This was a local get away for my birthday. The Manager upgraded our room (thank you) which was beautiful. The entire facility is very well maintained and super stylish. We spent two days at the pool - which is amazing. We will definitely be back

We were told that they had chargers for our Tesla. The valet did not know how to charge the vehicle. You have to pay ev connect to charge BUT ev connect requires the charging station ID for the charging to work. Most of the stickers on the the chargers were removed and one id was not recognized so i had to drive to HEB and charge there. The room service did not replace the tissues in the box, it was empty when we arrived. Overall not a good experience for $500 a night

Parking is terribly inconvenient. All that land. Nothing around it and you have to park in BFE. The elevators are conveniently located in the spot farthest away from the parking…by the front desk. Lotta walking in that horrible Texas heat and humidity. The staff doesn’t know up from down and could be bothered to figure it out. The coffee shop is inconveniently located out the door, around the way and thru another door, when they finally open. Wouldnt want them to get up too early for the few guests who had walked all over creation after the long trek from the parking lot. You could valet park…if you are lucky enuf to find him working. But what about when it’s time to leave? Hmmmmm. The strange coffee person didn’t know they served breakfast and the breakfast people didn’t know about the coffee shop. Clueless. The inconvenience goes with the location I suppose, since the entire place isn’t close to anything either. I’ll be finding someplace else my next trip. It wind be with Stella.

Amazing hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and looks new. The grounds are well maintained and perfect for taking evening strolls. The restaurant/ bar was fantastic. The pool area had two pools and plenty of chairs. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Disappointing for what I was expecting. The furnitures in the room are all scratched and dented, the bed frame (around the mattress) was dirty with fingernails!!! And there is mold at the shower. Not what I would expect from an autograph collection hotel.

I booked a deluxe king and after checking in and getting to the room, I was placed in a double queen. When I called down to reception, I was told I didn’t book a deluxe king and they didn’t have any available. I double checked my booking and receipt, both of which said “deluxe king”. Then I waited in the lobby for my son to pick me up for dinner and listened to reception upgrade 2 different people checking in to a deluxe king room. I stay here every time I visit my kids in CStat and have never been let down or disappointed, but this trip was both.

The worst hotel from Marriott in town Refused to check in after 2 am even I prepaid before my night flight. Then they told me I can book a new one and pay again at night for another room. What a legal policy we meet. The most unacceptable thing was the new key card led me to an occupied unit, and I heard a suspicious sound like bullets being loaded after I opened the door and disturbed another angry guest's dream. Nobody can imagine you will feel safety being threatened at night in a hotel from Marriott. At last, no apology at all while I left and refuse to stay. " Worst "

No room service as is advertised. You’ll be on hold for 20 minutes. Then got tired and went to hotel restaurant. Was seated but after 20 minutes of no one coming to table got up and went to Whataburger.

Liked that it was outside the city, kinda out by itself by a little lake and golf course. Didn't like some of the things in our room Didn't work, lights on the wall between the beds for example.
