Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences. This is still our favorite hotel in Jerusalem. Food is still the best. Rooms are the most comfortable in this price range.

Beautiful spa and indoor pool. Rooms very comfortable and clean bathrooms No Netflix on tv but there are a few channels we could watch.

Construction all over the area outside. Otherwise great service and rooms are nice. Breakfast amazing.
