Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. Loved the architecture and interior design. Breakfast was outstanding!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem. When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was. I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!) On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service! It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful. You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more. The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso. Conta com estacionamento, o que é excelente para essa parte da cidade. Fomos muito bem recebidos e apoiados pelo time da recepção em todos os momentos. Tem um café da manhã excelente! O quarto é bem pequeno para quem está com bastante mala como nós, mas muito confortável. Recomendo!

Modern and clean hotel in the perfect location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to be helpful. The parking area in front of the hotel is very small, and so it was required to reserve a spot ahead of time. The desk attendant helped me to park and to back out of the lot when I left. It was a great experience, and I would stay again!

This is a small super convenient hotel located right in the middle of Old Town. You couldnt get a better location. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful for a small hotel. Management was very accommodating with helping us park our car in their lot. Nice people. No restaurant on premises but only hundreds of restaurants outside our door. We had an excellent meal around the corner at the American Beef and Steak house. It was very atmospheric with old timbers etc. after two weeks in Italy some tender beef kabobs were great

Biz çok memnun kaldık. Otel hem çok yeni hem çok temiz hemde direk başçarşının merkezinde. Kahvaltısıda oldukça güzel ve yeterli idi.Birdaha Saraybosnaya gelsem tekrar kalacağım bir otel.Direk yanından havalimanı otobüsü kalkıyor. Mostara trenle gidecekseniz gara giden tramvay direk önünden geçiyor. Çevresi güvenli sabah 6 da gara gitmek için çıktık hiçbir olumsuz birşey görmedik. Zaten tramvay önünde. Tek konaklama ile tüm seyahatinizi gerçekleştireceğiniz bir otel.Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sehr sauber, bis auf die Lüftung. Ansonsten für Bosnische Verhältnisse eine 10/10. Simples aber guter Frühstück. Service freundlich und top! Haben sogar ein Bpgeleisen bekommen.

I like the staff because they were very helpful and attentive when I checked in and had questions. However, the reason why some stars is because the cleanliness was really bad and unacceptable. For example, one of the hand towels were absolutely covered with blood stains. Like, the entire towel was covered with blood stains. (I actually had to take a photo of it.) Apparently, the hotel has another company do the laundry services. Well, at some point, someone should've seen this towel, even when folding it. So I think that's a bit ridiculous. The next thing is that the showerhead was actually moldy! So clearly, there is way too much moisture in these bathrooms. The rest of the room itself was OK. But those two issues marred the experience.

Wonderful hotel adjacent to Old Town Sarajevo. Rooms are small but they are very nice and clean. There was also a very nice breakfast each morning. The hotel is located on a busy road though and the tram does shake the room a bit but not late at night. I had no problem sleeping (and I’m not a heavy sleeper). I would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

Je ne peux pas juger de l'hôtel dans son ensemble qui est presque neuf, mais il est inconcevable qu'un établissement 4 étoiles puisse proposer une chambre aussi minuscule et triste, avec une fenêtre donnant sur un sombre soupirail. La salle de bain, très correcte est presque aussi grande que le coin nuit. Contrairement à ce qui est présenté, il n'y a ni minibar, ni coffre fort. Bien sur pas non plus de chaise, de coin bureau, de lampe sur la table de nuit, d'un brin de déco, de plateau de courtoisie ou d'eau offerte. Comme une sorte de cellule monastique. Si vous souhaitez vous retirer du monde, ou même le quitter, c'est l'endroit idéal...

Excellent and friendly welcome from staff. Comfortable rooms with modern design and furnishings. Very central location at edge of Old City within walking distance of cultural sites and plenty of restaurants and bars. Only downside the nearby tramlines, but otherwise a warm and cozy stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem. When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was. I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!) On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service! It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful. You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more. The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street.

The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Modern and clean hotel in the perfect location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to be helpful. The parking area in front of the hotel is very small, and so it was required to reserve a spot ahead of time. The desk attendant helped me to park and to back out of the lot when I left. It was a great experience, and I would stay again!

Lovely hotel close to old town Sarajevo that has modern amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I had during my stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Our 2 bedroom apartment in this hotel was uncomfortable due to the very hot temperature. A failed A/C unit which couldn’t be repaired it seemed. We were just so hot. The only solution suggested by one staff member was to open the windows for a little ventilation but the room opened onto the main street with vehicles and trams travelling on that noisy road. It was still warm and the underground heating in the bathroom made it worse. The noise was so intrusive. We just didn’t get any rest so wouldn’t recommend this space unless the issues get resolved. The hotel seemed decent enough. We were just unlucky with our room. The breakfast was also awful but the staff were nice.

The hotel is in such a great location, walkable to most sights in Sarajevo. We were on the top floor and had a lovely view of the old town. Room was a good size and there was plenty of storage. The hotel has parking: you can pull in in front of reception and they then move it to a garage 2 minutes away. This seemed very secure. We were charged 29 BM per day, we weren't made aware of this charge when we booked and enquired about parking but paid it anyway. It's about the going rate for parking in the city. We would stay again.
