water flowed outside and the towel I used to dry my feet got soaked.

Great price for a nice hotel with great location and wonderful service. Free airport shuttle! We even added a rollaway bed and one extra adult guest to one of the rooms for a very reasonable fee … Daily Breakfast was great too! If we return to Da Nang we could easily choose this hotel again. Whilst the hotel was OK i wouldnt rate it as a 4 star it was mildly decapitated and the fixtures and fitting not brilliant, e.g. the towel rail fell of tbe wall when i hanging damp towels on it and the shower had grotty and mouldy sealant. It was comfortable enough and had a good location i wouldnt choose it again

The front desk staff was happy and helpful. After check out we could leave or bags for the day and we greatly appreciated this service. The hotel was clean and had vintage charm. The view from the room was super and the neighborhood had many shopping and dining options. The beach was right across the street.

The only good area was reception and Nancy Customer Service manager and in our view should be the overall manager. The hotel advertised Dinner and bar,neither existed.As two disabled travellers we rely on a hotel that does dinner and has a pool with bar.I took photos of their official website as proof. We therefore had to walk to dinner every night.The hotel has no disabled access,there is a side that You could hold on to but was blocked by two rows (18 pots) of plants.The slope if its for wheelchairs is so steep it would be unsafe so access is by all the steps. Housekeeping is a shambles,we had to call them back so many times,they even told reception we didnt want our room cleaned even ghough nobody knocked and the door was open.Bath was never cleaned properly. Toiletries were poor just one little round bar of soap about 2 cm wide and 2mm thick.Only enough shower gel and shampoo for a daily shower if they put any in the containers provided.There was no moisturiser nor conditioner. This hotel caters for guests who mainly only for guests who stay between 1 and 3 days.The hotel didnt seem to be able to upguage for guests who stay longer,we stayed 15 nights. Breakfast is nothing special and again the hotel website states a combination af east and west dishes,didnt see much western offerings if any. We were so disappointed in this hotel as we were so exited before arrival,we certainly felt mis sold.I have just checked their official site and it still says Paracel pool bar and

I booked here out of a recommendation by a YouTube vlogger. Looked impressive from the video and in pictures, much less so in person. We moved from a riverfront hotel to this beach front so we can experience being on the beach. Note that you pay a premium for the location as the riverfront hotel we came from was way nicer and elegant but cheaper. But there’s no issue with this hotel, that’s just the reality. Staff were very helpful and kind. There’s some food and drinks available at the lobby But I never saw anyone eat it drink anything there as there’s no place to do it. We got the oceanfront room on the 14th floor. Spectacular view. Big room! It was clean and had all the amenities you’d expect. Room is functional but had design issues. Like the floating dresser not attached properly to the wall (safety issue). Flawed bathroom tub design means there’s no way you can take a shower without having the overflow splash flood your floor. We had to block it off with a towel. The dining room for the buffet was way crowded (furnishings were too large so chairs touched each other). Breakfast buffet was satisfying but not very exciting, plus it’s a long walk from the food to where you’re sitting. Overall experience was good though. Reasonable price, decent amenities, comfortable bed, controllable climate, decent breakfast. Clean! In this market you really need to stand out to get loyalty. So even if we enjoyed our stay, we would have no qualms about choosing another hotel next time.

I loved my room with a high up balcony facing the beach. However what I failed to realize when I booked is that you’re across the street from a beach nightclub and even on a Wednesday night they were playing pretty awful EDM music extremely loud until well after 1AM. The music very much enters the room, even from across the street and 11 floors up. This obviously impacted my ability to sleep. If I had known this was the situation I absolutely wouldn’t have booked here, and certainly wouldn’t have paid extra for the ocean view.

Great location with one negative (more on that later). I have seen a few review comment on how the rooms have not quite lived up to the impression on the lobby and I would have to echo that sentiment. My room had a wonderful view facing the ocean and beach. and that's the only thing that nudged the room rating to perhaps 4 stars. Without the view it would have to be borderline 3 stars. Not a fan of the tub/shower combo, but can understand the advantages for some people, but in this case the step in and out of the tub was a bit high/tricky. It was not an easy step in. Suggestion: provide a small movable, but solid, step/stand to help with that process. Also, if you are going to offer a bath, why not offer some type of "bubble bath" salts or something of the sort. They will be rarely used but at least it lets the customer know you're thinking of them. Breakfast buffet was above average to good. No complaints. Back to the one negative for location. Not the hotel's fault but they have a beachfront nightclub set up directly across from the hotel that pounds out a heavy bass beat through the late/early hours each night. I'm sure all the hotels in the area are pissed off about this and they're all having to deal with it. Surprisingly, I managed to fall asleep without much problem each night, but I am sure there are other guest who found the noise annoying. Many negative reviews on the nightclub, mostly advising to avoid, hoping no doubt to put the place out of business.

The hotel sent a greeting WhatsApp when we booked, and another nearer the time. They were willing to help with trips and taxis. They passed on messages from tours we had booked. I had a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs at the front desk are so helpful. Anything you need help with or have concerns, they will help you. The staffs at the breakfast buffet are so kind and hard workers. They keep the place running smoothly. The staffs at the front entrance are very helpful, alway ask if I need anything. They even cover you with umbrella when it’s raining outside and help you with luggage and carry inside your room. All the staffs are quickly help you with all your needs. It was the best experience. Amazing staff! Greeted us every time they saw us with the utmost genuine smiles I hadn't seen States side for the longest time. Nguyen Long (hostess) and Le Thuong (receptionist) are sweethearts! There's many more, but I don't remember their names. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Location is prime ‐ not too busy - not too quiet. Two tips for anyone staying here: 1) wake up before sunrise and head across to the beach. You will not be disappointed. 2) let the hotel staff help arrange for your attraction visit such as BaNa Hills, etc. Save the headaches.

Overall great experience!!!! The staff are warm, friendly, polite, helpful and courteous. From the front desk, bell boys, cleaning staff and the breakfast crews were outstanding. The property is right across the beach, restaurants all over the place and walkable. This city is a SEAFOOD LOVERS PARADISE! Perfect location & easy access to My Khe beach with the stunning view. Right across the beach! Nice spacious lobby and room. I got a suite with separate living room it was worth it, big comfy bed, good bathtub and shower pressure was great. One balcony opens, next door has a delicious Resto with Aunty face on the menu, better to dine in at lunchtime when everything is fresh, convenient store is close. Downside was Breakfast was not the greatest, lots of Viet carbs and cold salads and food should be a bit warmer. Also the hallways and towels all smell of strong cleaning products, bad if you’re allergic or sensitive so good to have balcony to air things out. Only white bread avail if you want bread. Easy to get around from here I would recommend this hotel!
