The staff is so welcoming. After a very frustrating start to our trip at another hotel they were able to accommodate us at the last minute and definitely turned what seemed to be the start of a horrible trip into a very pleasant one! The rooms were nice, clean and everything we wanted. The breakfast was fresh and had so many options to choose from. The bar was an even better surprise! Especially with how the trip started!

The lobby, elevators, gym, breakfast area, and rooms were all clean, quiet, well kept. Easy access to the 45 toll road, 35, and mopac (loop 1). Plenty of parking. Well lit at night, very safe. Staff was pleasant and helpful especially a young lady named Karina. The customer service was 10/10. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed here the past three years, and love it. The rooms are nice and big. The showers are amazing! All around, a great hotel. I workout, and this is the best hotel gym I’ve seen. Lots of space and dumbbells.

Went to the pool, very gross. Hair clumps and bugs floating around. Stayed there for the pool so that was disappointing. Found a bug in my bed. BUT the boys working the desk were very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

First of all, the room was dirty. The linen on the bed was soiled, and it was evident that the sheets had not been changed from the prior occupant. They did give us another room, but the linen was not clean in that room either, but the floors were a little cleaner. We did go to the desk and request linen to change the bed ourselves. because no one answered the front desk the second time I called. We were also charged a $50 fee, of which we did not know about until we arrived at the Hotel. Not only did they charge my card once, but they charged my card twice for the same charge, and we only stayed one night. After speaking with the manager, Frank, he assured us that the charge was a pending charge and had not been charged to our account. I will continue to monitor it until it is removed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the room and the service we received. We were in town for my sister's funeral, and the reviews had shown this to be a decent facility. I was very disappointed with our experience here.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioner made a terrible loud noise every half hour, making it almost impossible to sleep. The room’s curtain was broken and couldn’t fully close, so bright lights from the building across the street kept shining into our room all night. On top of that, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly—there was visible trash on the floor. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay uncomfortable, and we expected much better service.

The room was a really nice size. The TVs were bigger than most in other hotels. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not cool the room down. We called for maintenance but they told us to give it time, but it never cooled down. The room’s flooring as sticky and the chair cushion was damaged. It could use some updating.

I booked this because it specifically said they had a higher floor room with a tub. When I checked in the clerk confirmed the room he gave me had a tub. After I got in the room and unpacked I discovered ... no tub. I picked this place over the other hotel close by for that reason alone. After 12 hrs on the road I was tired an very very disappointed.

The hotel was nice, room was spacious and clean! The shower was also very nice with piping hot water, breakfast was also very good! The check in however was a nightmare! I did not get the clerks name but he could not figure out how to check me in and continuously charged my credit card over and over! $120 was taken out of my account but they promised it would be resolved and “put back”! So I’ll give them until the end of the week to rectify the issue.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The front desk attendee/manager- Erkan and Shaina were very professional. We stayed at the property over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the staff tried their best to make everyone's stay comfortable while spending Christmas away from their families. One of the hotel guests showed up late for breakfast and was being rude to the hotel staff. I was impressed by Shaina's ability to handle the situation professionally and avoid altercations.

Room was very nicely appointed, comfortable and quiet. Power plugs had issues as when you plugged something in, the plugs fell out, even on their clock. Breakfast was poor. The hot food and coffee was barely warm. I heard other guests complain also. When I brought it up to the front desk, they said they had been having problems, but no apology or anything. Very disappointing.

Hotel and room was clean and modern. Recommend room housekeeping on a daily basis without having to specifically request. Breakfast seems to be disorganized with minimal warm food items (eggs, potatoes) and coffee running out regularly. The store area didn’t stock items such as deodorants, toothpaste. A rating of good especially for staff, professionalism and cleanliness of hotel.

Only a couple of minor quips. The room was beautiful and there was a refrigerator in it. Would have been nice to have had a small microwave. But that's not a big deal. And the snacks/drinks available downstairs were really limited. But asides from that everything was wonderful and the staff was lovely. And the free breakfast served in the morning was probably the best I've ever had and I travel a lot for work. I'll definitely keep Hyatt Place as my go-to hotel for my stays in Round Rock from here on out.
